Definitions
- the invention relates to a mast for a drill, which is constructed from at least two mast elements for a drill.
- a mast element for a drill has a mast core and at least one longitudinal guide, which is arranged for guiding a carriage along the mast element to the mast core.
- Drilling devices with such mast elements are used for example in the field of special civil engineering.
- the mast of such a drill may be constructed from one or more mast elements.
- the drill string is arranged, which is rotationally driven by means of a drill drive and moved along the mast.
- the length of the mast is a limitation on the length of the drill pipe.
- WO 2007/004969 A1 is a mast for a drill, which consists of a light metal in tube form.
- the invention has for its object to provide a mast element for a drill, with which also larger drilling depths can be achieved in an efficient and safe manner.
- a mast element of the mast according to the invention is characterized in that the mast core has a tubular body which is formed from a fiber composite material.
- a basic idea of the invention is to reduce the weight of a mast element by departing from the previous metal construction. This is achieved according to the invention in that the mast core is formed as a tubular body of a fiber composite material. Compared to conventional mast elements, even if these are constructed in lattice structure, weight savings of up to 40% and more can be achieved. By such a lightweight mast structure, the center of gravity of the entire drill remains relatively close to the ground, even with larger mast heights, so that the risk of tipping is significantly reduced.
- the tubular body may have any cross-sectional shape, such as an oval or polygonal shape.
- a particularly good stability is inventively achieved in that the tubular body has a circular or rectangular cross-sectional profile. With such an annular closed cross-sectional profile a high buckling stiffness is achieved with a low weight.
- fiber composite materials can be provided for producing the mast core.
- glass fibers or various plastic fibers are possible.
- the fiber composites can be treated with known laminate or honeycomb structure alone or in combination with other fiber composites or other ceramic or metal materials.
- CFRP carbon fiber reinforced plastic
- the mast core forms an essential part of the mast element, wherein further functional components are arranged on the mast core for forming the mast element.
- the mast core basically extends over almost the entire length of the mast element and provides significantly for the buckling and torsional rigidity of the mast element.
- further functional components for example for connecting further mast elements or the feed system, which actuating cylinder, winches, gears, motors, roller chains or toothed racks can have, can be provided on the mast element.
- An advantageous embodiment according to the invention is that a connecting flange is arranged on at least one end of the mast core.
- the connecting flange is designed in particular for connection to an adjacent mast element.
- the connecting flange and the further functional components can also be made of a fiber composite material.
- the at least one connecting flange and / or the longitudinal guide are made of a metal material.
- a metal material in particular steel or special Gleitbronzen for the guide rails are preferably used.
- the mast core belt elements, in particular made of a fiber composite material, are attached.
- the strap elements comprise at least a part of the outer circumference of the mast core and are preferably arranged at regular intervals from one another along the mast core.
- the belt elements may preferably have a U-shaped or annular closed shape. In principle, these can be made of metal, but the use of fiber composite material according to the invention is also advantageous for weight saving.
- holding plates for fastening the longitudinal guide are arranged in the region of the belt elements.
- the retaining plates can also be made of the fiber composite material or a metal material.
- other functional components be attached to these holding plates.
- the holding plates are in particular firmly connected to the belt elements, in particular glued and / or screwed. In this way, the holding forces for fastening the additional functional component are introduced over a larger circumferential area in the tubular core of the mast.
- the longitudinal guide has at least one guide rail.
- two or more guide rails for guiding a carriage along the mast can be provided.
- a conventional slide guide is achieved so that conventional drilling carriage or Spülkopfwagen can be performed along the mast element.
- the invention relates to a mast for a drill, which is constructed from at least two mast elements, wherein at least one mast element is formed according to the above-described invention.
- a mast for a drill which is constructed from at least two mast elements, wherein at least one mast element is formed according to the above-described invention.
- the upper mast elements facing away from the borehole are designed in the manner according to the invention in order to counteract the danger of tipping.
- the invention comprises a drilling rig with a carrier vehicle and a mast attached thereto, along which a drill drive for rotating driving and axial displacement of a drill string is mounted at least along a partial section, wherein the above-described mast is provided.
- the mast elements can be constructed the same. According to the different function, however, differently shaped mast elements can be provided for the construction of the mast.
