Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottle crate according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention relates to a bottle crate, which is equipped to accommodate six packs but also for receiving the individual bottles.
- Such a bottle crate is out DE 10 2006 058 031 B3 or FR 15 34 869 or DE 26 24 890 known.
- a six-pack for beverage bottles are being used more and more in commerce and have become a popular beverage packaging for bottles.
- a six-pack is a cardboard envelope with a cardboard bottom which accommodates a number of bottles, in particular beer bottles, and in most cases six bottles. These bottles are arranged in two rows of three bottles standing one behind the other on the cardboard bottom.
- the cardboard envelope is here beaten over the sides of the bottle accumulation and summarized above, with handle openings or handle bottles are provided in the upper area.
- the six-pack can be presented as a lightweight packaging in retail shelves and easily transported and stored by the customer and it can then easily be removed from the six-pack single bottles.
- the object of the invention is thus to provide a bottle crate, which is designed equally for the transport of six-packs as well as for the transport of individual bottles.
- the bottle case should be characterized by a lightweight simple and robust design.
- the invention is characterized by a bottle crate, in particular beer crate, which is formed in a manner customary for these beverage crates construction of a box bottom and circumferentially formed side walls which are designed in terms of height so that the upper box side edge projects beyond the set bottles.
- crates are made of plastic by injection molding.
- the box is equipped for the transport of six-packs as well as for the transport of individual bottles, to which the box preferably has a double bottom, which is formed by a bottom for the bottles to be adjusted bottle bottom and a distance above the Box floor arranged further ground, which forms a footprint for the six-packs.
- This floor is characterized by a basically closed level footprint to avoid damage to the cardboard packaging with set six-packs, which is formed with the box bottom by a wall which is circumferential with respect to thecommercenanf brothabmaschine. It should be remembered that such containers can be exposed to different weather conditions, which can lead to a moistening of the cardboard packaging and thus to a reduction in the stability of the six-Packsgebindes. In such a case, but also in careless setting would normally run the risk that the box bottom of the six-pack is torn, cracked or damaged in any other way, which is particularly problematic especially with a certain humidification.
- the formation of a level footprint avoids any damage and results in a clean and perfect hold of set six-packs, even in the event that the floor gets wet.
- the flat footprint is pierced by receiving openings, which then serve to accommodate the bottles.
- the six-packs can be transported with the bottle crate and also stacked and are thus supplied to the market, and on the other hand, the empty crates can be used commercially for the return of the individual bottles, so in particular the empties. This results in excellent logistics for these six-packs.
- the double floor is characterized by a arranged above the actual box floor level footprint, which is broken only by the receiving openings for the bottles, extends the rest of the sidewall to side wall and bridges the box floor at a distance.
- small openings for the discharge of rain or cleaning water are provided, which allow the reverse flow of water from the walls formed by the support walls between footprint and box bottom pockets between the receiving compartments, but the flat floor space as such in any way affect.
- the raised floor is characterized in that the flat footprint is arranged at a height of about 1 to 5 cm above the box bottom and in particular 1.5 to 3.5 cm, preferably 2.5 to 3.5 cm.
- the contact surface completely surrounds the bottle receiving openings.
- the closed footprint is formed in the region of two opposing receiving openings by flat land areas, which expediently have a thickness of 1 to 5 mm, in particular 1.5 to 4 mm, advantageously 2 to 3 mm.
- the area between each four receiving openings is formed by support major surfaces, which together with the land areas form the flat footprint for the six-packs.
- the in Fig.1 Bottle box 1 shown in perspective serves to accommodate so-called six-packs, as they are made available today, in particular for the sale of beer bottles.
- such six-packs are formed from a cardboard envelope with handle openings provided at the upper edge or a gripping tab, which are designed to accommodate in particular serve six bottles.
- the six-packs chamber the bottles placed side by side in two rows of three bottles and also form a bottom on which the bottles stand.
- Such six packs are common and well known, so they need not be described in detail here.
- Such six-packs are used for beer bottles in size for a content of 0.33 liters, 0.5 liters or 0.75 liters, this is not to be regarded as limiting in the invention.
- the in Fig. 1 shown box is used to hold several such six-packs, which can be recorded in the illustrated bottle crate depending on the size of at least four six-packs. This means that the six-packs can also be kept in the drinks market with these crates.
- Such in Fig.1 illustrated bottle crate 1 is characterized by four circumferential side walls 2 to 5, namely long side walls 2.4 and two opposite narrow side walls 3.5.
- the side walls can be designed arbitrarily, in particular they are provided with viewing openings.
- the illustrated bottle crate has on the long side walls 2.4 large display openings 6, so that the content recorded in the box is visible from the outside.
- On the narrow side walls handle openings 7 are provided for carrying the box.
