Definitions
- the invention relates to a wastewater lifting plant according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such sewage lifting plants are among others by the document DE 36 07 353 C2 and DE 195 19 305 C2 already known.
- the purpose of these sewage lifting plants is to absorb wastewater generated in single or multi-family homes, in restaurants or in public buildings and to pump it from a low level to the sewage system via a pressure pipeline to a higher level.
- sewage lifting plants are also used in municipal drainage to promote the effluent from the sewage system via pressure pipelines to sewage treatment plants.
- the known wastewater lifting systems comprise at least one bulk substance collecting space or two bulk substance collecting spaces, which are in each case connected via a pump to a collecting container.
- the collecting container When the collecting container is filled, the untreated wastewater first flows into the bulking-up collecting space, in which the blocking substances and / or solids entrained in the wastewater are retained by a filter device.
- a filter device Through the filter device is a certain Pre-cleaning of the wastewater achieved. It should be prevented if possible, that solids or solids flow through the pump into the sump. Rather, the aim is to fill the sump with pre-treated wastewater, which is largely exempt from bulking agents or solids.
- the pump When the sump is filled to a certain level with pre-treated waste water, the pump is turned on to drain the sump. In this case, the pump promotes the pre-treated wastewater from the sump through the filter device and through the bulk solids collecting space into a pressure pipe leading to the sewer. In this delivery process located in the bulk solids collection solids and blocking substances are entrained and removed from the bulk material collecting space. As long as the pump is switched on and during the emptying of the collecting container, the inflow of unpurified waste water to the bulk material collecting container is blocked in order to allow undisturbed emptying of the collecting container and the bulk substance collecting space.
- the filter device is formed by the fact that an opening leading from the bulk material collecting space to the pump is largely closed by a separating flap located within the housing of the sewage lifting plant when the collecting container is filled.
- a separating flap located within the housing of the sewage lifting plant when the collecting container is filled.
- the separating flap In the area of the opening leading to the pump there are small webs on which the separating flap abuts and thus leaves a gap for filling the sump open. Because of the small gap, the solids and blocking substances remain for the most part in the bulk material collecting space.
- the separating flap When emptying the collecting container and the pump is turned on, the separating flap completely releases the associated opening, so that the wastewater can flow out of the collecting container through the entire opening, whereby the solids and blocking substances retained in the bulking agent compartment can be entrained and can enter the pressure pipeline in the desired manner ,
- Another disadvantage of the known filter device in the form of the separating flap is that the cross section of the opening leading to the pump is considerably reduced by the formation of the gap. As a result, on the one hand, the flow rate of the waste water flowing to the collecting tank is reduced, and on the other hand, an increased flow velocity is established at the constriction of the gap.
- Reducing the flow rate can cause problems if there is a large amount of sewage or heavy rain, if the sump can not be filled quickly enough.
- the increased flow velocity in the gap can cause solids or blocking substances to reach the pump through a suction effect through the gap.
- the invention has for its object to provide a Abwasserhebestrom, which allows better pre-cleaning of the reaching into the sump wastewater.
- the new sewage lifting system should allow even with large amounts of wastewater or heavy rain, a quick filling of the collection and any repairs and maintenance of the filter device should be possible in a simple manner.
- the filter device is arranged outside the housing in a provided with a closable opening filter box in front of the pump.
- the arrangement of the filter device outside the housing of the wastewater lifting plant has the advantage that the filter device for any repair or maintenance is easily accessible. It is only necessary to open the closable opening.
- the connection of the filter device is interrupted with the bulk substance collecting space by a gate valve also provided outside the housing of the sewage lifting plant.
- An expedient development of the invention consists in that a filling bypass is connected to the filter box, through which the collecting container can be filled, wherein the filling bypass is open during the filling of the collecting container and locked during the emptying of the collecting container.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the filling bypass is connected to a leading from the pump to the collecting suction line.
- the filling bypass does not lead directly to the collection itself, but to a suction line between the pump and the reservoir. If the filling bypass would lead directly into the collecting container, would be in disadvantageous Way in eventual repair and maintenance work a separate gate valve required, which can be omitted in the given solution in an advantageous manner.
