Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montageeinheit nach dem Anspruch 1 und ein Möbel nach Anspruch 6.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Im Möbelbereich sind Anordnungen zum Anbringen einer Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsbeeinflussung eines an einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen Möbelteils z.B. aus der WO 2008/101261 A1 , der WO 2006/017865 A1 oder der WO 2008/098267 A1 bekannt. Insbesondere werden Montagesets mit Anbringhilfen verwendet, um die Anordnung an dem Möbelkorpus zu montieren, wobei über die Anordnung zum Beispiel eine Ausstoßeinrichtung lösbar anbringbar ist, wobei die Ausstoßeinrichtung das bewegbar an dem Möbelkorpus aufgenommene Möbelteil wie beispielsweise ein Auszug oder eine Schublade aus einer geschlossenen Stellung zumindest über eine Teilstrecke ausstoßen kann. Die Anordnung kann am Möbelkorpus beispielsweise an einer Möbelkorpusrückwand über daran vorbereitete Verankerungselemente bzw. einen Verankerungsabschnitt insbesondere aufgesteckt werden. Das Aufstecken kann am leeren Möbelkorpus bzw. bevor daran die bewegbaren Möbelteile aufgenommen sind in einer definierten Aufsteckrichtung erfolgen, beispielsweise senkrecht von vorne bezüglich einer Innenseite einer Möbelkorpusrückwand.
    • Aufgabe und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Montagesituation einer Anordnung zum Anbringen einer Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsbeeinflussung eines an einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen Möbelteils zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montageeinheit mit einem Aufnahmerahmen mit Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten, die zwei gegenüberliegende seitliche Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte und einen zwischen den seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte verlaufenden oberen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt und/oder einen zwischen den seitliche Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte verlaufenden unteren Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt umfassen, wobei an dem Aufnahmerahmen eine Ausstoßeinrichtung anbringbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Versorgungskabel und/oder ein Steuerkabel für die Ausstoßeinrichtung durchgängig entlang der seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte und einem der zwischen den seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten ausgebildeten Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt anordenbar. Damit kann die oben beschriebene Verkabelung für die Ausstoßeinrichtung vor der Anbringung der Ausstoßeinheit vorteilhaft erfolgen. Die Montageeinheit kann, z.B. insbesondere wenn deren Außenabmessung etwa der einer Ausstoßeinrichtung entspricht und keine Möglichkeit besteht über Verankerungselemente am Möbelkorpus befestigt zu werden, über einen Montagewinkel erfolgen. Grundsätzlich ist zusätzlich oder alternativ eine Anbringung der Montageeinheit über Verankerungselemente nicht ausgeschlossen.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Montageeinheit, über welche eine Ausstoßeinrichtung anbringbar ist, welche zum Ausstoßen eines an dem Möbelkorpus bewegbar aufgenommenen Möbelteils aus einer Schließposition dient, wobei eine Vorrichtung zum Anbringen der Montageeinheit an einem Möbelkorpus vorhanden ist. Der Grundgedanke liegt darin, dass ein Montagewinkel vorgesehen ist, über welchen die Montageeinheit am Möbelkorpus befestigbar ist. Für eine Befestigung der Montageeinheit, an welcher eine Ausstoßeinrichtung insbesondere aufsteckbar ist, für den Fall dass keine Befestigung der Ausstoßeinrichtung über vergleichsweise lange Längsprofile möglich ist, kann ein Seiten-, Boden- und/oder Deckelwinkelelement eingesetzt werden. Der Montagewinkel kann an einer Möbelkorpusseitenwand, einem Möbelkorpusboden und/oder einem Möbelkorpusdeckel befestigt werden, z.B. angeschraubt oder angeklebt werden. An dem Montagewinkel direkt und/oder einem daran aufgenommenem Aufnahme - bzw. Anbringrahmen kann die Ausstoßeinrichtung befestigt werden. Der Montagewinkel kann integral mit dem Anbringrahmen ausgebildet sein. Durch den Anbringrahmen wird zum Beispiel eine Freilassung umrahmt, in deren Bereich die Ausstoßeinrichtung Platz finden kann, wobei die Ausstoßeinrichtung an dem Rahmen z.B. aufgesteckt ist.
