Definitions
- the present invention relates to a press with at least one docking and decoupling collection trolley for pressed material to be pressed, the press having a baling chamber, the collection trolley having a collecting space with a bottom and walls, wherein when coupled to the press collection trolley in this collected pressed material machine can be transferred from the collection truck into the baling chamber, wherein at least the bottom of the collecting truck for its emptying from a lower collection position is movable upwards and backwards, wherein a conveyor is provided, with the at least coupled to the press collection carriage moving at least the bottom above the pressed material located in the collecting space can be conveyed to the pressing space of the press, and wherein in the state decoupled from the press the collecting trolley can be filled at a location remote from the press with pressed material to be pressed.
- This unloading of the pressed material collected in the collection truck is carried out either manually or mechanically supported.
- manual emptying the pressed material z. B. removed from the operator from the collection car and either in the storage room of a baler, z. B. according to WO 2008/113465 A1 , filled or the pressed material is inserted through the feed opening of a horizontal baler eg in the baling chamber. If this press room is filled so far that no further pressed material fits, then the feed opening is closed and a press plate compacts the pressed material. This procedure is disadvantageously time consuming and tedious.
- a relief and time saving provide from the relevant practice known solutions for horizontal balers, in which a collection cart is placed in a lifting and tipping device, which is associated with the press. After locking the collecting truck in the lifting and tipping device of the collection trolley is lifted by the device and tilted about a horizontal axis by about 180 °, whereby the contents of the collecting truck falls into the hopper of the baler or in the filling of a press container. From this storage or filling room, the material to be pressed is then removed by suitable means, e.g. a compressor screw, either in the press container or in the baler promoted.
- suitable means e.g. a compressor screw
- the object is to provide a press with at least one on and disconnectable collection car, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned above and in the case of low space requirements, especially in terms of the required height, a technically reliable, simple and easy to use staff contribution is ensured by collected, to be pressed pressed material of various kinds in the press.
- the removal of the material to be pressed from the collection trolley takes place gradually from above, for which at the same time at least the bottom of the collecting trolley is steadily raised.
- the lifting of the soil and the removal of the pressed material to be pressed by the conveyor are matched to match.
- a particularly high lifting of the collecting and tilting about a horizontal axis or a sideways movable transport box are no longer required in the inventive solution.
- the press of the invention can be accommodated easily in rooms with normal ceiling height.
- the press is assigned at least one collection car; in In practice, however, according to the need for to be disposed of pressed material, the press expediently assigned several collection cars.
- the collection cars are expedient to each other and can each be spent separately for their emptying to the press and coupled to the press.
- a preferred embodiment of the press is characterized in that the conveyor is connected to the press or formed as part of the press.
- the conveyor is required only once by their assignment to the press per press, which is economically advantageous.
- each collection vehicle is associated with a corresponding conveyor.
- the conveyor can be configured technically different.
- the conveyor is designed as a milling cutter with a milling drum or with several parallel, in the same direction rotatably drivable milling drums or occupied with conveyor tines drivable conveyor belt or conveyor chain arrangement or as one or more rotary drivable augers existing screw conveyor.
- the conveyor is designed as a milling cutter with a plurality of parallel, in the same direction rotatably driven milling drums, then it is preferably provided that the milling drums carry tines and that the tines of adjacent milling drums with intersecting radii and seen in Fräswalzenlnaturesraum are offset from each other and interlock. As a result, a uniform and intensive conveying effect is achieved over the area of the collecting trolley bottom.
- the milling rollers can be driven with rotational speeds that are relatively different from one another, wherein a milling drum closest to the pressing space has the highest rotational speed and a milling roller furthest from the pressing chamber has the smallest rotational speed.
- This ensures that the material to be pressed, which is supplied to the pressing space, is conveyed in the direction of the pressing space at a faster speed and thus pulled apart.
- This ensures a safe and fast filling process and prevents overloading or even blocking of the milling rollers, in particular of the milling chamber closest to the pressing space or Milling drums. If a feeding device is provided between the conveying device and the pressing chamber, this too is protected against overloading or even blocking.
- all milling drums can advantageously be driven by a common drive via gear elements that are different in each case relative to the drive.
- the drive can be coupled with each milling drum via a respective transmission element; alternatively, the drive may be e.g. be coupled with the first or last milling drum and the other milling drums are then coupled in each case gear with the adjacent milling drum.
