  • Each organ 40 is mobile, with respect to bar 39, between a lifted rest position and a lowered operating position, and comprises two jaws which are mobile with respect to each other between a locking position and a releasing position of at least one panel 2.
  • Machine 1 has several advantages which mainly derive from the fact that, when auxiliary operating unit 27 is hooked to carriage 18, the former is moved along pressing device 25 in direction 9 using the same actuating device as carriage 18.

Claims (15)

  1. Eine Schneidmaschine zum Schneiden von Holzplatten (2) oder dergleichen, die Maschine umfasst eine Tragstruktur (3), die einen Tragtisch (P) für die Platten (2) bildet; eine Schneidstation (16); wenigstens eine Zufuhreinrichtung (38), die mobil entlang der Tragstruktur (3) ist, derart, dass sie wenigstens eine Platte (2) entlang des Tragtisches (P) und durch die Schneidstation (16) in einer vorgegebenen ersten Richtung (5) bewegt; eine Schneideinrichtung (17), welche an der Schneidstation (16) angeschlossen ist und mobil in einer zweiten Richtung (9) ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung (5) verläuft, derart, dass sie das Schneiden der Platten (2) ausführt; und eine Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27), welche derart montiert ist, dass sie geradlinige Bewegungen in der zweiten Richtung (9) ausführt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidmaschine ferner eine Ankoppeleinrichtung (23; 31; 34) umfasst, die zwischen einer Ankoppelposition der Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) an der Schneideinrichtung (17) und einer Löseposition beweglich ist.
  2. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Schneidstation (16) einen Schneidkanal (22) aufweist, der durch den Tragtisch (P) in der zweiten Richtung (9) verläuft; die Schneideinrichtung (17) ferner einen motorisierten Schlitten (18) umfasst, der unterhalb des Tragtischs (P) angeschlossen ist und wenigstens ein Messer (20, 21) aufweist, das in einer dritten Richtung (8) mobil ist, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Tragtisch (P) zwischen einer abgesenkten Ruheposition, in welcher das Messer (20, 21) im Wesentlichen unterhalb des Tragtisches (P) positioniert ist, und einer angehobenen Betriebsposition, in welcher das Messer (20, 21) über den Tragtisch (P) hinaussteht und in einer gleitenden Weise in den Schneidkanal (22) eingreift.
  3. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei, wenn die Ankoppeleinrichtung (23; 31; 34) in ihrer Ankoppelposition angeordnet ist, die Schneideinrichtung (17) und die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) mobil in der zweiten Richtung (9) sind, mit Bewegungsgesetzen, die identisch zueinander sind, unter dem Schub des motorisierten Schlittens (18).
  4. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3 und ferner umfassend eine Presseinrichtung (25), welche sich in der zweiten Richtung (9) und auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des Schneidkanals (22) in der ersten Richtung (5) erstreckt, und welche in der dritten Richtung (8) zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in welcher die Platten (2) gegen den Tragtisch (P) verriegelt sind, und einer Löseposition bewegbar ist; wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) auf der Presseinrichtung (25) montiert ist.
  5. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3 und ferner umfassend ein Kreuzstück, welches parallel zu der Presseinrichtung (25) und dieser ist; wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) auf dem genannten Kreuzstück montiert ist.
  6. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) oberhalb des Tragtisches (P) montiert ist.
  7. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) wenigstens eine Saughaube (28) zum Aufsaugen von Spänen und/oder Staub, die/der durch die Schneideinrichtung (17) erzeugt werden/wird, umfasst.
  8. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei die Schneideinrichtung (17) ferner mit einem Annäherungsorgan (23) versehen ist, welches mobil ist zwischen einer abgesenkten Ruheposition und einer angehobenen Betriebsposition, in welcher das Näherungsorgan (23) geeignet ist, an den Platten (2) anzugreifen, um diese korrekt in der zweiten Richtung (9) zu positionieren und/oder um die Saughaube (28) anzukoppeln, um diese in der zweiten Richtung (9) zu bewegen.
  9. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) eine Näherungseinrichtung (29) zum korrekten Positionieren der Platten (2) in der zweiten Richtung (9) umfasst; die Ankoppeleinrichtung (31) zwischen der Schneideinrichtung (17) und der Näherungseinrichtung (29) positioniert ist.
  10. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) einen ersten Schlitten (33) umfasst, der in der zweiten Richtung (9) mobil ist, und ein Näherungsorgan (37), welches in einer gleitenden Art an dem ersten Schlitten (33) angeschlossen ist, um sich in der zweiten Richtung (9) mit Bezug auf den ersten Schlitten (33) zu bewegen, und geeignet ist, die Platten (2) korrekt in der zweiten Richtung (9) zu positionieren; wobei die Ankoppeleinrichtung (34) zwischen der Schneideinrichtung (17) und dem ersten Schlitten (13) angeordnet ist.
  11. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) einen zweiten Schlitten umfasst, der in einer gleitenden Weise an die Tragstruktur (3) unterhalb des Tragtisches (P) gekoppelt ist, und eine Betätigungseinrichtung, welche an dem zweiten Schlitten montiert ist und in der dritten Richtung (8) zwischen einer abgesenkten Ruheposition beweglich ist, in welcher die Betätigungseinrichtung im Wesentlichen unterhalb des Tragtisches (P) angeordnet ist, und einer angehobenen Betriebsposition, in welcher die Betätigungseinrichtung über den Tragtisch (P) heraussteht.
  12. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß Anspruch 11, wobei die Tragstruktur (3) ferner einen Zufuhrkanal aufweist, der parallel zu dem Schneidkanal (22) ist und separat zu diesem ist; wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung in einer gleitenden Art in den Schneidkanal (22) oder den Zufuhrkanal eingreift, wenn sie in ihrer angehobenen Betriebsposition angeordnet ist.
  13. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) ein Distanzorgan umfasst, welches, wenn es an die Schneideinrichtung (17) angekoppelt ist, geeignet ist, dem Messer (20, 21) zu folgen, derart, dass es auf eine gleitende Art in einen weiteren Schneidkanal eingreift, der durch die Platten (2) mittels des Messers (20, 21) erzielt wird.
  14. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ankoppeleinrichtung (23; 31; 34) auf der Schneideinrichtung (17) montiert ist und lösbar an der Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) anschließbar ist.
  15. Eine Schneidmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Schneideinrichtung (23; 31; 34) auf der Hilfsbetätigungseinheit (27) montiert ist und lösbar an der Schneideinrichtung (17) anschließbar ist.
