Claims (8)

  1. Unité d'application d'un dispositif de revêtement ou de calibrage pour l'application d'une substance de traitement sur une toile de fibres, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'application comprend une barre de support (13) et un module d'application (10) comprenant une ouverture à l'une de ses extrémités longitudinales, pour l'entrée de la substance de traitement, une chambre d'alimentation (11) avec des ouvertures d'alimentation disposées de façon espacée dans la direction longitudinale du module d'application (10), et un passage d'écoulement à l'autre extrémités latérales du module d'application (10), ledit module d'application (10) étant supporté par un élément de fixation (12) sur la barre de support (13), et en ce que le module d'application (10) est au moins partiellement constitué d'un matériau composite.
  2. Unité d'application selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la barre de support (13) est au moins partiellement constituée d'un matériau composite.
  3. Unité d'application selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le module d'application (10) est réalisé par pultrusion.
  4. Unité d'application selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le module d'application (10) comprend en outre un élément de raccordement (14) destiné à raccorder un système de dosage (15, 16) de façon amovible au module d'application.
  5. Unité d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le module d'application (10) et n'importe lequel parmi l'élément de fixation (12) et/ou la barre de support (13) et/ou l'élément de raccordement (14) est formé comme une seule pièce par pultrusion.
  6. Unité d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le module d'application (10) est quasiment entièrement constitué d'un matériau composite.
  7. Unité d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la barre de support est quasiment entièrement constituée d'un matériau composite.
  8. Unité d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'application est quasiment entièrement constituée d'un matériau composite.