- a single motor e.g. Electric motor or hydraulic motor, for driving all milling drums, which then rotate during operation with fixed rotational speed ratios.
- individual drives for the milling drums may be provided, which increases the technical complexity, but allows a simple variation of the rotational speed ratios between the milling drums.
- a preferred embodiment proposes that the floor is connected to a coupled with the press from the press rear wall of the collecting trolley to an L-shaped bottom wall element and that the floor-wall element relative to the rest of the collection trolley lift - and lowered.
- This embodiment has the advantage that the lifting device can be arranged above the space occupied by the collecting trolley coupled to the press, wherein the lifting device can act on the upwardly facing wall for lifting the floor-wall element.
- a lifting device is preferably provided on the press or on the conveyor, by means of which at least coupled to the press collection tray at least its bottom or its bottom wall element can be raised and lowered.
- the lifting device is formed by at least one vertical, drivable in two directions, circulating endless traction means on the press or on the conveyor, which directly or indirectly engaged with the lifting and lowering part of the coupling of the collecting truck to the press Collecting cart occurs.
- the circulating endless traction means is well suited as a lifting device due to its technical simplicity and reliability and space-saving design and therefore can be used with advantage.
- this press provides that the traction means is in engagement with a lifting carriage guided vertically displaceably on the press or the conveying device, which engages with the lifting and lowering part of the collecting trolley when the collecting trolley is coupled to the press.
- the lifting carriage with a suitable design of its own construction and its guiding means, ensures a safe and stable guidance of the lifting and lowering part of the collecting trolley during the transfer of the pressed material from the collecting trolley into the pressing space of the press.
- the traction means is a roller chain, which is guided over two on the press or the conveyor vertically stacked gears, of which at least one is rotatably drivable.
- the roller chain combines a high load capacity with good durability and low procurement costs, which contributes to a reliable and economical operation of the press.
- the collecting trolley must be positioned exactly relative to the press and to the conveying device and lifting device ,
- These are preferably provided as a means for coupling the collecting truck to the press on this or on the conveyor and on the collecting carriage interlocking coupling guides and bars.
- the coupling guides provide for an exact positioning of collection cars and other press relative to each other.
- the bars ensure the maintenance of the coupling state and are either manually or remotely adjustable.
- a first preferred embodiment of the press in this respect is characterized in that the coupling guides are designed as interlocking pairs of rails at the level of the upper edge of two mutually opposite walls of the collecting carriage.
- the coupling guides are designed as interlocking pairs of rails at the level of the upper edge of two mutually opposite walls of the collecting carriage.
- an alternative embodiment of the press suggests that are provided as means for coupling the collecting truck to the press rollers of the collecting carriage leading rails at floor level of the installation space of the press.
- the rails are removed from the conveyor and the lifting device, so that they do not affect or hinder the technical design of the conveyor or lifting device.
- an operator can easily dock the collection trolley by pushing the running on his wheels collection trolley in the rails.
- the rails can be designed at its inlet region with funnel-shaped inlet slopes.
- the rails have expediently at least one stop, against which each of the leading roller starts.
- means for fixing the carriage can be provided in its Ankoppelposition here.
- the bottom of the collecting trolley is formed on the upper side corresponding to the contour of the conveyor facing the ground. If the conveyor is formed, for example, of a plurality of parallel milling drums, the bottom has on its the conveyor facing top expediently the form of appropriately arranged and extending arc sections.
- the conveying device In order to ensure that the material to be compacted does not get caught on the conveying device, it is expedient for the conveying device to be assigned on its side facing the press a material to be pressed which separates the conveying device.
- a contribution to a favorable and safe for the operator of the press handling is achieved in that preferably the press on its back has a feed opening for the mechanical transfer of the material to be pressed from the collection truck in the press room and that the press on its front for a removal of a Press bale has from the press room in an open position pivotable door.
- the removal of a press bale from the press can thus be done in a conventional manner by conventional presses, which contributes to a safe operation of the press by the operator.
- a further feed opening is expediently provided in the front of the press above the door or in the upper part of the door, through which pressed material can be manually filled into the press room.
- the additional feed opening is expedient with a private door or flap optionally closable and releasable.
- the press itself can be designed differently.
- an active charging device of the press is arranged between the conveyor and the press room.
- the active charging device ensures that the pressed material to be pressed removed from the collecting device from the collecting trolley is introduced under a certain pre-compaction and forcibly into the press, in particular the press room.
