- a second operating mode of sawing machine 1 will now be described with reference to figures 1 , 2 , and 4 , assuming the sawing of a group of three reciprocally stacked panels 2, from when:
- carriage 16 is fed in direction 8 to move cutter 17 and blade 18 firstly through panels 2, then through lower inlet mouth 35, and finally through pushing arms 31, and pneumatic aspirating device 34 is activated to allow pipe 33 to aspirate the shavings and/or machining waste generated by cutting unit 15 avoiding the dispersion of such shavings and/or machining waste within a free space 37 defined between cross members 23, supporting table 14, abutting element 32, and runner 28.
- cross members 23 are raised, panels 2 are fed in direction 4 by means of gripping and conveying unit 10 and cutting unit 15 is operated to perform a new cut.
- runner 28 is moved to its raised position, pushing and aspirating unit 25 is moved along cross members 26 so as to position mouth 35 over panels 2 and downstream of cutter 17 and blade 18 in feeding direction 8 of carriage 16, and carriages 16 and 27 are fed in direction 8 with corresponding laws of motion substantially identical to each other to keep mouth 35 at a minimum distance from blade 18 and allow pipe 33 to instantaneously aspirate the shavings and/or the machining waste generated by cutting unit 15 reducing the dispersion thereof to the minimum.

Claims (9)
- Sägemaschine für Holzplatten (2) oder dergleichen, umfassend Tragmittel (5, 15), die eine Tragebene (P) für mindestens eine Platte (2) bilden; Fördermittel (10) zum Führen der Platte (2) in einer ersten gegebenen Richtung (4); Schneidmittel (15), die in einer zu der ersten Richtung (4) transversalen zweiten Richtung (8) und in einer zu der Tragebene (P) orthogonalen Schneidebene (T) zum Sägen der Platte (2) beweglich sind; und Absaugmittel (34) zum Absaugen der Späne und/oder des Abfalls der spanenden Bearbeitung, die/der durch die Schneidmittel (15) erzeugt werden/wird, wobei die Absaugmittel (34) gelagert sind, um sich in der zweiten Richtung (8) und entlang der Schneidebene (T) zu bewegen; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner umfasst Druckmittel (22), die mit zwei Querelementen (23) versehen sind, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Schneidebene (T) in der ersten Richtung (4) angeordnet sind und in einer dritten Richtung (24) beweglich sind, die orthogonal zu der Tragebene (P) ist, um die Platte (2) gegen die Tragebene (P) zu beklemmen; wobei die Absaugmittel (34) zwischen den Querelementen (23) in der zweiten Richtung (8) beweglich sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, und ferner umfassend Aktuatormittel (30) zum Bewegen der Absaugmittel (34) zwischen den Querelementen (23) in der dritten Richtung (24).
- Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Schneid- und Absaugmittel (15, 34) im Einsatz in der zweiten Richtung (8) im Wesentlichen übereinstimmend beweglich sind.
- Sägemaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Absaugmittel (34) mindestens eine Absaugleitung (33) umfassen, die einen Einlass (35) für die Späne und/oder den Abfall der spanenden Bearbeitung in die Absaugleitung (33) aufweist; wobei der Einlass (35) derart geformt ist, um von den Schneidmitteln (15) während der Bewegung der Schneidmittel (15) in der zweiten Richtung (8) durchsetzt zu werden.
- Sägemaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, und ferner umfassend Anlagemittel (32), die transversal zu der Tragebene (P) angebracht sind, um eine korrekte Positionierung der Platte (2) in der zweiten Richtung (8) zu gewähren, und Schiebemittel (31), die in der zweiten Richtung (8) beweglich sind, um die Platte (2) gegen die Anlagemittel (32) zu beklemmen; wobei die Absaug- und Schiebemittel (34, 31) im Einsatz in der zweiten Richtung (8) im Wesentlichen übereinstimmend beweglich sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Schiebemittel (31) zwei Schiebearme (31) aufweisen, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Schneidebene (T) in der ersten Richtung (4) angeordnet sind und ausgebildet sind, um von den Schneidmitteln (15) während der Bewegung der Schneidmittel (15) in der zweiten Richtung (8) durchsetzt zu werden.
- Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, und ferner umfassend einen ersten Schlitten (27), der die miteinander verbundenen Schiebe- und Absaugmittel (31, 34) trägt und in der zweiten Richtung (8) beweglich ist, um die Schiebe- und Absaugmittel (31, 34) zwischen den Druckmitteln (22) im Wesentlichen übereinstimmend zu bewegen.
- Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 7, und ferner umfassend einen zweiten Schlitten (28), der die miteinander verbundenen Schiebe- und Absaugmittel (31, 34) trägt und mit dem ersten Schlitten (27) gleitend gekoppelt ist, um die Schiebe- und Absaugmittel (31, 34) in der dritten Richtung (24) zwischen einer hohen Position und einer abgesenkten Position zu bewegen.
- Sägemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, wobei die Schneid-, Schiebe- und Absaugmittel (15, 31, 34) im Wesentlichen übereinstimmend beweglich sind.
