Claims (10)
- Induktionsherd (1), umfassend eine obere Platte (3) aus einem Material wie Glas oder Keramik, mehrere Induktionsspulen (2), die unter der oberen Platte (3) angeordnet sind und es ermöglichen, dass der Kochbehälter mit ferromagnetischer Funktion von dem von ihnen erzeugten Magnetfeld erwärmt wird, mehrere Platinen (4), die es ermöglichen, dass die Induktionsspulen (2) mit Energie versorgt werden, mehrere Schaltelemente (5) wie etwa IGBT oder eine Diodenbrücke, die mit den Platinen (4) verbunden sind und starken elektrischen Strom führen und durch die Wirkung des Stroms überhitzen, und eine untere Platte (6), die an der Unterseite der oberen Platte (3) angeordnet ist, und auf der die Platinen (4) horizontal in Intervallen Seite an Seite angeordnet sind,
gekennzeichnet durch- eine kreisförmige Öffnung (7), die an der unteren Platte (6) zwischen den Platinen (4) angeordnet ist,- ein Gebläse des Axialtyps (8), das in der Öffnung (7) angeordnet ist und Luft, die von der Unterseite der unteren Platte (6) angesaugt wird, durch die Platinen (4) und zwischen die untere Platte (6) und die obere Platte (3) blast, und- eine Wärmesenke (10), umfassend eine Kappe (9), die in Bezug auf die Mitte (M) der Öffnung (7) symmetrisch konfiguriert ist und derart über der Öffnung (7) angeordnet ist, dass sie mit dem Gebläse (8) konzentrisch ist und das Gebläse (8) umgibt; wobei die zwei gegenüberliegenden lateralen Seiten (K) der Kappe (9) über den Platinen (4) liegen und die Oberseite des Gebläses (8) abdecken und die Luft, die das Gebläse (8) durch die Öffnung (7) nach oben bläst, in der vertikalen Richtung zu den Schaltelementen (5) und den Platinen (4) an den lateralen Seiten (K) derselben lenken, indem sie sie in horizontaler Richtung zu den Seiten hin verteilen. - Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) zwei Kühlflächen (11) umfasst, die durch Ankanten entlang den gesamten lateralen Seiten (K) derselben gebildet sind, und an denen die Schaltelemente (5) und mehrere Kühllamellen (12) angebracht sind, die unter den Kühlflächen (11) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und auf den Oberflächen der Platinen (4) ruhen.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) die Kappe (9) umfasst, deren mittlerer, dem Gebläse (8) zugewandter Abschnitt konisch oder kuppelförmig ist.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) die Kappe (9) umfasst, deren untere, dem Gebläse (8) zugewandte Fläche konkav ist.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) mehrere Luftführungen (13) umfasst, die an ihrer Vorder- und Rückseite angeordnet sind und die Luft, die vom Gebläse (8) geblasen wird, zu den lateralen Seiten (K) führen.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) zwei V-förmige Luftführungen (13) umfasst, die sich von ihrer Vorder- und Rückseite symmetrisch zur Mitte (M) erstrecken.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) mehrere Separatoren (14) umfasst, die sich von den Kühllamellen (12) in radialer Richtung zur Mitte (M) erstrecken.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Separatoren (14) von den Kühllamellen (12) zur Mittel (M) bis zu dem Ring (S) erstrecken, der den Rand der kuppelförmigen Region an der Kappe (9) begrenzt.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmesenke (10) mehrere Ausnehmungen (15) umfasst, die an den Endabschnitten der Separatoren (14) angeordnet sind, die sich zur Mitte (M) erstrecken.
- Induktionsherd (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Wärmesenke (10) die Diodenbrücke, die das am meisten erwärmte Schaltelement (5) ist, im mittleren Abschnitt der einzelnen Kühlflächen (11) angeordnet ist, und die IGBTs, die weniger als die Diodenbrücke erwärmte Schaltelemente (5) sind, an den Seiten der Diodenbrücke angeordnet sind.