- the conveyor itself transports the pressed material to be pressed from the collection truck into the interior of the press.
- At least one rotor roller with conveyor tines is preferably arranged between the conveying device and the pressing space.
- the conveyor tines can cooperate for a reliable transport of the material to be pressed into the press room with a slotted guide surface, in the slots of the conveyor tines can dip.
- a further embodiment of the press according to the invention is characterized in that the conveyor, the lifting device and the loading device are each equipped with a force demand sensor and that the press is assigned a control unit, the measurement signals of the power demand sensors can be fed and by means of the measured signals in accordance with the delivery device in that the lifting device and / or the loading device are variable in their performance and / or reversible in their working direction.
- the control unit can respond flexibly and as needed to specific operating situations that could lead to malfunctions. If, for example, the power requirement of a drive exceeds a certain limit, then the drive, in which the limit value is exceeded, as well as seen in Pressgut advanced therapies possibly previous drives in their performance reduced or even switched off and possibly reversed.
- the drive of the charging device can not only be reduced in power or switched off, but also reversed if necessary. After that, the drives are switched back on step by step.
- These circuits require that the drives of said aggregates, ie the charging device, the conveyor and the lifting device, are driven either via respective associated drive units or that the drives are decoupled from each other via appropriate technical means, such as adjustable clutches.
- appropriate technical means such as adjustable clutches.
- working with independent drives are automatically initiated. This ensures reliable operation of the press and disturbances or damage due to overloading are avoided, even if the press is operated by technically non-specialist personnel.
- a press plate between a position above the rotor roller and a position below the rotor roller is movable, that the feed tines extend into the range of movement of the press plate and that the press plate at its edge facing the rotor roller passage slots for Having conveyor tines.
- the conveyor tines of the charging device can thus extend further into the pressing space and advantageously convey the material to be conveyed better and more effectively into the pressing space. Due to the passage slots in the edge of the pressure plate facing the rotor roller, the tines which protrude into its movement range do not disturb the pressing stroke and the return stroke of the pressure plate.
- the extent of the passage slots is expediently limited to such a degree that the pressing action of the press plate and its mechanical stability are not affected by the passage slots.
- a further embodiment of the press is characterized in that a bale ejector is arranged in the press room, which is adjustable for ejecting a finished pressed and possibly hardened press bale from a basic position outside the range of movement of the conveyor tines of the rotor roller in a Auswerfwolf in the range of movement of the conveyor tines of the rotor roller in that the rotor roller is associated with a rotational position sensor and in that prior to ejection of the pressing bale, the rotor roller can be stopped in a rotational position in which its conveying tines assume a position which is collision-free relative to the bale ejector.
- the position of the feed tines of the loading device in its switched-off state can advantageously be selected so that the bale ejector does not collide in its movement plane with the tines of the loading device.
- the position of the rotor roller or the position of the tines of the rotor roller is interrogated and the stopping of the rotor roller is then carried out in the appropriate, with respect to the bale ejector collision-free rotational position of the rotor roller.
- the rotor roller can thus be approximated as far as possible just the pressing space.
- the press according to the invention with one or more associated collecting trolleys is advantageous, for example, in large-scale shops, such as consumer markets or large supermarkets. Also in industrial production, where to accumulate and press residues to be obtained, the press according to the invention can be used with advantage.

Description
The present invention relates to a press with at least one docking and decoupling collection trolley for pressed material to be pressed, the press having a baling chamber, the collection trolley having a collecting space with a bottom and walls, wherein when coupled to the press collection trolley in this collected pressed material machine can be transferred from the collection truck into the baling chamber, wherein at least the bottom of the collecting truck for its emptying from a lower collection position is movable upwards and backwards, wherein a conveyor is provided, with the at least coupled to the press collection carriage moving at least the bottom above the pressed material located in the collecting space can be conveyed to the pressing space of the press, and wherein in the state decoupled from the press the collecting trolley can be filled at a location remote from the press with pressed material to be pressed.
A relief and time saving provide from the relevant practice known solutions for horizontal balers, in which a collection cart is placed in a lifting and tipping device, which is associated with the press. A disadvantage of these solutions is in particular the space required for the lifting and tilting device and for the subsequent collection space. In addition, in high-lying filling openings of presses for lifting and tilting of the collection truck by means of the device, a high space is required, which is often not available, so that such presses with lifting and tipping device can then be placed only in the open area, where they Weather are exposed and what causes longer transport routes in the supply of pressed material to be pressed.
