Definitions

  • the invention relates to articles of clothing, and in particular articles of clothing for the practice of outdoor activities such as running, hiking or cycling.
  • the user When practicing outdoor activities, the user may be faced with a need for thermal protection of his body or to protect himself from the rain, in particular following the change in climatic conditions. For example, when there is wind, the user may want to put on a jacket and remove it as the weather improves. Once the jacket is removed, the user must proceed with his storage to increase his freedom of movement. Often, he wants to make these changes quickly, not to waste time.
  • the document US5,452,476 describes an anorak associated with a belt.
  • the belt has a ventral pocket, closed by a zipper, in which the anorak is stored when not worn.
  • the user opens the ventral pocket to take out the anorak.
  • the anorak is connected to the waistband only at the inside of the ventral pocket.
  • the anorak has a wide dorsal opening for its implementation. This opening, adjusted by a back zipper allows the passage of the head and arms.
  • the anorak is also sized to cover a backpack worn by the user. Thus, by closing the back zipper, the backpack is also protected from the weather.
  • the anorak further includes a fastening system at the end of the back zipper at the waist. This attachment system reduces the space between the size of the user and the anorak but does not allow to achieve uniform contact on the perimeter of the size.
  • this anorak is relatively difficult to put on without stopping during the practice of an activity such as running.
  • the user must indeed concentrate to unfold the anorak and guide it, including positioning the sleeves in order to put them on, Moreover, the back zipper and the rear fastening system are not easy access and therefore to manipulate. This setting up operation is all the more difficult as the user is moving.
  • the anorak is not very well insulated at the level of the size which can generate an entry of air or water.
  • the anorak is not well maintained at the waist which can hinder the user's movements by the friction generated. This discomfort is accentuated during the practice of running where it is better to have adjusted clothing, at least at the waist.
  • the invention aims to solve one or more of these disadvantages.
  • One goal is to provide a garment easy to set up, remove and store, including when practicing an activity.
  • Another aim is to propose a garment having reinforced insulation.
  • Another object is to propose a garment having a good hold on the body of the user.
  • the invention thus relates to a clothing article comprising a clothing element intended to cover at least partially a part of the body of the user, a band positioned in the extension of the clothing element and intended to surround the waist or a member of the user, the band being delimited by at least one adjustable perimeter edge, the band forming a wall of a housing surrounding the waist or a member of the user, said housing being adapted to contain the element folded clothing and hold it around the waist or a user's limb.
  • the middle portion of the band is more extensible in an axial direction of the waist or limb around than the portion of the garment element adjoining the band.
  • the invention thus proposes an article of clothing making it possible to switch easily from a clothing configuration to a storage configuration without impairing the continuation of the activity exerted, ensuring the retention of this article of clothing during the passage between the two configurations, and to ensure a good maintenance of the article of clothing in storage configuration or clothing.
  • At least one edge adjusts the perimeter of the edge around the waist or limb of the user surrounded by the band.
  • This edge can exert a slight compression against the waist or a limb of the user that it surrounds.
  • the band defines a storage zone of the clothing element having a very good performance on the sportsman.
  • the garment element can then be stored in a housing formed by the folded strip only or by the band on one side and a wall made by the body of the user or a fabric.
  • the band provides good insulation of the item of clothing when worn. The adjustment eliminates or greatly reduces any air or water entry.
  • the storage of the article of clothing is provided by the band, the latter covering the folded article of clothing.
  • the band is bounded by two edges with adjustable perimeters.
  • the article of clothing is for example a jacket, a jacket part, pants, shorts, a skirt.
  • the figure 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a clothing article 1.
  • the article of clothing 1 comprises a clothing element 2 in the form of a jacket and a band 3 extending into the extension of the clothing element 2, at the waist.
  • the clothing element 2 is intended to cover the trunk and the arms of the user. It comprises a textile surface 22 shaped in a manner known per se to cover the trunk and advantageously comprises sleeves. On the other hand, it includes an upper opening 24 to allow the passage of the head and the neck of the user. Advantageously, it also comprises a system aperture 21, selectively increasing or decreasing the size of the aperture 24.
  • the aperture system 21 comprises for example a zipper extending vertically between the aperture 24 and the lower portion of the aperture 24.
  • clothing element 2 on the front part of the clothing element.
