Abstract

Farbkissenhalter (4) zur Anordnung in einem Einschubfach (3) eines Selbstfärbestempels (1), mit einem Boden (17) und davon abstehenden Wänden (14, 18), die eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Farbkissens (5) begrenzen, wobei zumindest eine Wand (14, 18) des Farbkissenhalters (4) zumindest eine Aussparung (15) aufweist, und Selbstfärbestempel (1) mit einem solchen Farbkissenhalter (4).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Farbkissenhalter zur Anordnung in einem Einschubfach eines Selbstfärbestempels, mit einem Boden und davon abstehenden Wänden, die eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Farbkissens begrenzen, sowie einen Selbstfärbestempel mit einem Gehäuse, das ein Einschubfach für einen Farbkissenhalter aufweist.
  • Ein Selbstfärbestempel, bei welchem ein Farbkissen-Behälter, d.h. Farbkissenhalter mit Farbkissen, schubladenartig in ein Einschubfach des Stempelgehäuses eingeschoben wird, ist beispielsweise aus der EP 1 603 755 B1 bekannt. Nach Verbrauch der Stempelfarbe im Farbkissen kann der Farbkissen-Behälter aus dem Einschubfach entfernt und durch einen neuen Farbkissen-Behälter oder den ursprünglichen Farbkissen-Behälter mit aufgefülltem Farbkissen ersetzt werden. Hierfür weist das Einschubfach sowohl an der Vorderseite als auch an der Rückseite des Gehäuses eine frei zugängliche Einschuböffnung auf, so dass der Farbkissen-Behälter von beiden Seiten her in das Einschubfach im Gehäuse eingeschoben bzw. auch nach beiden Seiten hin aus dem Einschubfach herausgeschoben werden kann.
  • Wenn das Einschubfach des Selbstfärbestempls lediglich eine einzige Einschuböffnung aufweist, gestaltet sich die Herausnahme des Farbkissen-Behälters schwierig, da der Behälter nicht auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Einschubfaches hinausgedrückt werden kann. Für solche Selbstfärbestempel wurden Farbkissenhalter mit speziellen Hilfsmitteln, wie Griffe etc., entwickelt, welche jedoch aufwendig in der Herstellung sind und zudem viel Raum benötigen.
  • Demzufolge besteht die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung darin, einen konstruktiv einfachen, kostengünstigen Farbkissenhalter bzw. einen Selbstfärbestempel der eingangs angeführten Art zu schaffen, wobei ein Herausnehmen des Farbkissenhalters aus dem Einschubfach des Selbstfärbestempels erleichtert wird, ohne besondere, aufwendige bauliche Maßnahmen am Farbkissenhalter vornehmen zu müssen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird beim Farbkissenhalter der eingangs angeführten Art dadurch gelöst, dass zumindest eine Wand des Farbkissenhalters zumindest eine Aussparung aufweist.
  • Die Aussparung des Farbkissenhalters kann einem Benutzer als Angriffsstelle zum Herauslösen des Farbkissenhalters aus dem Einschubfach des Selbstfärbestempels dienen. Hierfür kann der Benutzer den Farbkissenhalter im Bereich der Aussparung, beispielsweise mit einem Fingernagel, ergreifen, um den Farbkissenhalter aus dem Einschubfach zu ziehen. Selbstverständlich kann die Aussparung auch als Angriffsstelle für ein geeignetes Hilfsmittel, beispielsweise eine Büroklammer oder dergl., genutzt werden. Somit können die Ausbildung des Farbkissenhalters sowie die Handhabung beim Entfernen des Farbkissenhalters aus dem Einschubfach des Selbstfärbestempels wesentlich vereinfacht werden. Diese Ausführung birgt insbesondere dann Vorteile, wenn das Einschubfach des Selbstfärbestempels nur einseitig zugänglich ist, so dass der Farbkissenhalter nicht auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite hinausgedrückt werden kann, wie dies bei einem beidseitig offenen Einschubfach möglich wäre. Somit kann der Farbkissenhalter für verschiedenste Selbstfärbestempel verwendet werden. Die Aussparung kann mit sehr geringem fertigungstechnischen Aufwand erzeugt werden, vorzugsweise direkt bei der Herstellung des Farbkissenhalters, z.B. aus Kunststoff durch Spritzgießen. Zudem wird eine materialsparende Ausführung erzielt, welche die Kosten des Farbkissenhalters niedrig hält.
  • Um das Herauslösen des Farbkissenhalters für herkömmliche Selbstfärbestempel mit einem rahmenförmigen Gehäuse, das zwei Schmalseiten und zwei Längsseiten aufweist, einfacher zu gestalten, ist es günstig, wenn die Aussparung an zumindest einer Längsseite des Farbkissenhalters vorgesehen ist. Da die Einschuböffnung des Selbstfärbestempels üblicherweise an einer Längsseite des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, weist der Farbkissenhalter die Aussparung zweckmäßigerweise an der Längsseite auf, so dass die Aussparung für den Benutzer zugänglich ist.
  • Wenn die Aussparung schlitzförmig bzw. rechteckig ausgebildet ist, wird vorteilhafterweise lediglich geringfügig in das Erscheinungsbild des wannenförmigen Kissenhalters eingegriffen; zudem wird hierdurch der Sitz des Farbkissens im Kissenhalter nicht beeinträchtigt. Die schlitzförmige Aussparung ist zudem zur Verwendung mit im Büro typischerweise vorhandenen Hilfsmitteln, wie Büroklammern, besonders gut geeignet.