In this known press is considered to be disadvantageous that only certain press products are suitable for transport by means of the transport box, which must be open at the top and bottom, namely those that are sufficiently firmly clamped during pre-pressing in the transport box, without thereafter in parts or even completely automatically fall out of the transport box out again. Such a risk exists in particular with flat stratified pressed material, such as paper or cardboard. Thus, the range of use of the press is limited in terms of workable press products.
For the present invention, therefore, the object is to provide a press with at least one on and disconnectable collection car, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned above and in the case of low space requirements, especially in terms of the required height, a technically reliable, simple and easy to use staff contribution is ensured by collected, to be pressed pressed material of various kinds in the press.
The solution of this object is achieved according to the invention with a press of the type mentioned above, which is characterized in that the conveyor as the present in the collection cart to be pressed material in the movement of at least the bottom upwards gradually and continuously from the top of the collection cart decreasing and the press feeding conveyor is executed.
Essential to the invention, the removal of the material to be pressed from the collection trolley takes place gradually from above, for which at the same time at least the bottom of the collecting trolley is steadily raised. The lifting of the soil and the removal of the pressed material to be pressed by the conveyor are matched to match. A particularly high lifting of the collecting and tilting about a horizontal axis or a sideways movable transport box are no longer required in the inventive solution. Thus, the press of the invention can be accommodated easily in rooms with normal ceiling height. The press is assigned at least one collection car; in In practice, however, according to the need for to be disposed of pressed material, the press expediently assigned several collection cars. The collection cars are expedient to each other and can each be spent separately for their emptying to the press and coupled to the press.
A preferred embodiment of the press is characterized in that the conveyor is connected to the press or formed as part of the press. The conveyor is required only once by their assignment to the press per press, which is economically advantageous. Technically, it is alternatively also possible that each collection vehicle is associated with a corresponding conveyor.
The conveyor can be configured technically different. Preferably, the conveyor is designed as a milling cutter with a milling drum or with several parallel, in the same direction rotatably drivable milling drums or occupied with conveyor tines drivable conveyor belt or conveyor chain arrangement or as one or more rotary drivable augers existing screw conveyor.
If the conveyor is designed as a milling cutter with a plurality of parallel, in the same direction rotatably driven milling drums, then it is preferably provided that the milling drums carry tines and that the tines of adjacent milling drums with intersecting radii and seen in Fräswalzenlängsrichtung are offset from each other and interlock. As a result, a uniform and intensive conveying effect is achieved over the area of the collecting trolley bottom.
More preferably, the milling rollers can be driven with rotational speeds that are relatively different from one another, wherein a milling drum closest to the pressing space has the highest rotational speed and a milling roller furthest from the pressing chamber has the smallest rotational speed. This ensures that the material to be pressed, which is supplied to the pressing space, is conveyed in the direction of the pressing space at a faster speed and thus pulled apart. This ensures a safe and fast filling process and prevents overloading or even blocking of the milling rollers, in particular of the milling chamber closest to the pressing space or Milling drums. If a feeding device is provided between the conveying device and the pressing chamber, this too is protected against overloading or even blocking.
In this press, all milling drums can advantageously be driven by a common drive via gear elements that are different in each case relative to the drive. The drive can be coupled with each milling drum via a respective transmission element; alternatively, the drive may be e.g. be coupled with the first or last milling drum and the other milling drums are then coupled in each case gear with the adjacent milling drum. In each case, a single motor, e.g. Electric motor or hydraulic motor, for driving all milling drums, which then rotate during operation with fixed rotational speed ratios. Alternatively, individual drives for the milling drums may be provided, which increases the technical complexity, but allows a simple variation of the rotational speed ratios between the milling drums.
A preferred embodiment proposes that the floor is connected to a coupled with the press from the press rear wall of the collecting trolley to an L-shaped bottom wall element and that the floor-wall element relative to the rest of the collection trolley lift - and lowered. This embodiment has the advantage that the lifting device can be arranged above the space occupied by the collecting trolley coupled to the press, wherein the lifting device can act on the upwardly facing wall for lifting the floor-wall element.
As described above, lifting of at least the bottom of the collecting truck is required for the removal of the pressing material to be pressed from the collecting trolley. To realize this lifting function, a lifting device is preferably provided on the press or on the conveyor, by means of which at least coupled to the press collection tray at least its bottom or its bottom wall element can be raised and lowered.