- the filling bypass is formed at its upper end facing the filter box as a funnel, which tapers in the direction towards the other end.
- a shut-off valve is arranged, through which the filling bypass is opened during the filling of the collecting container and shut off during the emptying of the collecting container.
- the pump would deliver the wastewater in one cycle, namely from the suction line into the filling bypass and then back into the suction line, etc., without emptying the sump and without the waste water reaching the pressure pipe.
- blocking the filling bypass during emptying of the collecting container described adverse effect is prevented.
- the obturator is formed by a slight floatable ball, which rests due to its buoyancy at a boundary at the upper end of the funnel.
- the diameter of the ball is smaller than the diameter of the ball Funnel at the top and larger than the diameter of the funnel at the bottom of the funnel.
- the ball When filling the collecting container, the ball abuts the upper end of the confinement of the funnel, and since the diameter of the ball is smaller than the diameter of the funnel at the upper end, the ball releases an annular space through which a part of the waste water on the Filling bypass can get into the suction line and into the collecting container.
- the boundary of the ball is formed by a grid, which consists of at least two rods, in particular of three sheet metal rods. This provides an easy way to prevent the ball from going up out of the hopper due to its buoyancy.
- the filter device comprises a sieve unit which extends over the entire cross section of the water flowing from the bulk material collecting space to the filter device.
- the filter device according to the invention provides a substantial increase in the cross-section which is available to the waste water during the filling of the collecting container.
- the sewage lifting plant can therefore also absorb large amounts of waste water without problems, and the collecting container can be filled faster.
- the sieve unit of the filter device interchangeable.
- the screening unit of the filter device is formed by a plurality of strips, which are provided in the manner of a comb with gaps and teeth.
- a first group of strips is arranged horizontally parallel spaced apart and a second group of strips perpendicular to the strips of the first group, each gap of each strip of the first group engages in each case a gap of a strip of the other group.
- a plurality of flow channels extending in the flow direction of the waste water are formed, which extend over the entire flow cross section of the waste water flowing through the filter device.
- the flow channels form a sieve, with each flow channel forming a sieve opening.
- the filter property of the screening units can be changed by changing the width of the teeth of the strips in the wastewater lifting plant according to the invention. Different widths of the teeth lead namely to different cross sections of the respective flow channels, whereby the filter property of the screen unit is changed and thus can be adapted to the nature and quality of the respective wastewater.
- a wastewater lifting plant 10 according to the invention is shown during the filling of a collecting container 14, which is equipped with a diffuser bottom 16.
- the wastewater lifting plant 10 comprises at least one bulky waste collecting chamber 12, a filter box 26 arranged outside the housing 58 of the sewage lifting plant 10 with a filter device 32, and at least one pump 34 with a spiral housing 36, from which a suction line 38 leads into the collecting vessel 14.
- the flow direction of the accumulating wastewater during the filling of the collecting container 14 is indicated by arrows A.
- a filling tube 18 Via a filling tube 18, the unpurified wastewater firstly enters the bulking-up collecting chamber 12.
- the lower end 20 of the filling tube 18 is funnel-shaped, with the larger cross-section of the funnel opening into the bulking-up collecting chamber 12.
- rods 24 are arranged.
- a ball 22 In the filling tube 18 is located at the lower end 20, a ball 22, which is pressed down due to their own weight and by the inflowing wastewater and rests on rods 24.
- the diameter of the ball 22 is greater than the clearance between the opposing pins 24 and smaller than the funnel at its lower end. If the ball 22 according to Fig. 1 therefore, during filling of the collecting container 14 abuts the pins, there remains between the ball and the lower end of the funnel an annular clearance through which the waste water can flow into the bulking agent collecting space 12.
- the wastewater flows through the filter device 32 of the filter box 26.
- the solids and blocking substances present in the wastewater are largely retained by the filter device 32, so that the wastewater entering the filter box 26 is in a pre-cleaned state.
- the filter box 26 is connected via a filling bypass 40 with the suction line 38 in connection.
- the upper end 44 of the Be Schollungsbypasses 40 is formed in the manner of a funnel 46, the cross-section of which tapers down to the other end of the Be Schollungsbypasses 40 out.
