Claims (9)
- Eine Schneidemaschine zum Schneiden von Platten (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen, wobei die Maschine umfasst: eine Schneidestation (15); einen Hauptschieber (21) zum Verschieben mindestens einer ersten Platte (2) durch die Schneidestation (15) in einer ersten Richtung (4); eine erste Betätigungsvorrichtung (24) zum Verschieben des Hauptschiebers (21) in der ersten Richtung (4); einen Sekundärschieber (22) zum Verschieben mindestens einer zweiten Platte (2) durch dieselbe Schneidestation (15) in derselben ersten Richtung (4); eine zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (27) zum Verschieben des Sekundärschiebers (22) in der ersten Richtung (4); eine Schneidvorrichtung (16), die in der Schneidstation (15) montiert und in einer zweiten Richtung (7) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur ersten Richtung (4) beweglich ist, um das Schneiden der Platten (2) durchzuführen; ein Schiebeelement (35), das mit dem Sekundärschieber (22) zusammenwirkt, um die zweite Platte (2) in der ersten Richtung (4) vorzuschieben, und das zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der sich das Schiebeelement (35) innerhalb eines Vorschubweges der zweiten Platte (2) befindet, und einer Ruheposition, in der sich das Schiebeelement (35) außerhalb des Vorschubweges der zweiten Platte (2) befindet, beweglich ist, und eine dritte Betätigungsvorrichtung (32), die unabhängig von der zweiten Betätigungsvorrichtung (27) ist, um das Schiebeelement (35) in der ersten Richtung ( 4) zu verschieben; und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie ferner einen ersten Betätigungszylinder (37) umfasst, um das Schiebeelement (35) in der zweiten Richtung (7) zwischen einer eingefahrenen Ruheposition und einer ausgefahrenen Betriebsposition zu verschieben, und einen zweiten Betätigungszylinder (34), um das Schiebeelement (35) in einer dritten Richtung (6) orthogonal zu der ersten und zweiten Richtung (4, 7) zwischen einer angehobenen Ruheposition und einer abgesenkten Betriebsposition zu verschieben.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 und ferner mit einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (39), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie selektiv die zweite und dritte Betätigungsvorrichtung (27, 32) steuert, um den Sekundärschieber (22) und das Schiebeelement (35) gleichzeitig oder unabhängig voneinander vorzuschieben.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hauptschieber (21) und der Sekundärschieber (22) jeweils mindestens ein erstes Klemmelement (25) zum Festhalten der ersten Platte (2) und mindestens ein zweites Klemmelement (28) zum Festhalten der zweiten Platte (2) umfassen.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Schiebeelement (35) eine längliche Form aufweist und sich in die erste Richtung (4) erstreckt.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ferner zwei Längsführungselemente (8, 9) parallel zur ersten Richtung (4) aufweist; wobei sich der Hauptschieber (21) zwischen den beiden Längsführungselementen (8, 9) erstreckt und mit den beiden Längsführungselementen (8, 9) verschiebbar gekoppelt ist.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Sekundärschieber (22) von einem der Längsführungselementen (8, 9) in der zweiten Richtung (7) vorsteht.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Sekundärschieber (22) unterhalb eines der Längsführungselemente (8, 9) angebracht ist.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die außerdem mindestens ein drittes Klemmelement (29) umfasst, das wahlweise mit dem Hauptschieber (21) und dem Sekundärschieber (22) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, um sich in der ersten Richtung (4) zu verschieben.
- Die Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 8, wenn dieser abhängig von Anspruch 5 ist, wobei das dritte Klemmelement (29) unterhalb eines der Längsführungselemente (8, 9) angebracht ist.
