Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de collage pour appliquer une substance de traitement sur une bande de fibres, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une unité d'application dotée d'un module d'application (10) pour appliquer la substance de traitement sur la bande de fibres ou sur un rouleau (11) du dispositif de couchage ou de collage pour transférer la substance de traitement sur la bande de fibres, laquelle unité d'application comprend un élément support (12) sur lequel le module d'application (10) est supporté et en ce que le module d'application (10) est fixé à l'élément support (12) par un montage flottant (30, 31) lequel montage flottant (30, 31) comprend un système de réglage à cylindres comprenant des cylindres de réglage remplis (30) dotés chacun d'un piston (31), lesquels cylindrez (30) sont connectés entre eux par leurs lignes d'alimentation (36) via un canal à liquide (35).
  2. Dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres de réglage (30) sont espacés dans le sens transversal de la bande de fibres et que la distance entre deux cylindres proches l'un de l'autre est de 500 - 2000 mm.
  3. Dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de cylindres de réglage comprend aussi un vase d'expansion (33), par exemple un accumulateur hydraulique à cylindres à course courte.
  4. Dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module d'application (10) est en outre supporté sur l'élément support (12) par une fixation articulée (21) dans le sens tangentiel du rouleau (11) du dispositif de couchage ou de collage et que la fixation articulée (21) est positionnée à proximité ou au niveau d'une tangente (T) du rouleau (11) du dispositif de couchage ou de collage au point de contact d'un élément d'application (16), par exemple une barre ou une lame, du module d'application (10), de sorte que le déplacement perpendiculaire par rapport à la tangente exécute l'équation : changement angulaire du module d'application < 0,5 °/1 mm.
  5. Dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sensibilité de mouvement et la vitesse des cylindres de réglage (30) du système de cylindrez de réglages sont commandées en équipant chaque ligne d'alimentation (36) de chaque cylindre de réglage (30) d'un régulateur.
  9. Dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sensibilité de mouvement et la vitesse des cylindres de réglage (30) du système de cylindres de réglage est commandée par le choix de la viscosité du fluide.
  10. Utilisation d'un dispositif de couchage ou de collage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 - 9 pour appliquer la substance de traitement sur un rouleau de couchage ou sur un rouleau d'encollage pour la transférer ensuite sur la bande de fibres ou directement sur la bande de fibres, l'unité d'application (10) s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la bande de fibres et la substance de traitement étant délivrée au module d'application (10) de l'unité d'application à une de ses extrémités longitudinales et appliquée depuis une chambre d'alimentation par des orifices d'alimentation situés espacés dans le sens longitudinal des modules application (10) et l'autre extrémité longitudinale étant pourvue d'un passage d'écoulement.
