Abstract

Cette invention concerne un revêtement et un procédé de dépôt d'un revêtement autolubrifiant sur un substrat. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : pulvériser au moins une couche de métal liquide sur le substrat avec un gaz inerte; ajouter un composé au métal liquide pendant qu'il est pulvérisé sur le substrat; former une couche poreuse sur le substrat qui comprend le métal et le composé, ladite couche poreuse comprenant plusieurs pores; chauffer la couche poreuse pour ouvrir les pores; inonder les pores ouverts d'une substance de graissage de telle façon que la substance de graissage soit stockée dans un ou plusieurs pores; et refroidir la couche poreuse pour fermer les pores et piéger la substance de graissage à l'intérieur des pores.
