Definitions

  • the invention relates to a protective wall for traffic routes for the protection of the same against, for example, (side) wind, deer and / or access by unauthorized persons.
  • the invention relates to a noise barrier for traffic routes and in particular for railways.
  • the noise caused by traffic vehicles can only be avoided to a limited extent, unless one completely renounces such traffic vehicles.
  • In addition to low-noise equipment of the vehicles are therefore measures in the focus, which prevent the resulting noise by insulation at the spread or by damping the emergence.
  • EP-B-0 085 765 is a movable away from the traffic path noise barrier according to the preamble of claim 1 described. Furthermore, in the prior art noise barriers with variable heights (see for example DE-T-695 19 176 . DE-A-199 08 558 . JP-A-2010-229782 ) or pivotable parts (see for example EP-B-0 919 668 . EP-A-2 037 043 . DE-C-38 09 063 ) known.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a protective wall for traffic routes, which also has an easy to perform Wegbeweghus the rail with a very simple design.
  • the invention proposes a sound barrier for traffic routes, in particular a noise barrier for railways, which is provided with the features of claim 1.
  • a sound barrier for traffic routes in particular a noise barrier for railways, which is provided with the features of claim 1.
  • the wall element is pivoted while maintaining its orientation in space from the use position to the rest position. This requires a lifting or the like. Force effects on the wall element not to pivot it from its use position to the rest position.
  • the pivoting of the wall element while maintaining its orientation in space is "parallelogram" by the wall element are rotatably mounted on the support arms relative to these about axes of rotation, which are parallel to the pivot axes about which the support arms are pivotable run. All rotary and pivot axes are also parallel to the orientation of the wall element in space.
  • the wall element is height-adjustable on the support arms, which also applies to the support arms relative to the Verschwenklagern. As a result, the height of the wall element can be adjusted (within certain limits).
  • each support arm has a pivot axis for the wall member defining or forming the first Tragarmabites and connected thereto and at an angle to this extending second Tragarmabites and if each support arm at its second Tragarmabites at a distance from the first Tragarmabites about the pivot axis is pivotally mounted.
  • the two Tragarmabitese Each support arm can thereby run at right angles, at acute angles or at obtuse angles to one another.
  • the two support arm sections of a support arm span a support arm plane, within which the support arm extends.
  • the support arms can now be arranged in consideration of the position of use of the wall element such that their support arm planes extend substantially parallel, substantially at right angles or at an acute angle to the wall element.
  • the Tragarmebenen run in the use position of the wall element at right angles to its extension, which gives the wall element in its use position a higher stability.
  • a protective wall for traffic routes is constructed from a multiplicity of wall elements arranged next to one another.
  • the inventively provided pivotability of the wall element to several (generally two) substantially vertical axes can be problematic insofar as a wall element, which is located between two adjacent wall elements, not so easily pivot, since when pivoting facing each other Can touch the side ends of adjacent wall elements.
  • the support arms in the use position of the wall element ie, if they are arranged side by side
  • the support arm planes extend substantially parallel or at a conceivably small angle to the extension of the wall element.
  • a swing-out wall element moves out of its use position no longer in the direction of the adjacent wall element but substantially transversely to it, so it can swing out between two wall elements arranged on both sides.
  • the foundation for the swivel bearing of the support arms can be arranged in the previously described variant of the invention below the ballast bed and close to the tracks or generally close to the traffic route.
  • the swivel bearings are arranged at the ends of supports extending over the side area of a ballast bed, which in turn are e.g. are arranged in the Randweg Buffalo or further away outside of the ballast bed.
  • orthogonal alignment of the Tragarmebenen relative to the wall element in its position of use can be a swinging out of a wall element thereby facilitate that the wall element can be reduced in width, which in a preferred embodiment of the invention by moving, unfolding or folding away, removing, moving or by otherwise moving away a lateral end portion of the wall element can take place.
  • a plurality of juxtaposed wall elements to be pivoted away according to the invention it is sufficient that only the first wall element is "shortened" in the manner described above. If only the first wall element is pivoted away, then the adjacent further wall elements can be successively pivoted away.
  • An alternative to removing a side end portion of the wall element is to remove a central portion of the wall element located between two adjacent support arm pivot axes. Then, when the center section is removed, the remaining parts of the wall element can be pivoted (one at a time) leaving a free space within the protective wall is created, whereby, as described above, the adjacent wall elements can be successively pivoted away.
  • Each wall element of a noise protection wall can each have at least one removable subelement.
  • such wall elements may also be installed only occasionally in a noise protection wall, while the remaining wall elements of the noise barrier are so far not shortened.