- box Fig.1 The special thing about the box Fig.1 is that this can be used at the same time for the return transport of the usually empty bottles, especially beer bottles. That is, the box 1 is on the one hand prepared for the transport of six-packs and on the other hand for the transport of individual bottles. In addition to the side walls 2 to 5 of the box 1 is also provided with a box bottom 7, which is designed in the usual way for crates, especially beer crates, in the form of a grid and / or rib structure.
- the out Fig. 1 apparent box is on the one hand prepared for the transport of six-packs and on the other for a proper transport, especially return transport of the single bottles. This is particularly important for the return of empties.
- the bottles are taken as part of the six-pack packaging, but returned as individual bottles, so that the box can be used for the supply of the six-packs in the trade as well as for the return of the empties.
- the box 1 is provided so to speak with a double bottom, as will be described below.
- This level footprint 8 serves to accommodate the six-packs.
- the bottles especially beer bottles, which is in principle continuous closed footprint with openings, here in the embodiment, circular openings 9 are provided, forming the receiving compartments for the bottles. That is, the footprint 8 is broken only by the bottle receiving openings 9. Incidentally, however, forms the flat footprint, here significantly formed by web portions 10 between adjacent openings 9 and support surfaces 11 each between four receiving openings 9, which together give a closed support structure.
- the web regions 10 in this case have a width in the range of 1 to 5 mm, in particular 2 to 4 mm.
- the footprint 8 also includes edge gussets 12th
- the flat footprint 8 is located at a distance above the actual box bottom 7, which limits the receiving openings 9 down and serves as a base for the recorded in the box bottles.
- the distance of the footprint 8 to the ground can be suitably selected, but is usually 1 to 5 cm, in particular 1.5 to 3 cm.
- the diameter or the size of the receiving openings 9 is adapted to the male bottles, that is in principle coincides with the diameter thereof, but slightly larger in diameter, so that a loose insertion into the receiving openings 9 of the bottles allows is, but they are nevertheless held firmly within the receiving openings 9.
- the footprint 8 is broken in some places by small openings, but which do not touch the footprint and the for removal of water in the form of rainwater or cleaning water, as it is used for cleaning boxes after each return. These openings are in Fig.1 denoted by the reference numeral 13. These openings 13 may be provided as needed.
- the height of the bottle crate in Fig.1 is designed so that the height of the side walls is greater than the height of the bottles to be adjusted. This is known per se and serves the fact that the load is stored in stacking crates in superposition not on the bottles but on the side walls.
- the height of the box side walls and thus the height of the box is designed so that the upper box side edge is higher than the upper edge of the set six-packs, so that these also not for load transfer in a stacking of the boxes be used.
- the flat footprint creates a solid underlay for the six-packs to be set up, which avoids any destruction or damage to the six-pack packaging, especially the six-pack carton bottom.
- the six-packs are formed from a cardboard envelope, so that the bottom of cardboard is formed.
- the six-packs are also exposed to moisture-related influences, in particular moisture fluctuations, but also rain or snow during transport and also the handling and also partly the storage, the problem often occurs that the cardboard bottoms of the six-packs are also moistened and thus lose their stability.
- the gentle Auflagerung the six-pack when setting in the bottle crate due to the flat and basically continuously closed contact surface prevents damage to the carton bottom, so that after removal of the six-packs there is no danger that the bottles break through the ground. This is a significant advantage for such designed on the transport of six-packs crates, which are also equipped for the return of the empties.
- a circumferential wall extends around each receiving opening 9 and extends from the flat footprint 8 to the box bottom 7 down. Only in the area directly on the side walls, the wall is slightly interrupted, as is readily apparent Fig. 1 results. Through this wall 14 results in an increased stability of the bottle crate and also a secure hold for the bottles to be adjusted. By connecting through the closed and the footprint 8 with the box bottom wall a stable support structure is also guaranteed-thin-walled training of soil and footprint. There are reverse, downwardly open pockets between the receiving compartments for the bottles.
- spring elements may be provided and that at least one spring element per receiving opening, wherein the spring element projects into the interior of the receiving opening.
- the spring element When adjusting the bottle, the spring element is pressed outwards and keeps the bottle under spring action within the receiving opening, which on the one hand enables a stable and firm grip of the bottle in the opening and any rattling of the bottle in the box is prevented.
- spring elements can also be arranged distributed over the circumference per receiving opening. In the Fig. 1 is shown in one of the left openings such a spring element, which is provided with the reference numeral 16.
- the spring element extends from top to bottom inwardly towards the receiving opening, so that a simple insertion of the bottle while simultaneously displacing the spring element in the direction of the wall is ensured.
- the spring element 16 is formed integrally with the wall 14.