  • the opening system 21 preferably creates a long slit descending at least to below the sternum. As a result, it will be easier to pass the head and shoulders through the opening 24 thus modified, as will be seen later. Alternatively, the opening system increases the size of the opening 24 at the shoulders.
  • the opening system may consist of locally deformable parts of the textile surface.
  • the lower part of the clothing element 2 has a lower opening 25 (illustrated in FIG. figure 7 ) to allow the passage of the size of the user.
  • the band 3 is in the extension of the clothing element 2, in its lower part. It also surrounds the size of the user, thus delimiting the opening 25.
  • This band 3 comprises a textile element 30 extending between two edges with adjustable perimeter 31 and 32. Each edge 31 and 32 surrounds part of the waist and can exert a slight compression towards the body of the user. The compression is not necessarily uniform all around the edge.
  • One edge of the strip is said to be “adjustable” when it allows the perimeter of the edge to be adjusted to the size or perimeter of the user's limb surrounded by the band. The adjustment can be adjustable or not.
  • the figure 2 is a sagittal sectional view of the article of clothing 1 at the level of the band 3 when the article of clothing 2 is worn.
  • the upper adjustable edge 31 forms the junction between the band 3 and the clothing element 2.
  • the lower adjustable edge 32 is a free edge of the band 3. Due to the adjustment of the adjustable edges 31 and 32, They can be pressed against a wall 4, corresponding either to the wearer's skin or to another user's garment placed under the article of clothing 1.
  • the textile element 30 forms a wall delimiting a housing 33.
  • the housing 33 is here formed between the textile element 30 and the wall 4.
  • the band 3 has a width, between the adjustable edges 31 and 32, sufficient for the housing 33 formed with the wall 4, here the size of the user, can contain the clothing element 2, to form a storage for it.
  • the upper adjustable edge 31 is formed by an upper elastic band 34 surrounding the article of clothing 1.
  • the upper elastic band 34 is here fixed in a covering between the textile element 30 of the band 3 and the surface textile 22 of the clothing element 2.
  • the upper elastic band 34 is here fixed between seams solidarisant the band 3 to the clothing element 2.
  • the lower adjustable edge 32 is here formed by a lower elastic band 35 surrounding the free edge of the band 3.
  • the lower elastic band 35 is here fixed in a hem of the textile element 30.
  • the lower elastic band 35 is maintained in the hem with seams.
  • the elastic tapes 34 and 35 may for example be elastic strips.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 may be formed by any other suitable means known to those skilled in the art, for example by means of gathered parts of the fabric coupled with at least one elastic thread. It can also be a cord with a blocker. In this case, the position of the blocker on the cord allows the adjustment of the edge.
  • the strip does not include edges having properties that are distinct from the middle portion of the strip.
  • the band has the same extensibility characteristics across its width. There are no marked edges. In this case, the band 3 is deformed in its median part to form a wall of the housing 30 for the garment element 2 and the undeformed lateral parts, disposed on either side of the deformed median part, form the adjustable edges 31 and 32.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 serve to ensure their plating against the size of the user, to ensure a relatively stable positioning of the band 3 relative to the athlete in use.
  • the band 3 allows a good fit at the waist which avoids any friction in the size.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 ensure the closure of the housing 33. The vertical sloshing of the article of clothing 1 is thus limited.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 also promote windtightness in the clothing configuration.
  • the textile element 30 is extensible which also reduces the sloshing of the clothing element 2 when it is stored.
  • the extensibility of the textile element also facilitates the transition to clothing configuration. Indeed, the elasticity of the textile element allows to separate the clothing element 2 of the body to don the head and shoulders of the user. The garment element then returns to position thanks to the extensibility of the band. Extensibility also allows a good adaptation to different body sizes.
  • the textile element 30 may have openings or may form a net.
  • the Figures 3 to 5 illustrate the transition from a clothing configuration to a storage configuration of the article of clothing 1 according to the first embodiment.
  • the user actuates the opening system 21 so as to widen the opening 24 as much as possible.
  • the opening 24 can then have a sufficient section to allow the user's head and shoulders to pass.
  • the user then removes the arms of the sleeves of the clothing element 2, then releases his shoulders and trunk out of the clothing element 2.
  • the article of clothing 1 is still maintained on the user.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 hold the band 3 fixed around the size of the user.
  • the extensibility of the textile element 30 allows the middle portion of the web to extend in a direction perpendicular to the size of the user.