  • the stabilization of the wall element in its use position can be realized for example by fixing the rotary or pivot bearings. Moreover, it is useful if the movement of the wall element not only manually (or with the help of tools such as construction machines or the like.) But can be realized automatically. In this regard, it may be appropriate to provide the swivel / rotary drive directly in one of the bearings or in several of the bearings each have a swivel / rotary drive or the like via a motorized movable adjusting arm. to act on the support structure and / or the wall element for the purpose of its movement.
  • the side ends of the wall elements are complementary, wherein they are bevelled or have substantially Z-shaped profiles, so that the mutually facing side ends of adjacent wall elements overlap and so that a wall elements can swing out of the two adjacent wall elements ,
  • adjacent wall elements may abut one another or be juxtaposed with play.
  • Fig. 1 shows a so-called double-railed cross-section, that is, a cross section of a double-rail track 10 with tracks 12,14, which are arranged in a ballast body 16.
  • low noise barriers 18,20 On both sides of the double-railed railway 10 are low noise barriers 18,20, the each consist of a plurality of juxtaposed wall elements 22,24, which are held on respective pivoting structures 26,28.
  • This Verschwenkkonstrutationen 26,28 are anchored along the so-called edge paths 30,32 on both sides of the ballast body 16 in Bodenfundraitn 34,36.
  • a perspective view of a wall element 22,24 with associated Verschwenkkonstrutechnisch 26,28 is in the FIGS. 2 and 3 shown.
  • the Verschwenkkonstrutation 26 of the wall member 22 on two support arms 38 which in this embodiment each perpendicular to each other extending first and second Tragarmabitese 40,42 include.
  • Each first support arm portion 40 defines a vertical axis of rotation 44 about which the wall member 22 is rotatably supported on the pivoting structure 26.
  • the wall element 22 is mechanically connected to the support arms 38 via pivot bearings 46, as shown in the FIGS. 2 and 3 is indicated.
  • the second Tragarmabitese 42 ends at pivot bearings 48, which in this embodiment as outer tube sleeves 50 which are rigidly connected to the support arms 38, and from the foundations 34 upstanding tubes 51 and define a pivot axis 52 which is parallel to the axes of rotation 44 of the pivot bearing 46 gone.
  • the wall element 22 should expediently be a soundproofing element, which consequently has a corresponding construction.
  • the wall element 22 has a substantially three-layered construction and, on its rear side facing away from the track 14, comprises, for reasons of stiffening, a trapezoidal sheet 54 or another shaped or stiffened supporting plane.
  • a trapezoidal sheet 54 In front of this trapezoidal sheet 54 is, for example, a sheet metal tray 56, in which, adjacent to the trapezoidal sheet, a rubber mat 58 is arranged, for example, granules.
  • the track 14 facing the front side 62 of the EPDM layer is with bumps or projections or the like. 64, which may have a regular or irregular structure.
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 can recognize the wall element 22 while maintaining its (vertical in this embodiment) alignment in space along a closed path or along a track section and thus pivot from the track 14 from the position of use Fig. 2 in a rest position according to, for example Fig. 3 move away.
  • the wall element 22 rotates about the axes of rotation 44 relative to the support arms 38, which in turn are pivotable about the pivot axes 52. Overall, this results in a parallelogram-like pivoting movement of the wall element 22nd
  • FIGS. 4 to 6 which are not part of the invention, it is shown how, for example, a wall element can be moved out of a region of the soundproof wall 18.
  • Fig. 4 is one of the wall elements, namely the wall element 22 'provided with a removable side end 66. Upon removal of this side end portion 66, there is a clearance between the remainder of the wall member 22 'and the adjacent wall member 22, so that the remainder of the wall member 22' is as shown in FIG Fig. 5 indicated, swung away. Thereafter, the adjacent wall elements 22 can then be successively swung away, as in FIG Fig. 6 indicated.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 An alternative possibility to realize the space required for pivoting of the wall elements 22 in abutting wall elements 22 is in the FIGS. 7 and 8 which are not part of the invention.
  • One of the wall elements 22 is specially constructed; in this embodiment, it is the wall element 22 "having a removable center portion 66". After removal of this central part 66 "can be the remaining parts of the wall element 22" as, for example, in Fig. 8 shown, panning. Then the adjacent wall elements 22 are pivoted and thus moved away from the track.
  • FIG. 9 which is not part of the invention, a further alternative arrangement of adjacent wall elements 22 is shown which, as in the previous figures, each have a pivoting construction 26. According to Fig. 9 the adjacent wall elements 22 are inclined by their thickness extension, so run in the manner of herringbone and overlap. Each wall element 22 can, starting from the use position according to Fig. 9 be pivoted away from the track 14.