  • Da die Ausstoßeinrichtung beispielsweise mit einer elektrischen Versorgung mittels Kabel betrieben wird, kann das Kabel an dem Aufnahme- bzw. Anbringrahmen so geführt sein, dass an drei U-förmig zueinander stehenden Rahmenabschnitten des Anbringrahmens das Kabel lösbar verlegbar und fixierbar ist, zum Beispiel in Ausnehmungen bzw. Nuten geklemmt sein. So kann beispielsweise über an der Ausstoßeinrichtung vorhandene elektrisch leitende Piercing-Elemente bei dem Aufstecken eine Kontaktierung am Kabel links, rechts, unten und/oder auch oben stattfinden, indem die Piercing-Elemente eine Kabelisolierung durchstechen und den stromführenden Kabeldraht kontaktieren.
  • Das Aufstecken und Befestigen und die Kontaktierung der Ausstoßeinheit erfolgt vorteilhaft in einem Schritt.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Möbel mit einem Möbelkorpus, an dem ein bewegbares Möbelteil aufgenommen ist. An dem Möbel kann vorteilhaft eine Montageeinheit eingerichtet sein.

  • In einzelnen Figuren sind teilweise für sich entsprechende Bauteile von unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen die gleichen Bezugszeichen verwendet.
  • In Figur 1 ist ein Möbelkorpus 1 unter Weglassung von Teilen dargestellt. Außerdem ist eine Montageeinheit 2 im nicht am Möbelkorpus 1 angebrachten zustand gezeigt. Die Montageeinheit 2 kann über ein oberes Verankerungselement 3 und ein unteres Verankerungselement 4, die schematisch gezeigt und im hinteren Bereich des Möbelkorpus 1 nahe einer Rückwand 1a vormontiert sind, aufgesteckt und so am Möbelkorpus befestigt werden. Die Montageeinheit 2 kann ein Überbrückungsteil aufweisen, das beispielhaft als Abschlussteil 24 ausgebildet ist und im Detail in Teilansicht in den Figuren 6 und 9 bis 11 gezeigt ist.
  • Vom Möbelkorpus 1 ist außerdem eine von vorne betrachtet linke Seitenwand 1b, ein Boden 1c und eine Strebe 1d dargestellt. Die Strebe 1d dient beispielsweise dafür, den Korpus zu stabilisieren und verläuft zwischen der Seitenwand 1b und einer dazu parallelen weiteren nicht dargestellten Seitenwand. Am oberen Endabschnitt der Rückwand 1a ist innenseitig zu deren Verstärkung ein Verstärkungselement 5 fest angebracht an welchem das obere Verankerungselement 3 befestigt beispielsweise angeschraubt ist. Das Verstärkungselement 5 kann z.B. ein Holzbrett sein.
  • Die Montageeinheit 2 kann erfindungsgemäß von vorne, das heißt in Richtung des Pfeils P1 in Figur 1 in der darin gezeigten Ausrichtung an den Verankerungselementen 3 und 4 aufgesteckt befestigt werden.
  • Die Montageeinheit 2 ist mit drei daran angebrachten Ausstoßeinheiten 6, 7 und 8 bestückt, wobei eine obere Ausstoßeinheit 6, eine untere Ausstoßeinheit 8 und eine dazwischenliegende Ausstoßeinheit 7 vorhanden sind. Die Ausstoßeinheiten 6 bis 8 können separat an der Montageeinheit 2 von Hand lösbar aufgesteckt oder auf andere Art angebracht werden. Die Ausstoßeinheiten 6 bis 8 dienen beispielsweise zum jeweiligen Ausstoßen von im Möbelkorpus 1 über Führungseinheiten verschieblich bewegbar gelagerten Schubladen (nicht dargestellt). Jeder Schublade ist in der Regel eine der Ausstoßeinheit 6 bis 8 zugeordnet, welche jeweils beispielsweise mit einer elektrischen Antriebseinheit versehen sind, um einen verschwenkbaren Ausstoßhebel an den Ausstoßeinheiten 6 bis 8 zu verschwenken und dabei gegen eine Schubladenrückwand zu drücken, wobei die Schublade in Öffnungsrichtung ausgestoßen wird.
