Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a clothing article for covering a portion of a user's hand and for supporting a container such as a bottle, a flexible bag or a tube containing a fluid.
  • the model USD 633,215 describes a glove comprising a band sewn in the center of the palm of the hand, the band encircling a bottle.
  • This accessory is intended to prevent the baby's hand release a bottle. It is not designed for sports and especially to ensure a good hold of the container against the glove during rapid movements of the hand. Indeed, the band can easily rotate around its anchor point. In addition, this glove is not intended for soft pockets.
  • the invention aims to solve one or more of the above disadvantages.
  • An object of the invention is to provide an improved clothing article bringing a comfort of use during the practice of a sport.
  • Another purpose is in particular to propose a better maintenance of a container on the article of clothing.
  • Another objective is to have a clothing article compatible with different types of containers, including flexible bags or containers of different sizes.
  • a complementary objective is an article of clothing supporting an easily interchangeable container when the article is worn.
  • Another goal is to protect the container.
  • the invention provides an article of clothing covering at least a portion of a user's hand comprising a first portion partially surrounding the hand by connecting at least a portion of the palm to at least a portion of the back of the hand, the first portion passing through a junction area of the thumb and forefinger of the hand and the edge of the hand, a second portion connected to the first portion so as to form an opening for the passage of the thumb and at least one means of fixing a container on the first portion.
  • the fixing means comprises a fastening element connected to a portion so that it is able to partially surround the container to press a portion of the container against the first portion, and in that the attachment points of the fixing element on the portion are remote from the palm of the hand.
  • the Figures 1 to 4 represent a first embodiment of the invention.
  • the article of clothing is a partial envelope 1 covering part of a hand 2 of a user. It is intended to support a container 31 placed in the palm 21 of the hand without grasping. The container holds in the hand without tightening the fingers on the container.
  • the container 31 is a flexible pouch, that is to say a flask having deformable walls.
  • the envelope 1 comprises a first portion 11 surrounding a portion of the hand by connecting the palm 21 to the back 22 of the hand 2, the portion 11 passing through a junction zone 23 of the thumb 25 and the index 26 of the hand and by the edge 24 of the hand.
  • the junction zone 23 extends on either side of a line connecting the base of the thumb to the base of the index finger, on a part of the back of the hand, radial side (inch side) and a part palm of the hand, radial side.
  • the cutting edge 24 of the hand covers an area extending on either side of a line connecting the palm 21 to the back 22 of the hand, ulnar side (ear side finger), on part of the back of the hand ( ulnar side) and on part of the palm of the hand (ulnar side).
  • the first portion 11 is formed of several constituent parts.
  • a first portion 111 partially covers the palm 21. It is this part that is the interface between the skin and the container when it is worn against the palm.
  • This part 111 thus makes it possible to isolate the container from the skin. For example, it is made of elastic and honeycomb material to improve the comfort of the user. This material is pleasant to the touch and adapts to the morphology of the hand. The cells provide better ventilation of the palm.
  • a material meeting this need may be a mixture of polyester and elastane or polyamide.
  • This part 111 can also be of other materials such as neoprene can thus bring a little heat.
  • a second portion 112 covers the cutting edge 24 of the hand.
  • This part 112 serves as protection of the hypothenar eminence of the hand.
  • a 3D fabric with little stretch and honeycomb is suitable for this part.
  • This material allows good ventilation while ensuring a satisfactory maintenance.
  • a material meeting this need may be a polyester.
  • a third portion 113 covers a large portion of the back 22 of the hand.
  • This part serves as a fastening zone for the means for fixing a container but also for attaching an adjusting lug 13 making it possible to adjust the envelope to the morphology of the user's hand.
  • This part must therefore be slightly extensible, that is to say, not elastic, to ensure good anchoring and include an outer face 113a for hanging an inner face 131 of the adjustment tab. These two faces are thus provided with complementary self-gripping means which will be described below.
  • One solution, among others, to achieve this third part consists of superimposing a little stretchy hanging fabric with an elastic honeycomb fabric similar to that used for the first part 111. The honeycomb fabric is comfortable and provides the same benefits as those previously described.
  • the structure of the attachment fabric serving as reinforcement comprises textile loops.
  • the material used for this fabric may be scraped polyester.
  • This third part is delimited, ulnar side (sharp side), by a seam 113b and, radial side (inch side), by a seam 113c.
  • a fourth portion 114 connects the first portion 111 to the third portion 113.
  • a seam 115 marks the boundary between the first portion 111 and the fourth portion 114, in the junction zone 23, palm side.
  • This fourth portion 114 serves to fit the envelope to the morphology of the user's hand. It must be flexible to be able to bend, thus allowing a reduction of the circumference of the first portion 11.
  • this fourth part is composed of the same fabric as that used for the first part 111.
  • the adjustment tab 13 is assembled, at a 133 of its ends, to the seam 115 and is oriented to extend on the side of the back of the hand. It widens towards the other end 134 to increase the attachment surface with the third part 113.
  • the adjusting lug 13 includes an inner face 131 made of a material for gripping the outer face 113a of the third portion 113.
  • the material is a scraped polyester having a structure comprising textile hooks or the like.
  • the inner face 131 of the adjusting lug 13 and the outer face 113a of the third portion 113 form the attachment means of the envelope adjustment system.
  • the use of textile buckles and hooks, knitted or woven, is pleasant to the touch and preserves the environment. Textile loops and hooks do not cling to other garments as opposed to conventional plastic hook-and-loop fasteners injected Velcro® type. However, these conventional hook-and-loop fasteners can also be used.
  • the adjustment lug 13 may also include an outer face 132 made of a material pleasant to the touch.
  • the material of the outer face 132 is capable of absorbing a liquid so as to be able to wipe, with a simple gesture, the sweat of the athlete's face during his effort.
  • the latter pulls on the adjustment tab 13 towards the back 22 of the hand.
  • the user brings the inner face 131 of the end 134 of the adjustment tab against the third portion 113 so that the attachment means 131, 113a can cooperate .
  • This action causes the shortening of the fourth portion 114 and therefore the circumferential reduction of the first portion 11.
  • the envelope is adjusted to the morphology of the athlete's hand.
  • the envelope 1 comprises a second portion 12 connected to the first portion 11 so as to form an opening 14 for the passage of the thumb 25.