- a light floatable ball 42 is arranged, which abuts due to their buoyancy at a boundary, which is formed here by metal bars 62.
- the diameter of the ball 42 is less than the largest upper diameter of the funnel 46, so that the ball leaves an annular space.
- the pre-treated wastewater flowing into the filter box 26 therefore not only passes through the spiral housing 36 of the pump 34 but also via the filling bypass 40 into the suction line 38 and thus into the collecting container 14.
- the filter device 32 extends over the entire cross section of the filter box 26, so that the waste water flowing from the bulk material collection chamber 12, this entire cross-section is available and the sump 14 can be filled quickly and safely, even with large amounts of wastewater.
- FIG. 2 In the schematic cross-sectional view according to Fig. 2 the wastewater lifting plant is shown in an operating state in which the collecting container is emptied.
- the pump 34 When the waste water in the sump 14 has reached a certain level, the pump 34 is automatically turned on, whereby the waste water of the sump 14 flows in the direction of the arrows B.
- the ball 42 in the filling bypass 40 When emptying the collecting container 14, the ball 42 in the filling bypass 40 is pressed by the entering into the filter box 26 wastewater against its buoyancy down until it abuts the lower end of the hopper 46 and the filling bypass 40 thereby shuts off.
- the emptying of the collecting container 14 therefore takes place exclusively via the suction line 38 through the spiral housing 36 and through the filter box 26.
- the wastewater flows through the filter device 32 into the bulky collecting chamber 12, and from there the waste water is finally pumped into a pressure pipeline 50.
- the retained by the filter device solid and barrier materials are entrained by the flow of sewage and removed from the bulk material collecting space 12.
- the ball 22 at the lower end 20 of the filling tube 18 is pressed by the funded by the pump 34 into the bulking agent 12 wastewater against gravity until it abuts the narrow point of the funnel-shaped space of the lower end 20, whereby the filling tube 18 shut off becomes. This ensures that during the emptying of the collecting container 14, no unpurified wastewater can flow into the bulking-up collecting chamber 12.
- Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the sewage lifting unit 10 with the inlet pipe 18 and the housing 58 of the sewage lifting system 10.
- the housing 58 forms practically the outer boundary of the collecting container 12.
- the sewage lifting unit 10 comprises two pumps 34, and thus two bulk collecting chambers 12th and two filter box 26. Each filter box 26 is connected via a pipe bend 56 with the spiral housing 36 of the pump 34.
- gate valves 52 are provided which shut off the respective bulk material collection chamber 12 and prevent wastewater from the bulk material collection chambers 12 can reach the outside. Also leading to the sump 14 suction lines can be shut off by further gate valve 54 to prevent that in the sump 14 located wastewater passes through the housing 58 during repairs to the outside.
- FIG. 4 the filter box 26 with the filter device 32 according to the invention and the filling bypass 40 is shown in perspective view in more detail.
- the filter box 26 can be closed and opened by a cover 28.
- Fig. 4 shows the filter box 26 in its open position, in which an opening 30 is released.
- a mounting opening 74 is also released, whereby the filter device 32, which is formed by a sieve unit 60, is accessible and can be removed and replaced.
- the ball 42 can be seen, which - as in the filling of the collecting container 14 - abuts due to their buoyancy and light weight at a boundary 48, which formed in the embodiment shown by three star-shaped metal bars 62 is.
- the opening 30 is sized so large that in the case of maintenance or repair work, both the sheet metal rods 62 and the ball 42 can be removed.
- the screening unit 60 used in the invention is formed by a plurality of strips 64, 76, which are provided in the manner of a comb with gaps 66 and teeth 68.
- the strips 76 are horizontal and
- the other strips 64 are also parallel to each other, but arranged vertically and form a second group of strips 64.
- each gap 66 of the vertical strips 64 comb-like engages in each case a gap 66 of the horizontal Strip 76.
- the strips 64 and 76 are preferably made of a metal sheet.
- each vertical strip 64 disassembly slots 72 at the upper end of the strip 64.
- a flat rod can be inserted in the horizontal direction.
- the screening unit 60 with the help of said rod, which now carries the screen unit 60, removed and vice versa also be used again. In this way, different screening units with different screening properties can be easily replaced.
