Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (10) zum mechanischen Trennen von Materialkonglomeraten aus Materialien mit unterschiedlicher Dichte und/oder Konsistenz,
umfassend eine Trennkammer (22, 24, 26) mit einer Zufuhrseite (34) und einer Auslaßseite (38), welche Trennkammer von einer zylindrischen Trennkammerwand (12) umgeben ist und wenigstens zwei in axialer Richtung aufeinanderfolgende Abschnitte (22, 24, 26) aufweist, in denen jeweils mindestens ein Rotor (16, 18, 20) mit sich in die Trennkammer radial erstreckenden Schlagwerkzeugen (42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52) angeordnet ist, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
- die Rotoren haben in den von der Zufuhrseite zur Auslaßseite aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitten einen Rotormantel (17, 19, 21) mit zur Auslaßseite hin zunehmendem Radius,
- die Differenz zwischen dem Radius des Rotormantels und dem Radius der Trennkammerwand nimmt von der Zufuhrseite zur Auslaßseite hin ab,
- die Drehrichtungen des Rotors (20) in dem der Auslaßseite zugewandten Abschnitt (26) und des Rotors (18) des in Richtung des Materialflusses davor liegenden Abschnitts (24) sind gegenläufig, und
- die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Rotoren nimmt in den Abschnitten (22, 24, 26) von der Zufuhrseite zur Auslaßseite der Trennkammer hin zu.
Mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung werden höchste Aufprallgeschwindigkeiten von zu trennenden Materialkonglomeraten auf Schlagwerkzeugen erzielt, die bei nur geringer Mahlwirkung zu einem Aufbrechen der der Materialkonglomerate führen.
