Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a refrigerated goods carrier and a refrigerator door equipped with such a refrigerated goods carrier.
  • the doors of household refrigerators in particular of refrigerators, usually have an inner wall deep-drawn from plastic, on which two vertical bars protruding into the interior of the cooling compartment are formed.
  • the spars On surfaces facing one another, the spars have cams lying opposite one another in pairs, which are provided in order to suspend a chilled goods carrier thereon, typically in the form of an upwardly open shelf or a butter compartment.
  • the refrigerated goods carriers have downwardly open grooves on their flanks. In order to hang a refrigerated goods carrier on the door, it is inserted above a pair of cams between the bars and then lowered, the cams engaging in the grooves of the refrigerated goods carrier until they reach a stop at the upper end of the grooves.
  • the vertical spars are often connected at their upper ends by a horizontal spar. Since the refrigerated goods carriers have to be lowered in order to anchor them to the cams, no refrigerated goods carriers can be mounted directly on the horizontal spar, so that here part of the refrigerated compartment cannot be used satisfactorily with the conventional refrigerated goods carriers.
  • EP 3 064 875 A1 discloses a refrigeration device with a door which has an inner wall with fastening ribs.
  • a storage container can be attached to the fastening ribs.
  • the storage container has corresponding recesses to the fastening ribs.
  • the storage container has resilient means which cooperate with locking means of the fastening ribs.
  • the fastening ribs have end stops in order to limit the height adjustment of the storage container upwards and downwards.
  • CN 104019613 B discloses a height-adjustable door rack that can be pushed onto a latching rail from above.
  • the locking rail has locking steps into which a locking element of the door rack can engage.
  • a stop is provided which interacts with a stop of the door rack in order to define a lower end position of the door rack.
  • DE 10 2013 206 403 A1 discloses a refrigeration compartment door which has an inner door with a first spar and a second spar, a door opener being arranged between the first spar and the second spar, however, in a direction of vertical displacement.
  • a first guide element and a second guide element are arranged on the inner door, these being in engagement with the counter-guide element of the door orderer.
  • US 2016/0003520 A1 discloses a door with a vertically extending guide rail having a plurality of adjustment grooves.
  • a door rack can be moved along this guide rail.
  • the door rack is pushed onto the guide rail from above, a stop being provided at the lower end of the guide rail in order to limit the downward movement of the door rack.
  • CN 202166271 U discloses a door with a vertically extending guide rail having a plurality of adjustment grooves. A door rack can be moved along this guide rail.
  • One object of the invention is to create a refrigerated goods carrier which enables the space on the inside of the refrigerator door to be used up to just below its upper edge.
  • a refrigerated goods carrier for a refrigerator door which has two flanks facing away from one another, with a groove extending from an open end on each flank, and a bolt movable between a position engaging in one of the grooves and a position retracted from the groove is.
  • the cams of the refrigerator door can be inserted into the grooves via the open ends of the grooves when the refrigerated goods carrier is mounted on the refrigerator door; the latches can, by engaging in the grooves, prevent the cams from disengaging from the grooves again.
  • this locking it is no longer necessary here to put the refrigerated goods carrier over the cams from above in order to anchor it securely; instead, it can also be pushed onto the cams horizontally or from below.
  • the refrigerated goods carrier can be mounted as close as desired to an upper edge of the door.
  • the open end should be at least as high as a second end of the groove when the refrigerated goods carrier is installed
  • This second end can be formed by a stop which prevents further advancement of the cam in the groove.
  • the groove is oriented vertically and the second end is a lower end of the groove.
  • This embodiment is particularly suitable for pushing a refrigerated goods carrier according to the invention from below onto the cams, which are conventionally elongated in the vertical direction for attaching a refrigerated goods carrier from above.
  • the attachment of the refrigerated goods carrier is simple, since it can be brought into contact with the inner wall of the door and raised into contact with this in order to bring the cams of the door together with the grooves of the refrigerated goods carrier.
