Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hybrid module according to the features of claim 1.
- the object of the invention is to provide a structurally simple and compact hybrid module, via which an internal combustion engine coupled to a transmission and in this way a conventional drive train can be hybridized.
- a hybrid module comprises a housing, a rotary input, a rotational outlet, an electric machine arranged in the housing, as well as a separating clutch and a torsional vibration damper.
- the rotary input which is referred to below as “input” for short, is for the rotational coupling of the hybrid module with an internal combustion engine or a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine provided.
- the rotational output hereinafter referred to as “output” is provided for rotational coupling of the hybrid module to an input of a transmission, which may be, for example, an automatic transmission, a dual-clutch transmission, a manual transmission, an automated manual transmission or act a gear of a different design.
- the arranged in the housing of the hybrid module electric machine has a housing fixedly arranged stator and a rotatable relative to the stator rotor.
- the rotor is configured and dimensioned such that the disconnect clutch and the torsional vibration damper can be disposed within the area enclosed by the rotor.
- the separating clutch and the torsional oscillator are thus arranged (at least partially) "inside" the rotor of the electric machine both in the radial direction and in the axial direction, which makes possible a very compact design, for example it can be provided that the separating clutch - from the input of the hybrid module in FIG Direction of the output of the hybrid module - is arranged in front of the torsional vibration damper.
- the separating clutch can be, in particular, a dry multi-disk friction clutch with a plurality of friction disk pairs.
- the clutch has an unactuated ground state in which it is closed, ie in which it allows a torque transmission.
- a appropriate coupling hydraulics can be provided, which has a hydrostatic, demand-oriented with hydraulic energy supplied actuator.
- the friction plates of the clutch are completely separated in the open state of the clutch. In the open state of the clutch, thus the friction plates of the clutch do not touch. Accordingly, no frictional heat is generated at the clutch in the opened clutch state.
- the input of the hybrid module can be connected via the torsional vibration damper with the first friction plates of the clutch.
- the first friction plates may be radially inner friction plates (inner plates).
- the first friction plates cooperate with second friction plates, which are arranged radially outside with respect to the first friction plates (outer plates).
- the second friction plates may be connected directly or indirectly to the rotor. The second friction plates thus always rotate with the speed of the rotor of the electric machine.
- the first or second lamellae may be lining lamellae, which are provided on both sides with a friction lining.
- the friction discs are faced with steel or cast fins (second or first fins), which primarily dissipate the resulting heat. Since steel or cast slats have a higher inertia than the lining blades, they are preferably arranged (for reasons of dynamics) on the standing with the clutch open shaft.
- the rotor of the electric machine may be indirectly or directly connected to the output of the hybrid module, which is provided for rotational coupling to an input of the transmission.
- the housing of the hybrid module is flanged on the input side to a crankcase of the internal combustion engine and the output side to a housing of the transmission.
- the housing of the hybrid module can be flanged directly or via an adapter ring to the crankcase. By using an adapter ring, the hybrid module can be combined with different gear types.
- the rotor of the electric machine is mounted in the housing of the hybrid module via sealed bearings with respect to the stator.
- the electric machine or the stator of the electric machine can be screwed as a "unit" to the housing of the hybrid module or to the adapter ring.
- corrugated springs or tangential plate springs can be provided.
- a hydraulic system For actuating the separating clutch, as already mentioned, a hydraulic system is provided.
- the hydraulic system is supplied with hydraulic pressure by a hydraulic pump.
- the hydraulic pump is driven by an electric motor.
- the electric motor used to drive the hydraulic pump may additionally be used as a drive motor of a transmission oil pump of the transmission connected to the hybrid module.
- the respective electric motor, the hydraulic pump and the transmission oil pump may be arranged outside the housing of the hybrid module and outside the housing of the transmission.
- a conventional drive train can be hybridized, wherein the "basic transmission" can be used largely unchanged.
- the system for torsional vibration reduction arranged on the input side of a conventional drive train is retained but integrated in the hybrid module.
- the hybrid module can be combined with any gearboxes.
- Figure 1 shows the basic principle of the invention in a schematic representation
- FIG. 1 shows a drive train 1 for a vehicle.
- the drive train 1 has an internal combustion engine 2, the crankshaft 3 of which is rotationally coupled to a hybrid module 4, which is arranged between the internal combustion engine 2 and a transmission 5, which here is an automatic transmission.
- An input 6 of the hybrid module 4 is rotationally coupled via a longitudinal toothing 7 and a flywheel 8 with the crankshaft 3 of the internal combustion engine 2.
- An output 9 of the hybrid module 4 is connected to an input 10 of the automatic transmission 5.
- the input 10 of the automatic transmission 5 in turn is connected via a torque converter 11 and a torsional vibration damper 12 to a drive shaft 13 of the automatic transmission 5.

Description
Hybridmodul
Figur 1 das Grundprinzip der Erfindung in schematischer Darstellung;
