Definitions

  • the invention relates to a switch for closing or interrupting a circuit and in particular a switch with contact rivets, wherein the switch comprises a housing of a housing lower part and an associated upper housing part, an actuatable actuating slide and with a movable and operatively connected to the actuating slide contact holder, wherein a holding device is arranged in the housing, wherein a locking arrangement between the holding device and the movable contact holder and wherein a Entsperran extract between the holding device and the actuating slide is arranged, that the contact holder is displaceable between two end positions.
  • Switches with contact rivets are known from the prior art, which have a housing with a housing lower part and a housing upper part connected thereto and which have an actuatable actuating slide and a displaceable contact holder, wherein the contact slide is closed by the actuating slide from a circuit closing in the circuit Position can be shifted.
  • the example off DE 43 01 213 C1 or off DE 10 2005 020 373 B3 Known switches require a longer switching time, can be easily damaged by the contact elements and the life of the switch is often short. For the switching process no separate triggering function is provided.
  • This object is achieved in that the contact holder is retained by the holding device in a circuit closing end position using the lock assembly and the contact holder is retained in this end position and can not be moved out of this end position before the holding device is not from a locked position is displaced out, and that the locking arrangement is unlocked upon actuation of the actuating slide as soon as the actuating slide reaches an unlocked position, which is predetermined by a configuration of a Entsperr Schemes on the actuating slide, and the actuating slide with the aid of an elastic element, the unlocked contact holder can relocate.
  • the holding device engages with the contact holder when the contact holder is displaced into an end position closing the circuit.
  • the contact holder is retained by the holding device in this end position and can not be displaced out of this end position before the holding device does not come out of a locked position is relocated.
  • the locking arrangement is unlocked and the contact holder is displaced by the elastic element from the circuit closing end position into a circuit breaking end position where a contact element fixed to the contact holder is separated from a contact element fixed to the housing becomes.
  • the holding device has a locking device and an unlocking device and a fastening device and a restoring device, wherein the locking device in cooperation with the housing and the contact holder forms the locking arrangement, wherein the restoring device with a first end to the housing is supported and the locking device displaces in the direction of a locking position restoring force on the holding device and wherein on the actuating slide an abutment portion is formed, which can cooperate with the unlocking of the holding device to separate against the restoring force of the return device, the locking device of the contact holder and the To release lock order.
  • the holding device has a locking device and an unlocking device and a fastening device and a return device, wherein the locking device in cooperation with the housing and the Contact holder forms the locking arrangement, wherein the restoring device is supported at a first end to the housing and the locking device in the direction of a locking position pivoting restoring force exerted on the holding device and wherein on the actuating slide an abutment portion is formed, which can cooperate with the unlocking of the holding device, to pivot against the restoring force of the return device, the locking device in the opposite direction or separate from the contact holder and to release the lock assembly.
  • the contact holder is reliably retained by the holding device in an end position closing the contact.
  • the electrically conductive connection and thereby enabled flow of current through the contacts is not dependent on the contact pressure of a spring element.
  • both the closing of the contacts and the opening of the contacts are significantly influenced by the holding device, so that the actual actuation of the actuating slide by a user has no appreciable influence on the displacement of the contact holder and the thereby caused opening or closing of the contact connection.
  • the fastening device has a formation which is in engagement with a recess arranged on the housing.
  • the return device is an elastic element.
  • the fastening device has a flat surface and that the recess in the housing has a flat surface adapted thereto, so that the fastening device is displaceable in the recess.
  • the abutment region of the actuating slide has an inclined plane and that the unlocking device of the holding device has an inclined plane adapted thereto, so that upon actuation of the actuating slide, a separating force counteracting the restoring force is generated, which is greater than the restoring force of the restoring device.
  • the contact holder is displaceable between a contact position and an interruption position, wherein upon a displacement of the contact holder into the contact position, the blocking device engages with the contact holder.
  • At least one first contact element is arranged on the housing and at least one second contact element is arranged on the contact holder, wherein a circuit is closed when the first and the second contact element abut each other, and the circuit is interrupted when the two contact elements are separated from each other.
  • the switching time for a transition between a closed circuit and a broken circuit can be specified.
  • the inventive design of the switch has several advantages.
  • the contact holder is displaced quickly out of the contact position and thereby separated from the contact element fixed to the contact element of the contact element fixed to the contact holder.
  • This triggering of the switch, or caused by the elastic element displacement of the contact holder after its release by the holding device avoids an influence by the speed and the manner in which the actuating slide is actuated.
  • the switching time is much more constant and prolongs the durability of the contact elements, whereby the quality of the switch is improved.
  • the contact holder is reliably held in the contact position also in cases in which the force of the elastic element changes during a displacement of the contact holder and could possibly go to zero. Only by an actuation of the actuating slide, by which the contact holder is released, the contact elements can separate from each other. As a result, burned or adhering contact elements and an unintentional interruption of the circuit are avoided and the switch is improved.
  • the contact holder is reliably held in the contact position after reaching the contact position by the holding device.
  • the barrier arrangement prevents after a displacement of the contact holder by the elastic member strike the contact holder on the housing and could bounce back, whereby the contact elements are released from each other again and arc flashovers could occur.
  • the force with which the contact elements are held in a circuit closing contact position does not depend on the force of the elastic element, which could change over time.
  • the switch shown has a housing 1 with a housing lower part 11 and with an upper housing part 12, which are connected to one another in a latching manner.
  • an actuating slide 2 and a contact holder 3 are arranged in parallel to each other displaceable.

  • a first contact element 11a and on the contact holder 3, a second contact element 3b is fixed.
  • the second contact element 3b can be brought into contact with the first contact element 11a and a circuit can be closed (contact position) or disconnected from the first contact element 11a and the circuit can be interrupted (interruption position).
  • a holding device 4 is pivotally mounted on the housing 1.
  • the holding device has a blocking device 4a, an unlocking device 4b, a reset device 4c and a fastening device 4d.
  • the holding device 4 With the fastening device 4d, as the pivot axis is configured, the holding device 4 is pivotally mounted in recesses 1a adapted thereto in the housing 1.
