Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bolzensetzgerät mit einer Brennkammer, in der eine elektrisch angetriebene Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer angeordnet ist, und mit einer elektrischen Energiespeichereinrichtung. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines derartigen Bolzensetzgeräts.
- Aus dem US-Patent
US 7,520,252 B2 ist ein Bolzensetzgerät mit einer ersten Kammer bekannt, in der ein motorisch angetriebener Ventilator angeordnet ist. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Betrieb eines Bolzensetzgeräts gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 weiter zu vereinfachen.
- Die Aufgabe ist bei einem Bolzensetzgerät mit einer Brennkammer, in der eine elektrisch angetriebene Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer angeordnet ist, und mit einer elektrischen Energiespeichereinrichtung, dadurch gelöst, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen ausgeführt ist. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Bolzensetzgerät handelt es sich vorzugsweise um ein tragbares, brennkraftbetriebenes Bolzensetzgerät. Zum Setzen eines Befestigungselements wird Gas, zum Beispiel aus einer Gaskartusche, in dem Brennraum mit Sauerstoff beziehungsweise Luft zu einem zündfähigen Gemisch vermischt. Wenn das zündfähige Gemisch gezündet wird, dann expandiert es schlagartig, um einen Arbeitskolben anzutreiben. Herkömmliche Bolzensetzgeräte werden mit Akkumulatoren betrieben, die wieder aufladbare Sekundärzellen enthalten. Der Akkumulator muss während des Betriebs des Bolzensetzgeräts geladen werden, was mit störenden Unterbrechungen verbunden sein kann. Durch die Erfindung wird ein Betrieb des Bolzensetzgeräts mit nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen ermöglicht, die bei Bedarf einfach ausgetauscht werden, ohne dass längere Ladezeiten auftreten.
- Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren, austauschbaren Primärzellen ausgeführt ist. Die nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen können gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung schnell und einfach ausgetauscht werden. Die nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen können zum Beispiel in einem einfach zugänglichen Batteriefach aufgenommen sein, das schnell und einfach geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden kann.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen und/oder mit aufladbaren Sekundärzellen ausgeführt ist. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung können zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Batteriezellen verwendet werden. Das liefert den Vorteil, dass das Bolzensetzgerät zunächst mit einem Akkumulator betrieben werden kann, der aufladbare Sekundärzellen enthält. Wenn der Akkumulator leer ist, kann er aufgeladen werden. Beim Aufladen kann das Bolzensetzgerät dann in vorteilhafter Weise mit den nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen betrieben werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Bolzensetzgerät kann ein Batteriezellenfach umfassen, das sowohl zur Aufnahme von Primärzellen als auch zur Aufnahme von Sekundärzellen geeignet ist. Das Bolzensetzgerät kann aber auch unterschiedliche Batteriefächer aufweisen, von denen eines zur Aufnahme von Primärzellen und ein anderes zur Aufnahme von Sekundärzellen geeignet ist.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bolzensetzgerät eine Identifikationseinrichtung zur Erkennung von Primärzellen oder Sekundärzellen umfasst. Die Identifikationseinrichtung vereinfacht insbesondere den Betrieb eines Bolzensetzgeräts mit nur einem Batteriefach zur Aufnahme von unterschiedlichen Batteriezellen. Nach dem Einsetzen der Batteriezellen wird geräteintern erkannt, um was für Zellen es sich handelt.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationseinrichtung eine Messeinrichtung zum Messen eines Innenwiderstands von Primär- und/oder Sekundärzellen umfasst. Je nach Größe des Innenwiderstands der Batteriezellen wird, zum Beispiel anhand von gespeicherten Vergleichswerten, geräteintern erkannt, um welchen Zellentyp es sich handelt.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationseinrichtung mit einer elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung verbunden und/oder kombiniert ist, die einen Elektromotor ansteuert, der die Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer antreibt. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung wird der Elektromotor über die elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung in Abhängigkeit davon unterschiedlich angesteuert, ob die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung Primärzellen oder Sekundärzellen enthält.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Bolzensetzgeräts ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer mindestens einen Ventilator umfasst. Der Ventilator wird durch den Elektromotor angetrieben. Die zum Antreiben des Elektromotors benötigte elektrische Energie wird von der elektrischen Energiespeichereinrichtung bereitgestellt.