Suitably, the lifting device is formed by at least one vertical, drivable in two directions, circulating endless traction means on the press or on the conveyor, which directly or indirectly engaged with the lifting and lowering part of the coupling of the collecting truck to the press Collecting cart occurs. The circulating endless traction means is well suited as a lifting device due to its technical simplicity and reliability and space-saving design and therefore can be used with advantage.
One embodiment of this press provides that the traction means is in engagement with a lifting carriage guided vertically displaceably on the press or the conveying device, which engages with the lifting and lowering part of the collecting trolley when the collecting trolley is coupled to the press. The lifting carriage, with a suitable design of its own construction and its guiding means, ensures a safe and stable guidance of the lifting and lowering part of the collecting trolley during the transfer of the pressed material from the collecting trolley into the pressing space of the press.
A related development proposes that the traction means is a roller chain, which is guided over two on the press or the conveyor vertically stacked gears, of which at least one is rotatably drivable. The roller chain combines a high load capacity with good durability and low procurement costs, which contributes to a reliable and economical operation of the press.
So that the lifting device can reliably raise and lower the lifting and lowering part of the collecting trolley and thus the conveyor can reliably grasp the pressed material collected in the collecting trolley and convey it into the pressing space of the press, the collecting trolley must be positioned exactly relative to the press and to the conveying device and lifting device , These are preferably provided as a means for coupling the collecting truck to the press on this or on the conveyor and on the collecting carriage interlocking coupling guides and bars. The coupling guides provide for an exact positioning of collection cars and other press relative to each other. The bars ensure the maintenance of the coupling state and are either manually or remotely adjustable.
A first preferred embodiment of the press in this respect is characterized in that the coupling guides are designed as interlocking pairs of rails at the level of the upper edge of two mutually opposite walls of the collecting carriage. In this embodiment, an operator who has the collecting trolley is coupled to the press, the coupling guides due to their arrangement at the level of the upper edge of the walls of the collecting truck well in view, so that the proper positioning of the coupling guides relative to each other is easily possible.
In this regard, an alternative embodiment of the press suggests that are provided as means for coupling the collecting truck to the press rollers of the collecting carriage leading rails at floor level of the installation space of the press. In this embodiment, the rails are removed from the conveyor and the lifting device, so that they do not affect or hinder the technical design of the conveyor or lifting device. Also in this embodiment, an operator can easily dock the collection trolley by pushing the running on his wheels collection trolley in the rails. To facilitate the insertion of the rollers, the rails can be designed at its inlet region with funnel-shaped inlet slopes. For the Ankoppelposition of the collecting trolley, the rails have expediently at least one stop, against which each of the leading roller starts. In addition, means for fixing the carriage can be provided in its Ankoppelposition here.
So that no residues of the pressed material remain in the collecting trolley when removing the material to be pressed from the collecting trolley by the conveyor, it is preferably provided that the bottom of the collecting trolley is formed on the upper side corresponding to the contour of the conveyor facing the ground. If the conveyor is formed, for example, of a plurality of parallel milling drums, the bottom has on its the conveyor facing top expediently the form of appropriately arranged and extending arc sections.
Depending on the design of the conveyor and the nature of the pressed material to be pressed, it can happen that parts, for example tines, pierce the conveyor into the pressed material. In order to ensure that the material to be compacted does not get caught on the conveying device, it is expedient for the conveying device to be assigned on its side facing the press a material to be pressed which separates the conveying device.
A contribution to a favorable and safe for the operator of the press handling is achieved in that preferably the press on its back has a feed opening for the mechanical transfer of the material to be pressed from the collection truck in the press room and that the press on its front for a removal of a Press bale has from the press room in an open position pivotable door. The removal of a press bale from the press can thus be done in a conventional manner by conventional presses, which contributes to a safe operation of the press by the operator.
Furthermore, a further feed opening is expediently provided in the front of the press above the door or in the upper part of the door, through which pressed material can be manually filled into the press room. This advantageously achieves that the press can be manually filled from the front through the further feed opening, as known to the operator of conventional presses, especially with small quantities and residual quantities of pressed material, for which the use of a collecting truck is not worthwhile. The additional feed opening is expedient with a private door or flap optionally closable and releasable.
