Claims (6)
- Système de dosage à racle pour un dispositif destiné à l'enduction de bandes de matériau (1), en particulier de bandes de papier ou de carton, avec une barre de racle (3) comme élément de dosage, qui est logé dans une rainure d'un sommier de racle (4), qui est fixé amovible dans le cadre du système, une pièce de soutien (7) étant disposée sur le côté arrière du sommier de racle (4) opposé à la barre de racle (3), laquelle- soutient le sommier de racle (4) ou une pièce de maintien (10) retenant le sommier de racle (4) sur le côté arrière,- est configurée de manière à pouvoir être enlevée du système de dosage, séparément du sommier de racle (4) ou de la pièce de maintien (10) retenant le sommier de racle (4), et- sur le côté arrière de laquelle opposé au sommier de racle (4) un flexible de pression (11) est fixé à la hauteur de la barre de racle (3) et est disposé un élément de serrage (14, 18) agissant dans la zone du pied (12) de la pièce de soutien (7),caractérisé en ce que le sommier de racle (4) est prolongé vers le bas vers un pied (8), qui peut être bloqué solidairement avec le pied (12) de la pièce de soutien (7) au moyen de l'élément de serrage (14, 18) dans le cadre (9) du système.
- Système de dosage à racle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sommier de racle (4) est logé dans une pièce de maintien (10) qui est soutenue sur son côté arrière par la pièce de soutien (7) et comporte un pied (8) s'étendant vers le bas, qui peut être bloqué conjointement avec le pied (12) de la pièce de soutien (7) au moyen de l'élément de serrage (14, 18) dans le cadre (9) du système.
- Système de dosage à racle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage est un flexible de serrage (14) fixé au côté arrière de la pièce de soutien (7).
- Système de dosage à racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pied (12) de la pièce de soutien (7) présente une section cunéiforme s'élargissant vers le bas et une barre de serrage (18) est disposée verticalement mobile sur son côté arrière en tant qu'élément de serrage, qui se bloque lors du mouvement vers le bas entre le pied (12) et le cadre (9).
- Système de dosage à racle selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la barre de serrage (18) est fixée au bord inférieur d'une fine tôle de levage (19) ou d'un câble de levage, qui est fixé verticalement mobile au côté supérieur de la pièce de soutien (7).
- Système de dosage à racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de soutien (7) contient, entre le point d'action de l'élément de serrage (14, 17) et la fixation du flexible de pression (11), un point faible (13) agissant comme point d'articulation, qui permet un mouvement de basculement de la partie supérieure causé par le flexible de pression (11) pour presser le sommier de racle (4), indépendamment du pied (12) bloqué.