- Bei einem Verfahren zum Betreiben eines vorab beschriebenen Bolzensetzgeräts ist die oben angegebene Aufgabe alternativ oder zusätzlich dadurch gelöst, dass vor dem Betreiben des Bolzensetzgeräts geräteintern detektiert wird, ob die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung nicht aufladbare Primärzellen und/oder aufladbare Sekundärzellen umfasst. Dadurch können unerwünschte Störungen im Betrieb des Bolzensetzgeräts, zum Beispiel durch die Verwendung von falschen Batteriezellen, verhindert werden. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung wird mit Hilfe der Identifikationseinrichtung auch erfasst, ob ein gemeinsames Batteriefach, das sowohl für die Aufnahme von Primärzellen als auch für die Aufnahme von Sekundärzellen geeignet ist, nur Primärzellen oder nur Sekundärzellen enthält. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung kann das Bolzensetzgerät auch für die gleichzeitige Verwendung von Primärzellen und Sekundärzellen geeignet sein.
- Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Abhängigkeit von der Art der in das Bolzensetzgerät eingesetzten Energiespeicherzellen unterschiedliche Unterspannungsabschaltspannungen verwendet werden, bei denen das Bolzensetzgerät abgeschaltet wird. Dadurch wird auf einfache Art und Weise ein stabiler Betrieb des Bolzensetzgeräts über die Lebensdauer der verwendeten Batteriezellen ermöglicht, die auch als Energiespeicherzellen bezeichnet werden.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ladestandsanzeigeneinrichtung des Bolzensetzgeräts in Abhängigkeit von der Art der in das beziehungsweise dem Bolzensetzgerät eingesetzten Energiespeicherzellen unterschiedlich geschaltet wird. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung wird sowohl bei der Verwendung von Primärzellen als auch bei der Verwendung von Sekundärzellen angezeigt, wie lange das Bolzensetzgerät mit den aktuell eingesetzten Batteriezellen noch verwendet werden kann.
- Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele im Einzelnen beschrieben sind.

- In
Figur 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Bolzensetzgerät 1 mit einem Gehäuse 2 stark vereinfacht dargestellt. Das Gehäuse 2 umfasst einen Handgriff 4, an dem das Bolzensetzgerät 1 zum Antreiben eines Befestigungselements anpackbar ist, das an einem Bolzensetzende 5 aus dem Bolzensetzgerät 1 austritt und in einen Untergrund eintreibbar ist. - Die verwendeten Befestigungselemente werden vorzugsweise über ein geräteinternes Magazin 6 bereitgestellt, das in der Nähe des Bolzensetzendes 5 des Bolzensetzgeräts 1 angebracht ist. Aus dem Magazin 6 werden die Befestigungselemente vorzugsweise einzeln automatisch entnommen und am Bolzensetzende 5 bereitgestellt.
- Zum Eintreiben der Befestigungselemente in den Untergrund benötigte Energie wird in einer Gasdose oder Gaskartusche 8 im Inneren des Bolzensetzgeräts 1 bereitgestellt. Die Gaskartusche 8 ist in ein Gasdosenfach aufnehmbar und über ein verstellbares beziehungsweise regelbares Dosierventil 10 und eine Gasleitung 11 mit einer Brennkammer oder einem Brennraum 12 verbindbar.
- In dem Brennraum 12 wird Gas aus der Gaskartusche 8 mit Luft zu einem brennfähigen Gemisch vermischt, das gezündet wird, um ein Befestigungselement, wie einen Bolzen oder einen Nagel, in den Untergrund einzutreiben. Die zum Eintreiben benötigte Energie wird, zum Beispiel über einen (nicht dargestellten) Arbeitskolben von der Brennkammer 12 auf ein Befestigungselement am Bolzensetzende 5 übertragen.