  • the bolt When the refrigerated goods carrier is pushed on and locked at the bottom, the bolt bears the weight of the refrigerated goods carrier and its contents and must therefore be robust.
  • the groove is oriented horizontally in order to relieve the bolt.
  • the latch can be urged into the engaging position by a spring.
  • a particularly compact structure is obtained when the spring is a hairpin spring which extends around the stop end of the groove.
  • the hairpin spring can be fastened to the refrigerated goods carrier in that it rests against an outer side of the rib under pretension.
  • the spring can be formed in one piece with the bolt.
  • both can be injection molded from plastic; different material thicknesses can ensure the necessary elasticity of the spring on the one hand and the necessary load-bearing capacity of the bolt on the other.
  • the bolt can have a bevel facing the open end of the groove, which when it is pushed onto a cam comes into contact with the latter, so that the bolt is pushed aside when it is pushed onto the cam.
  • the bar can safely carry the weight of the refrigerated goods carrier and its contents, it can be guided on a supporting wall of the refrigerated goods carrier that is oriented transversely to the groove.
  • Such a support wall preferably extends on both sides of the groove.
  • an actuating section of the bolt is preferably sufficient through an opening in the flank into an interior space of the refrigerated goods carrier, where a user can access it.
  • the invention also relates to a refrigerator door with a door leaf which has cams on opposing surfaces, and a chilled goods carrier as described above, in whose grooves the cams of the door leaf engage.
  • the dimensions of the grooves and the placement of the latches should be coordinated with the shape of the cams so that when the latch is engaged, the cams fit into the grooves between the latch and the second end.
  • the refrigerated goods carrier according to the invention is preferably arranged on such a refrigerator door on the upper edge of the door leaf. Simpler refrigerated goods carriers without bolts can be provided below, which are pushed onto cams of the door leaf from above.
  • the refrigerated goods carrier preferably comprises a movable door or flap which can be pivoted or pushed aside in order to access the interior of the refrigerated goods carrier in the horizontal direction.
  • Fig. 1 shows a butter compartment 1 as an example of a refrigerated goods carrier according to the invention.
  • the butter compartment 1 has the shape of a hollow cuboid.
  • a base part 2 forms a base plate 3, a rear wall 4 and side walls 5 of the cuboid that are firmly connected via base plate 3 and rear wall 4.
  • a flap 6 is suspended pivotably about an axis 34 on opposite inner flanks of the side walls 5. In its closed position shown in the figure, the flap 6 fills at least the front of the cuboid; in the case shown here it is L-shaped in cross section with a front leg 33 filling the front side and an upper leg 32 which extends over part of the top of the butter compartment 1.
  • the axis 34 of the flap 6 runs close to a rear edge of the upper leg 33, so that when the flap 6 is opened, the front leg 33 extends beyond the upper edges of the side walls 5 can be raised and easy access to the interior of the butter compartment 1 is possible.
  • the butter compartment 1 is intended to be mounted on an inner wall of a refrigerator door.
  • Fig. 2 shows, in a perspective view obliquely from below, an upper corner of such an inner wall 18 of a refrigerator door leaf.
  • the inner wall 18, which is deep-drawn from plastic, is connected in a manner known per se and not shown in the figure along its edges to an outer wall to form a hollow body, and the hollow body is foamed with a thermal insulation material.
  • two vertical bars 19 are formed along the vertical edges of the inner wall 18, one of which is shown in FIG Fig. 2 is shown fragmentarily.
  • a horizontal spar 20 extending along the upper edge of the inner wall 18 connects the vertical spars 19.
  • cams 22, 23 opposing each other at the same height are formed in pairs, of which the highest and, cut off, the second highest in Fig. 2 are shown.
  • the cams 22, 23 are shaped identically.
  • a chilled goods carrier which has grooves open downwardly on its side walls in a conventional manner, can be suspended from the second highest cams 23 by being inserted between the cams 22, 23 between the opposing surfaces 21 until it reaches the inner wall 18 between the Surfaces 21 rests, and is then lowered so that the cams 23 engage in the downwardly open grooves of the refrigerated goods carrier. Between the highest cams 22 and the horizontal spar 20, there is insufficient space for inserting the conventional refrigerated goods carrier.
