Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an article of clothing for covering at least a portion of the lower limbs of a user.
  • the first piece is intended to be closer to the body. This first piece brings the wearing comfort by being the interface with the body of the user. It can also allow muscle retention or muscle compression to improve blood circulation. It can be a panty, a shorts.
  • the second piece is generally larger. This second piece covers, wholly or partially, the first piece. It makes it possible to mask the first part for aesthetic reasons or to protect it from external elements such as rain, mud, wind ...
  • optimum materials for each of the pieces for example, a soft material for the piece in contact with the body and a waterproof material for the outer piece.
  • This type of clothing involves connecting the two pieces of clothing. In most cases, the two pieces are sewn together over the entire perimeter of the waist.
  • the garment incorporates, in addition, a third piece, namely a band adjustable to the size of the user. This band extends upwards, above the junction between the two pieces of clothing. It can be covered by the extension of the external clothing part and / or the internal clothing part. It may comprise an elastic element completely surrounding the waist. It can also incorporate a cord surrounding partially or totally the size. The adjustment of the length of the cord can be obtained by a node or via a blocker.
  • this construction with an adjustable band over the entire periphery of the waist can bring inconvenience to the maintenance of the garment.
  • the band completely surrounds the waist and exerts a uniform effort throughout the perimeter of the waist. But it is not nice to have pressure on the stomach or back.
  • the size adjustment by clamping a cord is also a source of discomfort because the force is located on the width of the cord, especially on the ventral portion.
  • This constraint is a source of discomfort for the user
  • This type of construction does not allow relative movement between the inner part and the outer part at the waist and more particularly at the hips, where there is the most tension when the wearer is moving.
  • the repetition of these tensions can cause the displacement of the inner part which can affect the wearing of the garment and again hinder the athlete.
  • the garment may progressively descend from the waist or press on the pelvis if the garment is tight at the waist.
  • the invention aims to solve one or more of these disadvantages.
  • One goal is to provide a garment improving the user's freedom of movement.
  • Another purpose is to propose a garment that improves the perception of carriage. The user feels no or few constraints, especially when moving.
  • Another goal is to propose a garment having a good support on the body.
  • Another goal is to propose an aesthetic garment.
  • the invention thus relates to an article of clothing covering the waist and extending, longitudinally, over at least a portion of the lower limbs of a user, the article comprising an inner piece close to the body and a larger outer piece at least partially covering the inner part.
  • the outer part is connected to the inner part so that, on at least one adjustment zone, the outer part is dissociated from the inner part.
  • the at least one adjustment zone extends from the user's waist to the hip level for a peripheral distance of greater than four centimeters and less than one quarter of the waist circumference.
  • the outer part comprises an adaptable portion defined by a sector, the adaptable portion comprising adjustment means for adjusting the length of the sector, at the size.
  • the adjustment means comprises at least one elastic band incorporated into the fabric of the outer piece.
  • the outer part can, locally, move relative to the inner part.
  • the external part constrains the internal part less. It can better stay in place on the body of the user.
  • the device for holding the internal part can be adapted so that the internal part remains in place continuously, with little pressure on the size.
  • the external piece holding device can be optimized to provide effective waist clamping while providing a degree of freedom from the inner piece to compensate for tissue tension as the thighs move.
  • the article of clothing comprises at least two adjustment zones, each adjustment zone being positioned at one side of the user.
  • the adjustment zones allow to limit the pressure on the belly or the back.
  • the outer piece can incorporate a means of adjustment in these adjustment areas to bring the anterior portion of the waist towards the belly and the posterior portion of the waist down the back without exerting a significant effort on the stomach or the back. back, which improves the comfort of the user.
  • the article of clothing is for example shorts, Bermuda shorts, a corsair, short pants, pants, a skirt.
  • the figure 1 shows a first known shorts 100 having an internal clothing piece 110 covered by an outer clothing piece 120.
  • the two pieces of clothing are connected together by a seam 140 located at the waist.
  • These shorts further comprises an elastic band 130 connected to the pieces of clothing 110, 120 by the same seam 140.
  • the seam 140 extends over the entire perimeter of the size of the shorts.
  • the elastic band 130 must exert enough compression around the waist to hold the shorts in place on the user as he moves. This pressure can be unpleasant, especially on the belly area, if you want a good support.
  • the figure 2 shows a second known shorts 200 also having an internal clothing piece 210 covered by an external clothing piece 220.