- a first lower mast element is connected to the carrier vehicle, wherein along the first lower mast element of the drill drive is slidably mounted along a first longitudinal guide, and that a second upper mast element is provided which a second longitudinal guide for guiding a rinsing head having.
- a flushing head serves to connect a supply hose to the upper end of the hollow rotating drill pipe for supplying concrete suspension or a rinsing liquid.
- the first longitudinal guide and the second longitudinal guide may be identical. However, it is also possible that the two longitudinal guides have a different shape, since in particular the longitudinal guide for the drill drive has to absorb larger forces on the drilling carriage.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention consists in that at least one middle mast element is arranged between the first lower mast element and the second upper mast element. In this way, relatively large mast heights can be achieved with a variety of mast elements.
- a mast member 30 of the present invention includes an elongated box-shaped mast core 32.
- the mast core 32 is formed as a tubular body having an interior cavity.
- the wall thickness of the tubular mast core 32 is preferably between 4 mm and a few cm, depending on the length and the cross-sectional profile.
- the mast core 32 extends substantially over the entire length of the mast element 30 and forms its main part. At its two ends are plate-shaped Connecting flanges 38 a and 38 b attached.
- the plate-shaped connecting flanges 38a, 38b are made of steel, while the mast core 32 is constructed of a fiber composite material. In this case, in particular a carbon fiber reinforced plastic is used, which in a known manner has a laminate or honeycomb structure.
- the connecting flanges 38a, 38b serve to connect further mast elements 30 to form a mast for a drilling rig.
- a longitudinal guide 34 is formed on one side of the tubular mast core 32, which has a rectangular cross-sectional profile.
- the longitudinal guide 34 comprises two mutually parallel guide rails 36a, 36b, which are made of metal and attached to the mast core 32.
- band-shaped belt elements 40 are arranged at uniform intervals on the outer circumference of the mast core 32.
- the strap members 40 extend at least a portion of the outer circumference of the mast core 32 to further increase its rigidity.
- the belt members 40 are made in the illustrated embodiment U-shaped from the same fiber composite material as the mast core 32 and firmly connected to this.
- metallic holding plates 42 are arranged, with which the laterally projecting guide rails 36a, 36b are fixedly attached to the mast core 32 by means of screw connections.
- a flushing head 18 is mounted linearly displaceable.
- the flushing head 18 is formed at its lower, longitudinal end for fixed connection to the rotating, not shown drill string.
- the connection for a hose connection is provided for forming a fluid connection to the tubular drill pipe.
- the flushing head 18 is attached to a Spülkopfwagen 22 which is guided linearly via guide rollers 26 along the longitudinal guide 34.
- a hose holder 24 for a total of three hoses is provided on a holding arm in order to guide fluid hoses to the rinsing head 18.
- a drill pipe support 50 is provided with a support plate 52, which serves for Ausknickêt for the drill string.
- the support plate 52 is mounted on a support carriage 54, which is also guided by means of guide rollers 56 along the longitudinal guide 34 linearly displaceable.
- the support carriage 54 is connected via two connecting rods 58 fixed to a spaced connection carriage 60, which is also slidably guided along the longitudinal guide 34 via guide rollers 62.
- At the connecting rods 58 of the Spülkopfwagen 22 is slidably mounted approximately in the middle between the support carriage 54 and the connecting carriage 60.

- the mast 20 is constructed in the present embodiment of a first lower mast element 30a and a second upper mast element 30b.
- the upper mast element 30b is releasably secured via the plate-shaped flange 38 to a plate-shaped mating flange 39, which is arranged at the upper end of the lower mast element 30a.
- the lower mast member 30a is formed in a conventional manner from metal and represents the base mast usually arranged on the drill 10. Only the upper mast member 30b is inventively formed with a mast core 32 made of a fiber composite material and represents a mast extension. This allows the drilling a relatively long drill pipe 16 whose length exceeds the length of the lower mast element 30a as a basic mast clearly. It is such an efficient downsetting a relatively deep hole in a drilling without additional assembly operations additional linkage possible. Due to the mast extension according to the invention by the upper mast element 30b in the lightweight construction according to the invention, only a relatively small center of gravity displacement of the drill 10 is achieved despite more than doubling the original mast length.
- a second longitudinal guide 34b is formed. This serves to guide the Spülkopfwagens 22 with the flushing head 18, which is connected to the upper end of the drill pipe 16.