  • Fig. 10 shows a constellation according to the invention, in which the side ends 68 of the wall element 22 are beveled, namely complementary to one another, so that the mutually facing side ends 68 of adjacent wall elements 22 overlap.
  • a wall element 22 can then be swung out of the two adjacent wall elements 22.
  • a wall element 22 is shown, whose side ends 68 'have complementary, substantially Z-shaped profiles. As a result, adjacent wall elements 22 overlap to form a substantially Z-shaped groove 70.
  • the sheet pan 56 may be laterally offset relative to the trapezoidal sheet 54. Also in the arrangement according to Fig. 11 it is now possible to swing out a wall element 22 from the intermediate space between two adjacent wall elements 22.
  • Fig. 12 shows a further variant of a noise barrier 18, wherein the first Electroniczuschwenkende wall element 22 '' at its side ends 68 '' is overlapped by the adjacent wall elements 23, on the track 14 facing the front side 62.
  • the wall element 22 ' After swinging out of the wall element 22 '"can be the adjacent wall elements 23 and then the other adjacent wall elements 22, which in turn can be configured, as described above with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8 shown, swing away.
  • each support arm 38 extends in the use position of the wall member 22 in a support arm plane 74 which is perpendicular to the wall member 22 (see, for example Fig. 4 ).
  • the lower edge 76 of the wall element 22 may well be located above the upper end (top edge) 78 of the pivot bearing 48.
  • a rubber flap 80 on the lower edge 76 of the wall element 22 can rest in the basic position of the wall element 22 on the ballast body 16 and thus close an optionally existing gap (see also Fig. 2 ).
  • each of the support arms 38 essentially abuts against the rear side of the wall element 22 or runs close to this rear side (see FIG Fig. 14 ).
  • the lower edge 76 of the wall element 22 is located above the upper end 78 of the pivot bearing 48.
  • FIG. 16 can the according to the embodiment of the FIGS. 13 to 15 near the track 14 arranged pivot bearing 48 at the ends 82 of Support arms 84 may be arranged.
  • the support arms 84 are anchored outside the ballast body 16, for example in the region of the edge path 30 in the ground and thus founded (see foundations 34 in Fig. 16 ).
  • Fig. 17 shows herringbone inclined and slightly overlapping or aligned with each other wall elements 22, the alternately different lengths support arms 38,38 'have. Due to the different lengths of support arms 38,38 ', the foundations 34 along a line parallel to the track 14 extending line can be arranged, namely under inclination of the wall elements 22 in the use position. This is different from the embodiment according to Fig. 9 in which the foundations 34 are arranged alternately closer and farther away from the track 14. By the construction according to Fig. 17 For example, all foundations 34 can be arranged in the edge path.
  • Fig. 18 shows in plan view an embodiment in which the wall elements are arranged "blunt" contiguous. From time to time, and thus at certain intervals, the noise barrier on an inclined wall element 22, for example, a pivot construction with different length support arms 38,38 ', as in Fig. 17 shown. The inclined wall element 22 can now be pivoted and thus gives the necessary space, so that the adjacent wall elements can be pivoted.
  • one of the wall elements 22 - viewed from the track 14 - is arranged overlapping behind its adjacent wall elements and their mutually facing side edges. This wall element can then be pivoted, whereupon the adjacent and all other wall elements can be pivoted successively.
  • FIGS. 19 and 20 show an embodiment of a noise barrier in which one of the wall elements 22 of the succession of wall elements has at least one shortenable support arm 38.
  • the wall element in question may comprise two shortenable support arms.
  • the respective wall element can be positioned as in FIG Fig. 9 shown, inclined, in order to then be able to be swung out of the "composite" of wall elements 22, whereupon there is sufficient space, so that starting from the adjacent wall elements 22 all other successive wall elements can be pivoted. If the resettable wall element has two shortenable support arms, then it could initially - viewed from the track 14 - be moved parallel outwards ( Fig. 20 ), to then be pivoted and then to pivot the adjacent wall elements.
  • Fig. 21 shows an embodiment in which a wall element 22 is divided into two and provided with a hinge.
  • the hinge axis is vertical, wherein the wall element 22 is divided into two substantially equal parts.
  • FIGS. 14 to 21 are not part of the invention.
  • the wall element may have, in addition to the aforementioned pivoting construction described in various versions and configurations, further features as known per se in noise protection wall elements for, in particular, railways.
  • the wall element with closable (door) openings, overhanging aids, in particular in the form of introduced into the wall element risers, and / or small animal flaps or openings.