  • the two pieces of clothing are connected together by a seam 240 located at the waist.
  • These shorts furthermore comprise an elastic band 230 connected to the clothing pieces 210, 220 by the same seam 240.
  • the specificity of this embodiment is that the two pieces of clothing 210, 220 extend beyond the seam 240 to cover the elastic band 230.
  • the upper ends of the two pieces of clothing 210, 220 and the elastic band 230 are interconnected by a seam 250.
  • the seams 240, 250 extend over the entire perimeter of the size of the shorts.
  • the maintenance of the short on the carrier is similar to the previous embodiment, with the same disadvantages.
  • Short 1 has an inner piece 10 near the body. In this example, it is a bib. Short 1 also includes a wider outer piece 20 at least partially covering the inner part 10. At the waist, the two pieces of clothing 10, 20 are superimposed.
  • the size corresponds to the upper part of the shorts intended to surround part of the abdomen slightly below the navel. The size may be a "normal" size or a "low” size if it is closer to the pelvis. It is at the waist level that the shorts are held vertically.
  • the short comprises at least one "adjustment zone" Zg, Zd defined by a peripheral sector Sg, Sd and a height Hg, Hd.
  • the peripheral area Sg, Sd is a portion of the perimeter of the shorts around the waist.
  • the height Hg, Hd is a distance between the upper border of the shorts, at the waist and extending downwards, towards the legs, to the level of the hips.
  • the outer part 20 is not connected to the inner part 10 at least in these "adjustment zones" Zg, Zd. In other words, in these adjustment zones Zg, Zd, no fastener connects the outer part to the inner part.
  • the short has two adjustment zones Zg, Zd.
  • Each adjustment zone Zg, Zd is positioned at one side of the user and delimited by two vertical seams respectively 31 d, 31g and 32d, 32g, connecting the outer piece 20 to the inner part 10.
  • These four seams extend vertically, substantially over the height h21 of the size of the garment, for example about a height of about four centimeters.
  • Two seams 31 d, 31g are positioned on the front part of the garment 1.
  • Two seams 32d, 32g are positioned on the rear part of the garment 1.
  • the four seams 31d, 31g, 32d, 32g are substantially symmetrical with respect to a medial frontal plane and a median sagittal plane.
  • the outer part 20 is dissociated from the inner part 10 on at least two peripheral sectors Sg, Sd, as can be seen in FIG. figure 5 .
  • a first sector Sg covers the left flank and is delimited by seams 31g and 32g.
  • the second sector Sd covers the right flank and is delimited by seams 31d and 32d.
  • Each sector Sg, Sd is characterized by a peripheral distance greater than four centimeters and less than a quarter of the waist circumference. Good sensations are noted if the peripheral distance of a sector is greater than eight centimeters, when the garment is worn.
  • the outer piece 20 in which the outer piece 20 is distinct from the inner piece 10 in each adjustment zone Zg, Zd, the outer piece 20 can translate freely, in a direction D parallel to an axis of a leg of the short, with respect to the inner part 10.
  • the interaction between the outer part 20 and the inner part 10 is greatly reduced and in particular the stresses that can be exerted on one part on the other.
  • the interaction between these two pieces of clothing 10, 20 is important, if the pieces are connected.
  • the inner part 10 can remain continuously closer to the body while the outer part 20 can follow the movements of the thighs without acting on the inner part.
  • the outer part 20 comprises, for each side, an adaptable portion 21g, 21d defined by a sector Sg, Sd and a height h21 corresponding substantially to the height the size of the garment.
  • An adaptable portion 21g, 21d is part of an adjustment zone Zg, Zd.
  • An adaptable portion 21g, 21d includes adjustment means for adjusting the length of a sector, at the waist.
  • the adjustment means comprises elastic bands 22 incorporated in the fabric of the outer piece 20, gathered vertically in this adaptable portion 21g, 21d.
  • the elastic bands 22 are arranged so that their length extends in a circumferential direction around the waist.
  • each adaptable portion 21g, 21d comprises two elastic bands 22 inserted in sleeves 23 formed by the fabric of the outer part.
  • the fabric of the outer piece 20 is, in this example, folded inwardly so as to create a double layer.
  • These two superposed layers are secured by two rows of horizontal seams, each seam being spaced from each other or with respect to the folded edge, so as to create the sheaths 23 inside which the elastic bands 22 are inserted.