  • Die Montageeinheit 2 dient zur Aufnahme mehrerer Ausstoßeinheiten, die in der Höhe daran an individuellen Stellen positionierbar sind, und umfasst zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Längsprofile 9 und 10. Die Längsprofile 9 und 10 können über aufsteckbare Verbindungselemente, die z.B. in den Figuren 6 und 9 bis 11 gezeigt sind, oben und unten zueinander auf Abstand gehalten werden bzw. zu einer Baueinheit zusammengebaut sein.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Aufnahmerahmen 18 (siehe auch Figur 5) mit einer angebrachten Ausstoßeinheit 11. Der Aufnahmerahmen 18 ist an einem Bodenwinkel 12 befestigt, der über Anschraublöcher 12a mit nicht gezeigten Befestigungsschrauben an einem Möbelkorpus z.B. einem Möbelkorpusboden fixierbar ist. Der Aufnahmerahmen 18 mit Freilassung ist durch rechtwinklig zueinander stehende Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte als geschlossener, hier in Grobform rechteckiger, Rahmen gebildet und umfasst zwei gegenüberliegende seitlich Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte bzw. im Einbauzustand vertikal und parallel verlaufende Profilabschnitte 13 und 14. Über einen unten zwischen den Profilabschnitten 13 und 14 vorhandenen unteren Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt kann der Aufnahmerahmen 18 am Bodenwinkel 12 befestigt werden. Die Ausstoßeinheit 11 weist einen angetrieben heraus- und wieder einschwenkbaren Ausstoßhebel 11a auf, der im Einbauzustand gemäß Figur 2 zur Mitte nach unten versetzt positioniert ist. Es lässt sich damit eine Ausstoßwirkung unten nahe dem Bodenwinkel 12 realisieren. Über eine Verkabelung an dem Aufnahmerahmen 18 ist die Ausstoßeinheit 11 elektrisch versorgt, was weiter unten zu Figur 5 noch erläutert wird.
  • Gemäß Figur 3 ist die zur Ausstoßeinheit 11 in Figur 2 identische Ausstoßeinheit 11 um 180 Grad gedreht gegenüber der Anordnung aus Figur 2 am Aufnahmerahmen 18 angebracht. Dies ist vorteilhaft ohne Änderung der Verkabelung an dem Aufnahmerahmen 18 möglich. Der Ausstoßhebel 11a ist im Einbauzustand gemäß Figur 3 zur Mitte nach oben versetzt positioniert. Es lässt sich damit mit einem Montage- bzw. Handgriff eine gegenüber Figur 2 weiter oben bzw. weiter entfernt zum Bodenwinkel 12 realisierte Ausstoßwirkung einrichten, was vorteilhaft sein kann. Dabei ist die Verschenkrichtung gemäß Figur 2 entgegengesetzt zur Verschenkrichtung gemäß Figur 3.
  • Figur 4 verdeutlicht schematisch eine nur im hinteren Bereich dargestellte Schublade 15 in einem in einem Möbelkorpus (nicht gezeigt) ganz eingeschobenen Zustand, wobei eine Ausstoßeinheit 16 mit eingeschwenktem Ausstoßhebel 16a außen an einer Rückwand 15a der Schublade 15 angrenzend positioniert und über eine Montageeinheit 17 aufgenommen ist. Die Montageeinheit 17 umfasst einen Seitenmontagewinkel 17a zur Befestigung an einer von vorne betrachteten rechten Korpusseitenwand. Die Befestigung kann problemlos auch an einer linken Korpusseitenwand durch Drehen des Winkels erfolgen.