  • the mutually remote outer flanks 7 of the side walls 5 of the butter compartment 1 are divided by vertically extending steps 8 into a front and a rear section 9 and 10, respectively.
  • the rear sections 10 are provided in order to engage between the opposing surfaces 21 of the spars 19, while the front sections 9 protrude from the inner wall 18 beyond the spars 19.
  • the axis 34 runs through the front sections 9 of the side walls.
  • the flap 6 can be unhindered by the horizontal spar 20 by at least 90 ° be swiveled up, even if the butter compartment 1 is mounted close to the spar 20.
  • two ribs 11 protruding from the rear section 10 form side walls of a vertically elongated groove 12.
  • the ribs 11 are connected to one another by a horizontal web.
  • An upper end of the groove 12 is open.
  • the vertical ribs 11 each have a gap, and horizontal ribs 25 extending from the edges of the gap delimit a guide channel 14 for a bolt 15.
  • the guide channel 14 extends just below an upper edge of the flanks 7 in the horizontal direction and thereby crosses the groove 12.
  • the bolt 15 is elongated in the direction of the guide channel 14.
  • An actuating section 16 protrudes from the bolt transversely to the longitudinal direction of the guide channel 14 and extends through an opening 17 in the side wall 4, here a recess open towards the upper edge of the side wall 4, into the interior of the butter compartment 1.
  • Fig. 1 shows the bolt 15 in an engaging position in which it extends transversely through the groove 12 and is held in gaps in the ribs 11 on both sides of the groove 12.
  • the ribs 11, the web at the lower end 13 of the groove 12 and the bolt 15 delimit a recess into which a cam 22 or 23 fits.
  • the butter compartment 1 shown can be mounted on the cam 22 by first opening it as in FIG Fig. 3a on the basis of a section along a plane which is parallel to the rear section 10 of a side wall 5 and runs through the ribs 11 thereof, is pushed under the cams 22 between the bars 19. The bolts 15 are meanwhile withdrawn from the grooves 12.
  • the ribs 11 are placed on the side wall 5 so that when the rear wall 4 of the butter compartment 1 hits the inner wall 18 or the step 8 hits the bars 19, the cams 22 are located above the grooves 12 ( Figure 3b ).
  • the cams 22 engage in the grooves 11 via their open upper ends 24 ( Figure 3c ), the guide channels 14 cross and finally reach the lower end 13 of the grooves.
  • the latches 15 are indeed enclosed between the side walls 5 and the bars 19, but with the aid of the actuating sections 16 accessible from the interior of the butter compartment 1, the user can move the latches 15 towards the inner wall 18 until they move, as in FIG Fig. 3d shown, extend transversely through the groove 11 and on both sides of it bear against the upper of the two ribs 25 delimiting the guide channel 14, which ribs protrude horizontally from the side walls 5.
  • the butter compartment 1 is firmly anchored to the door; its weight rests on the cams 22 via the rib 25 and the latches 15.
  • the butter compartment 1 can be mounted as close as desired under the horizontal bar 20 and, if desired, even touch it.
  • the pivot axis of the flap 6 runs in front of the step 8, through the front sections 9 of the side walls 5.
  • the flap 6 can therefore be pivoted up by at least 90 ° before it hits the spar 20.
  • Fig. 4 shows a butter compartment 1 'according to a second embodiment of the invention in a to Fig. 1 analog perspective view.
  • the outer shape with side walls 5 'and a flap 6' suspended pivotably between the side walls 5 ' is the same as in the butter compartment 1 of the Fig. 1 .
  • a hairpin spring 26 has two elongated legs 35, 36, which are connected in one piece and are elastic by an arch 37 extending below the end 13 'of the groove 12' are held pressed against the outer sides of the ribs 11 '.
