Claims (18)
- Transport arrangement comprising a transport pallet (1) and comprising barrier elements (2), longitudinal beams (3, 4) and transverse beams (5, 6) of the transport pallet (1) forming a horizontal, rectangular support frame (7) having stands (11) in its edge regions, the barrier elements (2) each having a bottom edge (8) and feet (9, 10) which project downwards beyond the bottom edge (8), and the barrier elements (2) each having a greater width (B) than the support frame (7), characterised in that the height of the stands (11) can be adjusted relative to the support frame (7), the lower edges (8) of the barrier elements (2) resting on the support frame (7) during transport in order to carry the barrier elements (2) in an upright arrangement, the support frame (7) being arranged between the feet (9, 10) of the barrier elements (2) which project downwards beyond the lower edges (8) of the barrier elements (2).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the stands (11) are formed by the part of the supports (12) which is arranged below the plane of the support frame (7), against which supports (12) the barrier elements (2) to be transported can rest above the plane of the support frame (7).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 2, characterised in that the supports (12) have a receptacle (14) on the upper ends (13) thereof which serves to receive the stands (11) of an additional upper transport pallet (1) arranged on top of the lower transport pallet (1).
- Transport arrangement according to either claim 2 or claim 3, characterised in that the height of the supports (12) can only be adjusted according to a fixedly predetermined scale.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the supports (12) have a plurality of openings (15) in the region of the stands (11), which openings are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction and can be aligned with openings (16) in guide sleeves (17, 17a) arranged on the support frame (7) in order to couple the stands (11) to the support frame (7) in a height-adjustable manner by means of a coupling means (18) which can be inserted into the openings.
- Transport arrangement according to claim 5, characterised in that the coupling means (18) is a socket pin.
- Transport arrangement according to claim 6, characterised in that, once inserted into the openings (15, 16) in the guide sleeves (17, 17a), the coupling means (18) in the form of a socket pin is held by a push-turn connection (bayonet closure) such that it cannot fall out.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the longitudinal beams (3, 4) are designed as hollow profiles into which a fork of a stacking device can be inserted.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 2 to 8, characterised in that a holder (19) is arranged on at least one support (12) and is intended to position the barrier elements (2) transversely to the longitudinal direction of the transport pallet (1).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 9, characterised in that the at least one holder (19) has a bracket (22) which is intended to secure the barrier element (2), positioned by the holder(19), against being displaced in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal struts (3, 4).
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 2 to 10, characterised in that a bracket clip (22) is arranged on at least one support (12).
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that outer guide sleeves (17) and inner guide sleeves (17a) are arranged on each longitudinal beam (3, 4), the inner guide sleeves (17a) being arranged at a greater distance than the outer guide sleeves (17) from end faces of the longitudinal beams (3, 4).
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that spacers (23) are arranged on the longitudinalbeams (3, 4) and protrude in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beams (3, 4) at the ends thereof.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the upper side of at least one longitudinal beam (3, 4) is provided with anon-slip coating or with profiling in order to prevent the transported barrier elements (2) from slipping.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 2 to 14, characterised in that the supports (12) have a curved or bent shapeto match the barrier elements (2).
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that a retaining element is releasably assigned to the longitudinal beams (3, 4) and is provided to be coupled to the longitudinal beams (3, 4) in different positions, depending on the degree of loading, in order to prevent the transported barrier elements (2) from slipping.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that stack clips (25) are arranged on the support frame (7) and are provided for centringsupport frames (7), which are stacked on top of one another, in relation to one another.
- Transport arrangement according to any of claims 2 to 17, characterised in that a hook (24) is arranged on at least one support (12).