- In dem Brennraum 12 ist eine Einrichtung 14 angeordnet, die dazu dient, in dem Brennraum 12 Turbulenz zu erzeugen, den Brennraum 12 zu spülen und/oder zu kühlen. Die Einrichtung 14 umfasst einen Ventilator 15, der von einem Elektromotor 18 angetrieben wird. Der Elektromotor 18 wird über eine elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung 20 angesteuert.
- Von der elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung 20 erstreckt sich ein Zündkabel 21 zum Brennraum 12. Über das Zündkabel 21 wird das zündfähige Gemisch im Brennraum 12 gezündet.
- Der Elektromotor 18 ist über eine Motorsteuerungsleitung 22 ebenfalls mit der elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung 20 verbunden. Darüber hinaus ist eine elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung 24, aus welcher der Elektromotor 18 seine Antriebsenergie bezieht, mit der Steuerungseinrichtung 20 verbunden.
- Gemäß einem wesentlichen Aspekt der Erfindung kann die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung 24 nicht aufladbare Primärzellen umfassen. Die nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen sind vorzugsweise auf einfache Art und Weise austauschbar.
- Die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung 24 umfasst zum Beispiel ein Batteriefach, das durch einen Batteriefachdeckel verschließbar ist. Der Batteriefachdeckel kann auf einfache Art und Weise geöffnet beziehungsweise abgenommen werden, um Batteriezellen einzusetzen.
- Bei einem nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel bildet das Batteriefach mit dem Gasdosenfach ein einziges Versorgungsfach mit einem Versorgungsfachdeckel, in das die Gasdose und die Batteriezellen einsetzbar sind. Bevorzugt sind die Batteriezellen und die Gasdose fest miteinander verbunden und bilden eine Energieversorgungseinheit, mit der das Bolzensetzgerät betrieben wird, wenn die Energieversorgungseinheit in das Versorgungsfach eingesetzt ist.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung kann die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung 24 auch aufladbare Sekundärzellen umfassen. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Steuerungseinrichtung 20 mit einer Identifikationseinrichtung ausgestattet, die dazu dient, zu erkennen, ob Primärzellen oder Sekundärzellen in das Batteriefach eingesetzt sind. In Abhängigkeit von den im Batteriefach enthaltenen Batteriezellen wird der Elektromotor 18 über die Steuerungseinrichtung 20 unterschiedlich angesteuert.
Claims (10)
- Bolzensetzgerät mit einer Brennkammer (12), in der eine elektrisch angetriebene Einrichtung (14) zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer (12) angeordnet ist, und mit einer elektrischen Energiespeichereinrichtung (24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung (24) für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen ausgeführt ist.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung (24) für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren, austauschbaren Primärzellen ausgeführt ist.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung (24) für einen Betrieb mit nicht aufladbaren Primärzellen und/oder mit aufladbaren Sekundärzellen ausgeführt ist.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bolzensetzgerät (1) eine Identifikationseinrichtung zur Erkennung von Primärzellen oder Sekundärzellen umfasst.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationseinrichtung eine Messeinrichtung zum Messen eines Innenwiderstands von Primär- und/oder Sekundärzellen umfasst.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationseinrichtung mit einer elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung (20) verbunden und/oder kombiniert ist, die einen Elektromotor (18) ansteuert, der die Einrichtung (14) zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer (12) antreibt.
- Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (14) zum Erzeugen von Turbulenz oder zum Spülen der Brennkammer (12) mindestens einen Ventilator (15) umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Bolzensetzgeräts (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Betreiben des Bolzensetzgeräts (1) geräteintern detektiert wird, ob die elektrische Energiespeichereinrichtung (24) nicht aufladbare Primärzellen und/oder aufladbare Sekundärzellen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Abhängigkeit von der Art der in das Bolzensetzgerät (1) eingesetzten Energiespeicherzellen unterschiedliche Unterspannungsabschaltspannungen verwendet werden, bei denen das Bolzensetzgerät (1) abgeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ladestandsanzeigeeinrichtung des Bolzensetzgeräts (1) in Abhängigkeit von der Art der in das beziehungsweise dem Bolzensetzgerät (1) eingesetzten Energiespeicherzellen unterschiedlich geschaltet wird.
