Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lüftungskanalnetz mit einem Hutprofilträger und mindestens einem Deckenelement, mit mindestens einem Auflagerflansch für das zumindest eine Deckenelement.
- Es ist bekannt, Hohlkammern (luftführende Kanäle) von Spannbeton-Fertigdecken (Spannbeton-Hohlplatten) als Lüftungsleitungen zu benutzen und in Lüftungskanalnetze zu integrieren.
- Die luftführenden Hohlkammern (Kanäle) verlaufen parallel zur Spannrichtung der Spannbeton-Fertigdecken. Zur Anbindung der luftführenden Hohlkammern an das übrige Lüftungskanalnetz sind zusätzliche Lüftungskanäle erforderlich. Diese werden in üblicher Weise über Kernbohrungen oder Ausschnitte im oberen oder unteren Spiegel der Spannbeton-Fertigdecken hergestellt. Auch ein Anschluss an den Stirnseiten der Spannbeton-Fertigdecken ist möglich, sofern die Spannbeton-Fertigdecken auf ein tragendes Bauteil aufgelegt werden.
- Als Stand der Technik wird die
EP 1 978 173 A2 genannt, welche ein Lüftungskanalnetz gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 offenbart. - Es ist auch möglich, bei Spannbeton-Fertigdecken durch vorheriges Einlegen von Rohren Lüftungskanäle zu erhalten.
- Zur Vereinfachung der Anbindung der Lüftungskanäle in den Decken und den Deckenelementen an das übrige Lüftungskanalnetz wird ein Lüftungskanalnetz gemäß Anspruch 1 vorgeschlagen.
- Vorteilhaft sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen über Verbindungselemente mit den Kanälen verbindbar.
- Vorzugsweise sind diese Verbindungselemente als Hülsen, Rohrabschnitte od. dgl. ausgebildet. Vorteilhaft haben die Verbindungselemente Dichtungen, Dichtringe od. dgl.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausbildungsform sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen verschließbar.
- Vorteilhaft sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen auf der Längsseite des Hutprofilträgers von einem U-förmigen, offenen Flansch umgeben, in die ein Verbindungselement, ein Verschlüssdeckel od. dgl. einschiebbar ist.
- Die Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen beispielhaft dargestellt. Es zeigen:

- Nach der
Figur 1 sind Deckenelemente 1 mit ihren Enden auf dem Auflagerflansch 2 von Hutprofilträgern 3 gelagert. Die Deckenelemente 1 weisen in Längsrichtung der Deckenelemente verlaufende Kanäle 4 auf, die mit in den Längsseiten 5 am Hutprofilträger oberhalb der Auflagerflansche 2 angeordneten Durchtrittsöffnungen 6 verbunden sind. - Wie insbesondere die
Figuren 2 bis 4 zeigen, ist das Innere der Hutprofilträger 3 als Luftführungskanal ausgebildet, der mit den Kanälen 4 in den Deckenelementen 1 in Verbindung steht. - Geeignete Austrittsöffnungen 7 sind an der Unterseite der Deckenelemente 1 vorgesehen. Es sind auch Austrittsöffnungen an der Oberseite der Deckenelemente möglich.
- Der Schnitt der
Figur 4 zeigt den Anschluss eines Luftführungskanals 4 an seitliche Hutprofilträger 3 bei einer Ortbetondecke 8. - Nach
Figur 5 hat ein Hutprofilträger 3 an beiden Längsseiten Auflagerflansche 2, auf denen Deckenelemente 1 gelagert sind. Vom Hutprofilträger 3 aus werden die Kanäle 4 in den Deckenelementen auf beiden Seiten versorgt. - Nach den
Figuren 6 und7 ist ein Verbindungselement als Hülse 9 ausgebildet. Die Hülse 9 hat einen umlaufenden Flansch 10 (Fig. 7 ) mit einer Dichtung 11 zum Anschluss an die Durchtrittsöffnung 6 des Hutprofilträgers 3. Der in den Kanal 4 des Deckenelementes 1 ragende Abschnitt der Hülse 9 ist über eine Ringdichtung 12 im Kanal abgedichtet. - Nach den
Figuren 8 und9 ist ein Verbindungselement als Rohrabschnitt 13 mit umlaufenden Flanschen 14 an beiden Enden ausgebildet. - Wie
Figuren 8 und9 weiter zeigen, ist die Durchtrittsöffnung 6 in der Längsseite 5 des Hutprofilträgers 3 von einem U-förmigen, oben offenen Flansch 15 umgeben, in die der Rohrabschnitt 13 mit seinem Flansch 14 von oben eingeschoben werden kann. Zur Aufnahme von Toleranzen können auch zwei ineinander geschobene Rohrabschnitte mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser und jeweils einem Flansch verwendet werden. - Die
Fig. 9 zeigt, dass auch das Deckenelement 1 entsprechende Flansche 15 aufweist. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform können zusätzliche Dichtungen vorgesehen sein. - In den oben offenen Flansch 15 können auch nicht dargestellte Verschlussdeckel eingeschoben werden. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, den Hutprofilträger 3 mit Durchtrittsöffnungen 6 zu versehen, die dann bei Bedarf an den vorgesehenen Stellen geöffnet werden.
Claims (6)
- Lüftungskanalnetz mit Hutprofilträgern (3) und mindestens einem Deckenelement (1) wobei jeder dieser Hutprofilträger mindestens einen Auflagerflansch (2) für das mindestens eine Deckenelement aufweist und in der Längsseite (5) des Hutprofilträgers (3) oberhalb des Auflagerflansches (2) Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) vorgesehen sind und wobei das mindestens eine Deckenelement Kanäle aufweist, die in einem verbauten Zustand luftführend sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innere der Hutprofilträger in einem verbauten Zustand als Luftführungskanal ausgebildet ist, wobei die Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) mit den in dem mindestens einen Deckenelement (1) angeordneten Kanälen (4) verbunden sind und somit die Luftführungskanäle der Hutprofilträger mit den Kanälen des mindestens einen Deckenelements in Verbindung stehen.
- Lüftungskanalnetz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) über Verbindungselemente (9, 13) mit den Kanälen (4) verbunden sind.
- Lüftungskanalnetz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente als Hülse (9), Rohrabschnitte (13) od. dgl. ausgebildet sind.
- Lüftungskanalnetz nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (9, 13) Dichtungen (11), Dichtringe (12) od. dgl. aufweisen.
- Lüftungskanalnetz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) verschließbar sind.
- Lüftungskanalnetz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) auf der Längsseite (5) des Hutprofilträgers (3) von einem U-förmigen, offenen Flansch (15) umgeben sind, in die ein Verbindungselement (13), ein Verschlussdeckel od. dgl. eingeschoben ist.