  • the adjustment means may comprise a single elastic band, more than two elastic bands or other adjustment means, elastic or not.
  • the adjustment means placed on the outer piece 20, ensures the maintenance of the short 1 on the size and comfort of portage.
  • the outer part 20 is connected to the inner part 10 by a weak connection. Due to this relative fastening, the ventral 2 and dorsal 3 parts of the short 1 may have substantially the same perimeter at rest and worn because the adjustment is mainly achieved by the adaptable portions 21g, 21d. As a result, the ventral 2 and dorsal 3 are less stressed and exert little pressure on the body.
  • the ventral part 2 is a soft part of the body which, for comfort, it is better to compress to a minimum.
  • the ventral part 2 evolves with the breathing of the wearer. The change in volume should not cause additional constraints.
  • the adaptable portions 21g, 21d By being positioned on the flanks, the adaptable portions 21g, 21d reorient the forces required for tightening around the waist, on a more rigid area of the body, able to withstand, without inconvenience, compressive forces. Thanks to the bone basin, the flanks constitute a more rigid zone, adapted for accepted pressures without disturbing the user.
  • Known shorts include a more uniform tightening around the waist and especially on the ventral part. The belly is then more compressed compared to the proposed solution. Generally, the ventral part of this type of shorts is folded at rest to be a little more tense when the shorts are worn. This compensation can generate residual folds, in the ventral part, according to the morphology of the user. Besides the fact that it is not aesthetic, it can be a source of additional discomfort. This phenomenon also occurs in the dorsal part. Residual creases can also be uncomfortable.
  • an adaptable portion 21g, 21d makes it possible to adjust the tightening of the shorts 1 at the waist while allowing relative movement between the outer piece 20 and the inner piece 10.
  • the adaptable portion 21g, 21d bring the anterior and posterior portions 3 of the shorts 1 closer to the body of the user by exerting little pressure on these anterior and posterior portions 3.
  • the separation between the outer piece 20 and the inner piece 10 at the flanks allows relative movement between these two pieces of clothing 10, 20, which greatly reduces the transmission of effort between these two elements 10, 20.
  • the short 1 is thus more comfortable to wear.
  • the athlete has a better ease when he moves. This construction gives him more freedom in his movements. It gives him better feelings. His breathing is not hindered by pressure on his stomach.
  • the carrying efforts are brought back to the level of the flanks which constitute a more tolerant zone and less sensitive for the body. The garment seems lighter.
  • the short 1 advantageously incorporates a side pocket 40 in an adjustment zone Zg, Zd, between the inner part 10 and the outer part 20.
  • the side pocket 40 is delimited by a panel 41 and a portion 42 of the inner part 10.
  • This side pocket 40 allows the storage of accessories of the user. It can be keys, food or electronic devices. Being positioned at one side, the side pocket 40 does not interfere with the athlete because it is located in a less sensitive area as we have seen previously. It is preferable to make this lateral pocket 40 integral with the inner part 10 because, in this adjustment zone Zg, Zd, the inner part 10 remains stable and not very stressed. The pocket 40 can therefore be better maintained and pressed against the user. There is no or little sloshing of the contents of the pocket 40.
  • the lateral pocket 40 is fixed in this adjustment zone Zg, Zd, on the outer piece 20.
  • the short 1 also comprises at least one external pocket: a 50v ventral pocket and / or a back pocket 50d.
  • These pockets external 50v, 50d are made from the inner parts 10 and outer 20.
  • the outer part 20 is connected on the ventral portion 2 and / or dorsal 3 short 1 to the inner part 10 so as to form the external pocket 50v , 50d open at the waist.
  • the inner and outer pieces 20 are connected by two vertical lateral seams 51 and a horizontal bottom edge 52, parallel to the upper edge 53 of the outer piece, and offset, towards the bottom, of the height h50 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d.
  • the upper edge 53 of the outer piece 20 locally incorporates an elastic to close the outer pocket 50v, 50d and maintain the objects or food contained in the pocket. Indeed, when the short 1 is worn, the elastic 53 is pressed against the inner part 10, which closes the outer pocket 50v, 50d.
  • the vertical seams 31d / 31g or 32d / 32g delimiting the adjustment zones Zg, Zd are the vertical lateral seams 51 delimiting the outer pockets 50.