  • Figur 5 zeigt einen Aufnahmerahmen 18 gemäß der Montageeinheiten aus den Figuren 2, 3 und 4 mit einem daran fixierten zum Beispiel aufgesteckten und geführten elektrischen Versorgungskabel 19 zur Bereitstellung einer elektrischen Versorgung bzw. einer Steuerung einer an dem Aufnahmerahmen 18 anbringbaren Ausstoßereinheit.
  • Der Aufnahmerahmen 18 kann über einen Bodenwinkel oder einen Seitenmontagewinkel an einem Korpusboden oder einer Seitenwand des Korpus oder ohne einen Montagewinkel direkt an einer Rückwand oder an einer entsprechenden Traverse am Möbelkorpus befestigt werden.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist das Versorgungskabel 19 an einem linken Vertikalabschnitt 20, an einem quer dazu oberhalb verlaufenden Querabschnitt 21, z.B. einem Verbindungs- bzw. Überbrückungsteil, und einem nach unten daran anschließend geführten weiteren Vertikalabschnitt 22 anliegend geklemmt. So kann eine Kontaktierung einer an dem Aufnahmerahmen 18 anbringbaren Ausstoßeinheit vorteilhaft an den beiden vertikalen Abschnitten 20, 22 als auch an dem quer dazu oberhalb angeordneten Abschnitt 21 erfolgen. Eine Ausstoßeinheit kann hierzu zum Beispiel von vorne gemäß Pfeil A auf den Aufnahmerahmen 18 aufgesteckt werden. Eine Kontaktierung der Ausstoßeinheit mit dem Versorgungskabel 19 kann mit nadelartigen Kontakten an der Ausstoßeinheit erfolgen, die beim Anbringen der Ausstoßeinheit durch eine Isolierung des Kabels 19 durchgreifen und das Innere des Versorgungskabels 19 kontaktieren. Vorteilhaft ist das Versorgungskabel 19 beim Aufstecken der Ausstoßeinheit gemäß Pfeil A über den U-förmig bzw. schleifenförmig am Aufnahmerahmen 18 geführten Abschnitt des Versorgungskabels möglich.
  • Ein alternatives Verankerungselement wird in Figur 6 erläutert, das als Verankerungsbügel 23 ausgebildet ist, welcher an einer Rückwand eines Möbelkorpus anbringbar ist und zur Aufnahme einer Montageeinheit dient. Am Verankerungsbügel 23 ist ein Abschnitt der Montageeinheit eingesteckt und erfindungsgemäß gegen eine Krafteinwirkung in Längsrichtung der Montageeinheit gesichert. Hierzu ist ein Überbrückungsteil in Form des Abschlussteils 24, das zur Montageeinheit gehört und an diesem angebracht ist, mit dem Verankerungsbügel 23 in einem Steckkontakt bzw. von vorne aufgesteckt und daran arretiert. Beim Aufstecken der Montageeinheit von vorne kommen die Klemmbacken in Anschlagstellung an dem jeweiligen Klemmsteg 27, der eine Hinterschneidung aufweist, so dass durch weiteres Andrücken der Klemmsteg 27 in einen Spaltbereich der Klemmbacke 26 hineingepresst wird und die Klemmbacke 26 sich federnd aufweitet und bei Erreichen der Hinterschneidung des Klemmstegs 27 einschnappt und gegen eine Bewegung bzw. ein Lösen in Aufsteckrichtung gesichert ist. Erst durch ein Aufweiten der Klemmbacken 26, z.B. mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers, und Wegbewegen entgegen der Aufsteckrichtung kann das Abschlussteil 24 bzw. die Montageeinheit wieder vom Verankerungsbügel 23 entfernt werden.
  • Einen Endabschnitt des Verankerungsbügels 23 von hinten zeigt Figur 7, der in Figur 8 von vorne dargestellt ist. Ein Anschraubloch 25 dient zum Anschrauben des Verankerungsbügels 23 an einem horizontalen Abschnitt, z.B. einem Boden oder einem Deckel des Möbelkorpus.
  • Einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt aus Figur 6 zeigt Figur 9 und Figur 10. Das Abschlussteil 24 und damit die Montageeinheit mit zwei Profilen, welche über das Abschlussteil 24 miteinander verbunden sein können, kann gemäß Pfeil P1 (Figur 9) auf bzw. an dem Verankerungsbügel 23 aufgesteckt werden. Hierbei umgreift jede Klemmbacke 26 mit federnd beweglichen eingerollt geformten Kunststoffabschnitten am Abschlussteil 24 den Klemmsteg 27 am Verankerungsbügel 23, wie oben erläutert.
  • Außerdem untergreift im aufgesteckten Zustand eine sockelartig bzw. absatzartig nach vorne abstehende Erhöhung am Abschlussteil 24, welche als Rastnase 28 ausgebildet ist, eine etwas schräg nach vorne umgebogene Lasche 29 am Verankerungsbügel 23. Damit wird ein Verrutschen in Richtung Pfeil P2 (siehe Figur 9), also in Längsrichtung der nicht gezeigten Profile, die mit dem Abschlussteil 24 verbunden sind bzw. senkrecht zur Aufsteckrichtung P1 des Abschlussteils 24, sicher unterbunden. Denn es wird ein Anschlag mit einer Anschlagfläche 28a an der Rastnase 28 und einer Anschlagfläche 29a unten an einer schmalen Seite der Lasche 29 gebildet, die zueinander in bewegungsbegrenzende Anlage kommen.

  • Figur 11 zeigt den in Figur 9 und 10 gezeigten Bereich des Abschlussteils 24.
  • Des Weiteren sind Steckdorne 30, 31 am Abschlussteil 24 vorhanden, mit welchen eine Verbindung des Abschlussteils 24 stirnseitig bzw. von oben und unten an den jeweiligen Profilen der Montageeinheit z.B. mit einem reversibel lösbaren Presssitz möglich ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Montageeinheit (17) mit einem Aufnahmerahmen (18) mit Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten, die zwei gegenüberliegende seitliche Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte (13, 14; 20, 22) und einen zwischen den seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten (13, 14; 20, 22) verlaufenden oberen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt (21a) und/oder einen zwischen den seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten (13, 14; 20, 22) verlaufenden unteren Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt (21b) umfassen, wobei an dem Aufnahmerahmen (18) eine Ausstoßeinrichtung (11; 16) anbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Versorgungskabel (19) und/oder ein Steuerkabel am Aufnahmerahmen (18) lösbar verlegt und fixiert ist, so dass das Versorgungskabel (19) und/oder das Steuerkabel für die Ausstoßeinrichtung (11; 16) durchgängig entlang der seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitte (20, 22) und einem zwischen den seitlichen Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitten (13, 14; 20, 22) ausgebildeten Rahmenbegrenzungsabschnitt (21a) U-förmig lösbar verlegt und fixiert ist.
  2. Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versorgungskabel (19) und/oder Steuerkabel am Aufnahmerahmen (18) in Ausnehmungen geklemmt ist.
  3. Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versorgungskabel (19) und/oder Steuerkabel am Aufnahmerahmen (18) in Nuten geklemmt ist.
  4. Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versorgungskabel (19) und/oder Steuerkabel am Aufnahmerahmen (18) aufgesteckt und geführt vorhanden ist.
  5. Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und Vorrichtung zum Anbringen der Montageeinheit an einem Möbelkorpus, wobei über die Montageeinheit eine Ausstoßeinrichtung (11; 16) anbringbar ist, welche zum Ausstoßen eines an einem Möbelkorpus bewegbar aufgenommenen Möbelteils (15) aus einer Schließposition dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Anbringen der Montageeinheit einen Montagewinkel (12, 17a) umfasst, über welchen die Montageeinheit (17) am Möbelkorpus befestigbar ist.
  6. Möbel mit einem Möbelkorpus (1), an dem ein bewegbares Möbelteil aufgenommenen ist, mit einer Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 1.
