Because of polypropylene and polystyrene are thermoplastic materials, they can be formed in a desired cross section as cutting with a heated wire.
  • the isolation panels (20) in figure 3 are located in an empty mould (10) for preparing to mortar pouring process. Said canals (22) of the panels (20) are fixed so as to pass and lock onto the projections (11) on inner walls the mould (14) and it is provided that while pouring mortar into the spaces (31) between panels, the position of the panels are protected. Prepared mortar is poured to spaces between panels (31) and the core spaces (21) together or in an order and a sandwiched block structure is obtained. Before getting into solid form, some amount of mortar is filled the micro spaces on the isolation panels (20) because of the force resulting from the mass of the mortar and when it got solid, a monolithic whole is provided that the mortar and the isolation panels cannot be split. After the mortar is dried enough and the isolation panel (20) forms a monolithic whole, by a mould detachment mechanism (13), walls (14) of the mould are detached and the sandwiched block having the completed preparation process is moved to a place to ready for another process.
  • the monolithic sandwiched block (40) is split into slices via cutting by a multiple cutting apparatus preferably first longitudinal and then transverse.

  • Size of the slices may be arranged according to certain standards or desired special dimensions by requests. Because of the cutters length, some wastages or some size differences can be obtained and even though these are in millimetric, some differences may occur between the produced lentos.
  • a calibration process is applied by a proper apparatus to overcome these differences or to obtain the lintel having the most desired size and dimensions.
  • a calibration apparatus having a rotating disc applies abrasion over the surface of the material to eliminate the differences. If necessary during construction, some small projections and recesses are formed over contact surfaces of the isolated lento (40) of the present invention, to a complete integration of the lento to the application surface.

  • the core (41) of the panel (20) has a solidified mortar which is the same as the outer layers (42) with a rectangular cross section.
  • the sandwiched block structure of the present invention may have various height, width and length and also can be used as a brick different from its applications.
  • the present invention has a core space (21) to nest a more durable material like on the outer layers (42) than the isolation panel (21).
  • Said core cross section may have in the form of circular, elliptic, rectangular etc..
  • the core (41) may have a long continuous rectangular cross section without interruption.
  • the most important feature of the present invention is having a durable or strength material of said core (41) so that the endurance to outer forces and strength of the sandwiched structure is increased. Therefore the present invention (40) can be produced much longer than the known normal bricks or similar products and can be used as a lento above the window and the door frame spaces.
  • the present invention provides that nesting a core (41) having a material being harder and denser than inner section of the isolation panel (20) makes possible to include connecting means such as screw, nail etc. without need any intermediate means such as dowel. Therefore the spaces above the door and window frames, the montage is achieved easily. Disadvantages in prior art about the lintel application are overcome with the present invention (40). So the only thing to do is placing prepared self isolated lintels (40) of the present invention to desired places. Therefore some losses such as workmanship, time etc. are compensated and heat and sound isolation is done practically by eliminating the post isolation processes of prior art technique.

Claims (5)

  1. Isolierter Sturzriegel (40) in der Form eines Blocks mit Zwischenschicht, wobei der isolierte Sturzriegel (40) einen Innenabschnitt aufweist, der aus einem Isolationsbrett (20) gefertigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der isolierte Sturzriegel (40) ferner aufweist;
    - Außenabschnitte (42), die aus verfestigtem Mörtel gefertigt sind, und
    - einen Kern (41) des Isolationsbretts (20), der ebenfalls aus dem verfestigten Mörtel gefertigt ist.
  2. Isolierter Sturzriegel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolationsbereich (20) expandierter Polystyrolschaum ist.
  3. Isolierter Sturzriegel (40) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Seitenflächen für das Isolationsbrett, die eine Zickzack-Außenform (23) zum Zusammenhalten des Innenabschnitts und des Außenabschnitts (42) aufweisen.
  4. Verfahren zum Herstellen von isolierten Sturzriegeln (40), wobei das Verfahren die Schritte aufweist;
    - Anordnen einer Mehrzahl von Isolationsbrettern (20) in eine Form (10) in paralleler Anordnung, wobei die Isolationsbretter (20) eine Mehrzahl von Kernräumen (21) zum Aufnehmen von verfestigtem Mörtel aufweisen,
    - Ausbilden von Räumen (31) zwischen den Isolationsbrettern (20) zum Bilden einer Mehrzahl von Sturzriegeln (40) in der Form (10),
    - Formen eines Rohblocks durch Gießen von Mörtel in die Räume (31) zwischen den Isolationsbrettern (20) und auch in die Mehrzahl von Kernräumen (21) zum Bilden von Kernen (41),
    - Ablösen des Rohblocks aus der Form (14) nach Verfestigung und Schneiden in parallelen Abständen zum Erhalten der Mehrzahl von Sturzriegeln (40).
  5. Verfahren zum Herstellen von isolierten Sturzriegeln (40) nach Anspruch 4, wobei Seitenflächen des Isolationsbretts (20) geformt sind, um eine Zickzack-Außenform (23) zum Zusammenhalten von Innenabschnitt und Außenabschnitt (42) aufzuweisen.