The press itself can be designed differently. In order to achieve a particularly economical operation of the press, it may be expedient that an active charging device of the press is arranged between the conveyor and the press room. The active charging device ensures that the pressed material to be pressed removed from the collecting device from the collecting trolley is introduced under a certain pre-compaction and forcibly into the press, in particular the press room. Alternatively, it is also possible that the conveyor itself transports the pressed material to be pressed from the collection truck into the interior of the press.
As active loading device of the press, at least one rotor roller with conveyor tines is preferably arranged between the conveying device and the pressing space. The conveyor tines can cooperate for a reliable transport of the material to be pressed into the press room with a slotted guide surface, in the slots of the conveyor tines can dip. Alternatively, two be provided parallel, oppositely rotating rotor rollers, between which the material to be pressed is conveyed through.
A further embodiment of the press according to the invention is characterized in that the conveyor, the lifting device and the loading device are each equipped with a force demand sensor and that the press is assigned a control unit, the measurement signals of the power demand sensors can be fed and by means of the measured signals in accordance with the delivery device in that the lifting device and / or the loading device are variable in their performance and / or reversible in their working direction. In this way, the control unit can respond flexibly and as needed to specific operating situations that could lead to malfunctions. If, for example, the power requirement of a drive exceeds a certain limit, then the drive, in which the limit value is exceeded, as well as seen in Pressgutförderrichtung possibly previous drives in their performance reduced or even switched off and possibly reversed. If, for example, only too much power is required at the drive of the lifting device, then only this drive is reversed. If, for example, too high a force requirement occurs at the drive of the milling rollers, then both the drive of the lifting device is reversed and the drive of the milling rollers is switched off and the charging device then continues to run alone for a limited, predefinable period of time. Then, the drive of the milling rollers is first turned on again and its power requirement is measured. If the power requirement is now below the limit, then the drive of the lifting device is switched on again. If, for example, at the feeder too high a power requirement occurs, then both the drive of the lifting device and the drive of the milling rollers is switched off or reversed. The drive of the charging device can not only be reduced in power or switched off, but also reversed if necessary. After that, the drives are switched back on step by step. These circuits require that the drives of said aggregates, ie the charging device, the conveyor and the lifting device, are driven either via respective associated drive units or that the drives are decoupled from each other via appropriate technical means, such as adjustable clutches. Preferably, however, working with independent drives. In this way, upcoming overloads are detected early and appropriate countermeasures are automatically initiated. This ensures reliable operation of the press and disturbances or damage due to overloading are avoided, even if the press is operated by technically non-specialist personnel.
Further, it is proposed for the press according to the invention that in the press room, a press plate between a position above the rotor roller and a position below the rotor roller is movable, that the feed tines extend into the range of movement of the press plate and that the press plate at its edge facing the rotor roller passage slots for Having conveyor tines. The conveyor tines of the charging device can thus extend further into the pressing space and advantageously convey the material to be conveyed better and more effectively into the pressing space. Due to the passage slots in the edge of the pressure plate facing the rotor roller, the tines which protrude into its movement range do not disturb the pressing stroke and the return stroke of the pressure plate. The extent of the passage slots is expediently limited to such a degree that the pressing action of the press plate and its mechanical stability are not affected by the passage slots.
A further embodiment of the press is characterized in that a bale ejector is arranged in the press room, which is adjustable for ejecting a finished pressed and possibly hardened press bale from a basic position outside the range of movement of the conveyor tines of the rotor roller in a Auswerfstellung in the range of movement of the conveyor tines of the rotor roller in that the rotor roller is associated with a rotational position sensor and in that prior to ejection of the pressing bale, the rotor roller can be stopped in a rotational position in which its conveying tines assume a position which is collision-free relative to the bale ejector. In this press, the position of the feed tines of the loading device in its switched-off state can advantageously be selected so that the bale ejector does not collide in its movement plane with the tines of the loading device. For this purpose, the position of the rotor roller or the position of the tines of the rotor roller is interrogated and the stopping of the rotor roller is then carried out in the appropriate, with respect to the bale ejector collision-free rotational position of the rotor roller. The rotor roller can thus be approximated as far as possible just the pressing space.
The press according to the invention with one or more associated collecting trolleys is advantageous, for example, in large-scale shops, such as consumer markets or large supermarkets. Also in industrial production, where to accumulate and press residues to be obtained, the press according to the invention can be used with advantage.

Pressed material to be pressed is first collected at one or more locations remote from the

The
