- the object of the invention is to provide a structurally simple and compact hybrid module, via which an internal combustion engine coupled to a transmission and in this way a conventional drive train can be hybridized.
- a hybrid module comprises a housing, a rotary input, a rotational outlet, an electric machine arranged in the housing, as well as a separating clutch and a torsional vibration damper.
- the rotary input which is referred to below as “input” for short, is for the rotational coupling of the hybrid module with an internal combustion engine or a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine provided.
- the rotational output hereinafter referred to as “output” is provided for rotational coupling of the hybrid module to an input of a transmission, which may be, for example, an automatic transmission, a dual-clutch transmission, a manual transmission, an automated manual transmission or act a gear of a different design.
- the arranged in the housing of the hybrid module electric machine has a housing fixedly arranged stator and a rotatable relative to the stator rotor.
- the rotor is configured and dimensioned such that the disconnect clutch and the torsional vibration damper can be disposed within the area enclosed by the rotor.
- the separating clutch and the torsional oscillator are thus arranged (at least partially) "inside" the rotor of the electric machine both in the radial direction and in the axial direction, which makes possible a very compact design, for example it can be provided that the separating clutch - from the input of the hybrid module in FIG Direction of the output of the hybrid module - is arranged in front of the torsional vibration damper.

Description
Hybridmodul
Figur 1 das Grundprinzip der Erfindung in schematischer Darstellung;
