Claims (9)
- Vantail de porte pour un appareil frigorifique, présentant une paroi extérieure (12), une paroi intérieure (11), deux parois latérales (13), une baguette de bord de porte (20) supérieure et une baguette de bord de porte (20) inférieure, lesquelles délimitent un espace creux rempli avec un matériau thermo-isolant, la paroi extérieure (12) présentant dans la partie supérieure et/ou dans la partie inférieure un bord avant retourné (14) et au moins une des baguettes de bord de porte (20) présentant une rainure (21) s'étendant horizontalement, qui a prise dans le bord avant retourné (14), l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) présentant au moins un moyen d'enclenchement (22) formé d'une seule pièce, qui est enclenché avec l'une des parois latérales (13), et les parois latérales (13) présentant dans la partie de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) des bords latéraux retournés (15) et l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) reposant sur les bords latéraux retournés (15), et le moyen d'enclenchement étant réalisé comme un crochet d'enclenchement (22) formé notamment d'une seule pièce dans la partie arrière de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20), caractérisé en ce que le crochet d'enclenchement (22) est enclenché avec bord latéral retourné (15).
- Vantail de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord avant retourné (14) de la paroi extérieure (12) et/ou la rainure (21) de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) s'étendent sur toute la largeur (b) du vantail de porte (7), et/ou en ce que l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) repose sur le bord avant retourné (14), notamment sans être en saillie au-dessus de la paroi extérieure (12).
- Vantail de porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) présente des nervures latérales (23) notamment formées d'une seule pièce, lesquelles s'étendent notamment sur toute la profondeur (t) du vantail de porte (7), et/ou dont notamment au moins une comprend le moyen d'enclenchement (22).
- Vantail de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (13) comprennent, en tant qu'arêtes arrière s'étendant verticalement, un contour arqué (18) notamment en forme de demi-cercle, et en ce qu'une section (19) s'étendant notamment sur toute la hauteur (h) du vantail de porte (7) s'étend notamment sur le contour arqué (18).
- Vantail de porte selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le bord latéral retourné (15) s'étend seulement sur une partie de la profondeur (t) du vantail de porte (7), notamment jusqu'avant le contour arqué (18), et/ou en ce que l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) présente une nervure arrière (24) notamment formée d'une seule pièce, laquelle s'étend notamment entre les deux sections (19) s'étendant verticalement et dont le côté (25) tourné vers l'extérieur s'étend notamment au même niveau que les côtés (26) tournés vers l'extérieur des sections (19).
- Vantail de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi extérieure (12) et les deux parois latérales (13) sont fabriquées d'une seule pièce à partir d'un seule morceau de tôle (17).
- Appareil frigorifique, notamment appareil frigorifique à usage domestique, présentant un corps (2) muni d'une chambre intérieure (3) pouvant être refroidie et un vantail de porte (6, 7) ménagé pour ouvrir et fermer la chambre intérieure, articulé par charnières sur le corps (2), selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un vantail de porte (7) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, présentant un enclenchement de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) avec la paroi latérale (13) au moyen du moyen d'enclenchement (22) en raison d'un mouvement de pivotement, dirigé du haut vers l'avant, de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :- pose en biais de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) sur les parois latérales (13) en venant du haut,- poussée vers l'avant de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) notamment le long des contours des nervures latérales (23), sur quoi l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) s'abaisse par rapport à la paroi extérieure (12) et aux parois latérales (13) et l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) a prise avec sa rainure (21) dans le bord avant retourné (14), et- pression vers le bas de l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) dans sa partie arrière afin d'enclencher l'au moins une baguette de bord de porte (20) avec au moins une des parois latérales (13) au moyen du moyen d'enclenchement (22).