  • a textile element is extensible when it can undergo significant deformations and return to its initial configuration with a certain tonicity. Extensibility results in elastic deformation of the tissue. In our case, the extensibility of the band must be sufficient to form a housing in which will be stored the folded clothing item.
  • the extensibility allows a better aesthetic finish of the article of clothing, avoiding for example, the formation of a bulge.
  • the figure 5 represents the item of clothing 2 ranked. It is housed in the housing 33, placed at the waist and defined by the textile element 30 and the wall 4 formed by a T-shirt worn by the user.
  • the figure 6 is a sagittal sectional view of the article of clothing 1 in this storage configuration.
  • the figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of the article of clothing 1 in the same storage configuration.
  • the clothing article 1 remains fixed on the user.
  • the clothing element 2 is particularly well held by the band 3 while ensuring ease of removal of this clothing element 2, because of the opening system 21 before.
  • the housing 33 forms an annular pocket around the waist inside which the user stores the clothing element 2.
  • This construction provides a large storage volume that allows to distribute the entire element of 2 clothing folded all around the waist. Therefore, the article of clothing 1, in storage configuration, has a substantially constant extra thickness around the waist, which balances the distribution of the mass of the article of clothing. So the weight of the tidy clothing element can be regularly distributed around the waist.
  • This solution avoids or greatly reduces the phenomenon of sloshing of the article of clothing.
  • This aspect is particularly advantageous in comparison, for example, with a storage of the clothing element 2 in a ventral pocket as in the prior art described above. In the latter case, the pocket is locally thicker and the weight of the dressed clothing element can be uncomfortable (imbalance, sloshing, local contact area ).
  • the band 3 and the clothing element 2 are fixed together over their entire perimeter which facilitates distributed storage of the clothing element.
  • This connection also brings another advantage, namely the orientation of the clothing element 2 in the housing 33.
  • This orientation greatly facilitates the transition to clothing. Indeed, each sleeve always remains well positioned vis-à-vis the corresponding arm.
  • the clothing item is automatically indexed to facilitate its placement.
  • the continuous junction between the garment element and the band ensures the relative positioning between these two elements which facilitates the guiding of the garment element during the transition to the clothing configuration.
  • This article of clothing allows a particularly easy use to switch from a storage configuration to a clothing configuration or vice versa.
  • the figure 8 is a sagittal sectional view of the article of clothing 1 in another storage configuration.
  • the user starts in the same way. It also actuates the opening system 21 so as to widen the opening 24 as much as possible, removes the arms from the sleeves and then releases its shoulders and trunk out of the clothing element 2. It folds the clothing element around his waist. And there, instead of sliding the clothing element under the upper adjustable edge 31, he folds the band 3 on the clothing element 2.
  • the lower adjustable edge 32 is then pressed against the wall 4 and is positioned above the upper adjustable edge 31.
  • the textile element 30 then covers the clothing element 2.
  • the clothing element 2 is stored in the housing 33.
  • the figure 9 is a sagittal sectional view of the article of clothing 1 in a third storage configuration.
  • the user actuates the opening system 21 so as to widen the opening 24 as much as possible, removes the arms from the sleeves and then releases his shoulders and trunk from the clothing element 2.
  • the user then returns the clothing element 2 above the textile element 30.
  • the user brings the lower adjustable edge 32 in superposition with the upper adjustable edge 31, so that a housing 33 is delimited by a folding of the textile element 30 alone.
  • the housing 33 formed is then used to store the entire clothing element 2.
  • the entire of it is then slid into the housing 33 through the opening formed between the adjustable edges 31 and 32. This configuration allows to keeping the clothing element 2 away from the user, especially when this clothing item is soggy with sweat, mud or rain.
  • the figure 10 is a sagittal sectional view of the article of clothing 1 in another clothing configuration.
  • This configuration is intended to hide the storage band 3 in the clothing configuration of the article of clothing 1.
  • the band 3 is folded under the clothing element 2.
  • the upper adjustable edge 31 forms here the lower end of the article of clothing 1, the lower adjustable edge 32 being covered by the clothing element 2.
  • To form the housing 33 simply fold down the upper adjustable edge 31 as illustrated by the arrow, until lower adjustable edge 32 or beyond.
  • the storage of the clothing element 2 is then made in one of the ways described above.
  • the band 3 forms an uninterrupted closed loop, at the lower opening of the clothing element 2.
  • This band 3 defines the housing 33 of annular shape all around the size of the user.
