Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour le laminage d'un feuillard, dans lequel on fait passer le feuillard d'abord par une ligne de décapage (5) et ensuite à travers un laminoir réversible entre deux bobineuses réversibles (1, 2), et dans lequel on soude la fin d'un feuillard avant la ligne de décapage (5) à l'amorce d'un feuillard suivant et, avant le bobinage du feuillard laminé prêt à l'emploi, on procède à une séparation des feuillards soudés l'un à l'autre, caractérisé par le scénario suivant :
    - le feuillard A qui quitte la ligne de décapage (5) passe par les deux cages de laminoir (3, 4) du laminoir réversible et vient ensuite s'enrouler sur la bobineuse réversible (1) montée à la suite du laminoir réversible ;
    - dans lequel, à la fin du feuillard A avant son entrée dans la ligne de décapage (5), l'amorce d'un feuillard suivant B a déjà été soudée ;
    - cette amorce du feuillard B est alors laminée de manière conjointe et, en fait, sur une longueur qui correspond à la longueur d'amorçage du bobinage jusqu'à l'obtention d'une traction sur la bobineuse et qui s'étend également sur la bobineuse réversible (1) ;
    - lors de la réversion qui s'ensuit, le feuillard B est séparé du feuillard A par une lame de coupe (6) de telle sorte que l'amorce du feuillard B déjà laminée subsiste contre le reste du feuillard B qui n'a pas encore été laminé ;
    - on procède ensuite au laminage réversible du feuillard complet A, celui-ci, après sa sortie du laminoir réversible, venant s'enrouler sur la bobineuse réversible (2) montée en amont de la cage réversible ;
    - dès que le feuillard A se trouve complètement sur la bobineuse réversible (2), le feuillard B est acheminé au laminoir réversible et les scénarios indiqués ci-dessus se répètent avec ce feuillard B et un feuillard suivant C.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'enfilage de l'amorce déjà laminée du feuillard B ou par après C, la fente de laminage du laminoir réversible reste ouverte, si bien que le laminage ne devient actif qu'à l'entrée de la partie de feuillard non laminé qui fait suite à l'amorce laminée.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au cours du laminage réversible d'un feuillard entre la ligne de décapage et la lame de coupe pour la séparation des feuillards, on procède à un stockage du feuillard suivant dans un dispositif de stockage pour feuillard.