  • One end of the hairpin spring 26 is attached to the side wall 5 ', here in that a short hook 27 is formed at the upper end of the leg 35, which rests on an upper edge of one of the ribs 11', but not in the groove 12 'between the ribs 11 'intervenes.
  • the bolt 28 can be so long that it completely blocks the groove 12 'and abuts the inside of that rib 11' on which the hook 27 engages.
  • a bevel 29 is provided which gives the portion of the bolt engaging in the groove 12 ′ a tapering shape.
  • the slope 29 abuts against the cam 22
  • the bolt 28 is pushed aside by the cam 22 and gives this the way into the groove 12 'free.
  • the angle between the slope 29 and the longitudinal direction of the groove 12 ' should not exceed 60 °.
  • An angle of less than 30 ° is not preferred because it requires a large expansion of the bolt in the longitudinal direction of the groove 12 '.
  • the bolt 28 here also has an actuating section 16 'which engages through an opening 17' in the side wall 5 into the interior of the butter compartment 1 '. With the help of this actuation section 16 ', the user can push the bolt 28 out of the groove 12 and release the butter compartment 1 from the door leaf again.
  • Hook 27, spring 26 and latch 28 can be injection-molded in one piece from plastic. Since the leg 36 and the bar 28 are loaded by the weight of the butter compartment, it can be useful to make the leg 36 stronger and stiffer than the opposite, less loaded leg 35.
  • Fig. 5 shows a butter compartment 1 "according to a third embodiment of the invention.
  • the external shape of the butter compartment 1" is the same as in FIG Fig. 1 and 4th
  • latch 28 ′′ are movable on a side wall 5 ′′ of the butter compartment 1 ′′ between a position that locks the butter compartment on the refrigerator door and a position that releases it.
  • the latch 28 ′′ is integrally connected to a hairpin spring 26 ′′, and the hairpin spring rests on the outer sides of ribs 11 ′′ which protrude from the side walls 5 ′′.
  • the hairpin spring 26 "and the ribs 11" relative to the configuration of the Fig.
  • this embodiment requires an adaptation of the shape of the cams on the inner wall of the refrigerator door, but in particular has against above the Fig. 4 the advantage that the hairpin spring 26 "is not burdened with the weight of the butter compartment 1" and therefore no compromise between flexibility and load-bearing capacity has to be found for it, but the weight is borne solely by the upper ribs 11 "delimiting the grooves 12".
  • an actuating section 16 ′′ of the bolt 28 ′′ engages through an opening 17 ′′ into the interior of the butter compartment 1 ′′.
  • unlocking takes place here by pressing down the actuating section 16 ′′. Since the butter compartment 1 ′′ is also supported in the unlocked state by the engagement of the cams 22 in the grooves 12 ′′, the unlocking and pulling of the butter compartment 1 ′′ from the door can be done conveniently in two steps without it being supported by hand in the meantime must become.
  • the side wall 5, 5 'or 5 "with a lockable groove 12, 12' or 12" as described above is particularly advantageous in order to mount a refrigerated goods carrier close to an obstacle such as, in particular, the spar 20; however, it is obvious that the butter compartment 1, 1 'or 1 "or any other refrigerated goods carrier with a side wall 5, 5', 5" having a lockable groove can also be mounted on the lower cams 23 of the inner wall 18.
  • FIG. 5 Another difference between the Fig. 5 and the configurations considered above is that here upper edges 30 ′′ of the front sections 9 of the side walls 5 ′′ are higher than upper edges 31 ′′ of the rear sections 10 ′′, and that an upper leg 32 ′′ of the flap 6 ′′ with the upper edges 30 ′′ of the front Sections 9 "is flush. While the rear sections 10 ′′ must find space between the vertical spars 19 and under the horizontal spar 20, this does not apply to the front sections 9 ′′ and the flap 6 ′′; these can overlap vertically with the horizontal spar 20 so that they, when the door is closed, can be just as close under the ceiling of the cooling compartment as the spar 20 itself, and the butter compartment 1 ′′ can thus optimally utilize the available space.