  • the user uses the extensibility of the elastic edges 31 and 32.
  • the article of clothing 1 is permanently maintained fixed around the size of the user during use .
  • the opening system 2 extends to the lower adjustable edge 32 to allow the full opening of the article of clothing 1 at the waist.
  • the textile element 30 is advantageously extensible.
  • the textile element 30 is elastically deformed and plates the clothing element 2 against the user.
  • the article of clothing can therefore have a construction having panels having mechanical properties, adapted according to their use.
  • the garment element 2 may be constructed for wind and / or rain protection while the web 3 may be constructed to deform to create a storage pocket for the garment element.
  • the band must be able to deform transversely, which implies extension properties in at least one axial direction of the size or limb surrounded.
  • the clothing element is not too extensible, which allows for an attractive cut.
  • the median portion of the band is advantageously more extensible in an axial direction of the waist or limb surrounded than the textile element of the article of clothing adjacent to the band.
  • the adjustable edges 31 and 32 advantageously have a mechanical stiffness greater than that of the part median band 3 formed of the textile element 30.
  • the perimeter of the adjustable edges 31 and 32 at rest may be less than the perimeter of the middle portion of the band 3, to promote the volume of the housing 33 without altering the maintenance of the article of clothing 1.
  • the width of the band 3 between the adjustable edges 31 and 32 is at least equal to five centimeters to provide a housing 33 of sufficient size for storage.
  • the band 3 advantageously forms a housing 33 closed by a simple and quick to open / close.
  • the housing 33 does not require closure means of the type zipper or velvet / hooks, which could alter the clothing element 2 or the surrounding clothing during handling and weigh down the clothing article 1.
  • the housing 33 can also be used for storage of other objects in clothing configuration.
  • the user For the practice of certain activities, the user especially seeks the lightness of the clothing article 1.
  • the clothing element 2 is then a windbreaker and / or a raincoat made with a very light material, for example, a "Ripstop" type fabric composed of 90% polyamide and 10% elastane, some parts being membranated.
  • the proposed construction is particularly suitable for this type of clothing element 2.
  • the formation of a housing 33 by means of a single wall of the textile element 30 reduces the amount of textiles and seams. This allows to lighten even more the article of clothing. This can thus have a weight of less than one hundred grams.
  • the garment element 2 and the band 3 are delimited by a continuous peripheral line and are formed with dissociated textile elements.

  • the textile element 30 may for example comprise around 60% polyamide and 40% elastane (fabric expandable along two axes).
  • the textile surface 22 may be formed in a fabric composed of 90% polyamide and 10% elastane.
  • the band 3 may be formed integrally with the garment element 2, using different types of weave or proportions of adjustable materials, in order to promote the extensibility of the band 3.
  • the textile surface 22 may advantageously be breathable, form a protection against the wind and / or at least locally form a protection against cold and / or be at least locally sealed.
  • the clothing element 2 may comprise a hood.
  • a first mode is to assemble panels made of different materials.
  • the panel constituting the strip is made of a suitable extensible material.
  • a second embodiment consists in constructing the article of clothing with panels having the same material base, for the clothing element 2 and for the band 3.

  • These structural modifications make it possible to obtain different mechanical properties from one zone to another. Therefore, an extensible band can be obtained as desired.
  • This technique called "body mapping" allows to create a garment in one piece, seamless, which is more comfortable and more resistant.
  • These structural modifications may be the modification of weaving or knitting locally. It is also possible to use a nonwoven fabric and locally modify the internal cohesion of the agglomerated fibers.

  • the invention also covers an article of clothing whose "first" clothing item would partially cover the body.
  • it can be a breastplate covering only the bust, the plastron being provided with a lower band surrounding the size of the user.
  • the plastron can then be stored in a housing formed by the lower band in a manner similar to the first embodiment.
  • the invention also covers an article of clothing having a separable or removable band of the clothing element.
  • the clothing element comprises fastening means for adding the strip in the extension of the clothing element.
  • These fixing means cooperate with complementary fastening means arranged on the strip so as to secure the strip with the clothing element.
  • fastening means may be snap fasteners, "VELCRO®" type strips, a zipper, etc.
  • the article of clothing comprises a band forming a housing for storing two clothing elements, a first clothing element intended to cover at least a portion of the user's upper limbs and a second clothing element. intended to cover at least a portion of the lower limbs of the user.