  • the adjustment zones Zg, Zd are not delimited by seams or other type of connection.
  • the inner part 10 and the outer part 20 are connected at the level of the size of the garment in a zone remote from the adjustment zones.
  • the outer piece 20 is not connected to the inner part 10 in spacing areas greater than these "adjustment zones" Zg, Zd. In other words, at a minimum, there are no fasteners in the adjustment areas.
  • the outer part 20 is connected to the inner part 10 only on the front part of the shorts.
  • the connection between the outer part 20 and the inner part 10 is only on the rear part of the shorts.
  • the bottom edge 52 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d is discontinuous. It is composed of a series of stitches 54 spaced apart by a horizontal increment.
  • the outer part 20 is dissociated from the inner part 10, at the lower edge 52 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d. Between two stitches 54, the inner part 10 and the outer part 20 form openings 55. These openings 55 allow to reduce the tensions exerted on the ventral portion 2 and / or dorsal 3 of the shorts 1 when it is put in place. Indeed, when the user puts the short 1, the inner part 10 conforms to the morphology of the user.
  • the outer part 20 also follows this adaptation.
  • the transverse extensibility of the inner part 10 and that of the outer part 20 are not the same. Therefore, not to create tension in the inner part 10 at the bottom edge 52 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d which would be reflected on the body and would cause discomfort, it is preferable to provide a compensation mechanism.
  • the openings 55 allow this compensation by allowing, between two stitches 54 of the lower edge 52 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d, a different elongation variation between the inner part 10 and the outer part 20.
  • the openings 55 are reduced due to the differential voltage between the outer piece 20 and the inner piece 10 at this level, as seen in FIG. figure 5 .
  • the figure 6 represents the unworn shorts 1. In this case, the openings 55 are larger.
  • the outer pocket 50v, 50d thus comprises an outer panel 56 formed by a portion of the outer piece 20 and an inner panel 57 formed by a portion of the inner part 10.
  • the outer panel 56 forms a net, preferably extensible. This allows better ventilation and improves the feeling of lightness.
  • the figure 8 presents a second embodiment.
  • the inner part 10 is a panty completely masked by the outer part 20.
  • the short 1b does not include an external pocket.
  • the outer part 20 is connected to the inner part 10 by a simple seam 33 at the waist or by a discontinuous edge similar to the lower edge 52 of the outer pocket 50v, 50d. described in the previous embodiment.
  • the inner part 10 may incorporate an elastic band at the waist to best fit the morphology of the user.
  • the inner part 10 may be a panty, a shorts.
  • the outer piece 20 can be shorts, bermuda shorts, a corsair, short pants, pants or skirt.
  • connection between the inner part 10 and the outer part 20 is made by seams 31, 32, 33, 51, 52.
  • the seams make it possible to obtain a connection resistant to the stresses generated by tensions on the pieces of clothing.
  • the invention also extends to other types of connection between these two parts 10, 20. It can be by gluing, welding, snap fasteners, staples, type "Velcro ®" hook, a particular knitting between the two pieces. ... These links can be moved according to the wishes of the user.
  • the connection can also make it possible to quickly assemble and disassemble a workpiece 10 relative to the other 20, for example by using Velcro ® type snaps or hooks.
  • the outer part 20 is removably mounted relative to the inner part 10.
  • the outer piece 20 can be connected to the inner piece 10 in other areas at the waist as long as there is always at least two lateral adjustment zones Zg, Zd.
  • the inner part 10 and / or the outer part 20 can be composed from several panels, assembled together by known methods. It can thus have panels, having different properties, distributed on clothing. For example, as seen previously, at the outer pockets 50v, 50d, using a net-shaped panel while for the rest of the outer part 20, the material used is in mesh more tight. Other net zones can be added to ventilate the inner part 10. Likewise, panels having different extensibility properties can be used. This reduces the stress on the body.
  • the inner part 10 may be a unitary clothing article and the outer piece 20, another unitary clothing article. To obtain the invention, it is sufficient to assemble these two articles of finished clothing.
  • the invention also relates to the method of producing this type of clothing. Indeed, this construction has the advantage of being simple, fast and economical.
  • the inner part 10 is made.
  • the outer part 20 is made.
  • the outer piece 20 is assembled to the inner piece 10, at the waist so as to create at least two adjustment zones Zg, Zd at the flanks of the garment. In this step, no attachments are made in these adjustment areas.