  • Zum Entfernen des Farbkissenhalters aus dem Einschubfach ist es von Vorteil, wenn eine Längsachse der schlitzförmigen Aussparung im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung der Wand verläuft; somit kann beispielsweise eine Büroklammer (oder ein vergleichbares Hilfsmittel) in die schlitzförmige Aussparung eingeführt werden, um den Farbkissenhalter durch eine hebelnde Bewegung mit der Büroklammer etc. aus dem Einschubfach herauszuziehen.
  • Hierfür ist es insbesondere günstig, wenn die Aussparung an einem vom Boden abgewandten Randbereich der Wand angrenzt. Diese Ausführung birgt zudem fertigungstechnische Vorteile.
  • Zur Führung des Farbkissenhalters beim Einschieben in das Einschubfach ist es von Vorteil, wenn ein Randbereich der Wand bezüglich einer Längsebene der Wand nach außen vorspringt, wobei sich die Aussparung vorzugsweise über die gesamte Höhe des vorspringenden Randbereiches erstreckt. Wenn die Aussparung durch den vorspringenden Randbereich begrenzt ist, können zudem fertigungstechnische Vorteile erzielt werden.
  • Wenn aneinander gegenüberliegenden Wänden, vorzugsweise Längs-wänden, des Farbkissenhalters jeweils zumindest eine Aussparung, vorzugsweise mittig, vorgesehen ist, wird auch in einer gewendeten Einschubposition des Farbkissenhalters eine Aussparung an der von außen zugänglichen Einschuböffnung angeordnet, um das Entfernen des Farbkissenhalters aus dem Einschubfach zu erleichtern. Somit muss beim Einschieben des Farbkissenhalters vorteilhafterweise nicht darauf geachtet werden, mit welcher Seite voran der Farbkissenhalter in das Einschubfach geschoben wird. Der Farbkissenhalter ist vorzugsweise symmetrisch aufgebaut; hierfür sind die Aussparungen an den gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils an derselben, vorzugsweise mittigen, Position angeordnet.
  • Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird zudem durch einen Selbstfärbestempel mit einem Farbkissenhalter, wie vorstehend erläutert, gelöst, bei welchem die Aussparung des Farbkissenhalters an einer Einschuböffnung des Einschubfachs freiliegend angeordnet ist. Somit ist die Aussparung des Farbkissenhalters für den Benutzer von außen frei zugänglich, so dass der Farbkissenhalter gegebenenfalls mit einem Hilfsmittel aus dem Einschubfach entfernt werden kann, um einen Austausch des Farbkissenhalters vorzunehmen oder das Farbkissen aufzufüllen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen, auf die sie jedoch nicht beschränkt sein soll, noch weiter erläutert. Im Einzelnen zeigen in der Zeichnung:
    • Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Selbstfärbestempels mit einem darin angeordneten Farbkissenhalter, der an einer freiliegenden Längs-Wand eine Aussparung zum Herausnehmen des Farbkissenhalters aufweist;
    • Fig. 2 einen Vertikalschnitt durch den in Fig. 1 dargestellten Selbstfärbestempel;
    • Fig. 3 eine schaubildliche Ansicht des Farbkissenhalters mit Aussparung gemäß Fig. 1; und
    • Fig. 4, 5 und Fig. 6 jeweils eine Ausführungsvariante des Farbkissenhalters gemäß Fig. 1.
  • In Fig. 1 und 2 ist allgemein ein an sich herkömmlicher Selbstfärbestempel 1 gezeigt, der ein rahmenartig ausgebildetes Stempelgehäuse 2 (nachstehend kurz Gehäuse 2) aufweist. Das Gehäuse 2 weist ein Einschubfach 3 für einen darin austauschbar angeordnete Farbkissenhalter 4 auf, in dem ein Farbkissen 5 (s. Fig. 2) aufgenommen ist. Im Inneren des Gehäuses 2 ist weiters eine Stempeleinheit 6 angeordnet, die eine an einem Stempelplattenträger 7' angebrachte Stempelplatte 7 mit Stempeltypen aufweist. Die Stempeleinheit 6 ist in Fig. 2 in einer an dem Farbkissen 5 anliegenden Einfärbestellung dargestellt.
  • Zur Betätigung des Selbstfärbestempels 1 ist ein Betätigungsbügel 8 vorgesehen, der im gezeigten Beispiel haubenartig auf das Gehäuse 2 aufgesetzt ist. Der Betätigungsbügel 8 weist Schenkel 9, 10 auf, die in passenden Führungen an den schmalen Seitenwänden des Gehäuses 2 eingesetzt und darin verschieblich geführt sind. Zwischen dem Betätigungsbügel 8 und dem Gehäuse 2 wirkt eine Feder 11, welche den Betätigungsbügel 8 in seiner gezeigten oberen Position und somit die Stempeleinheit 6 in der Einfärbestellung hält. Die Verschiebung des Betätigungsbügels 8 in seine untere End- bzw. Betätigungsposition wird in an sich bekannter Weise über einen Wendemechanismus 12 übertragen, welcher eine Verschwenkung der Stempeleinheit 6 aus der gezeigten Einfärbestellung in eine zum Bedrucken einer Abdruckfläche vorgesehene Abdruckstellung sowie gleichzeitig eine Abwärtsbewegung bewirkt. In der Abdruckstellung ragt die Stempelplatte 7 mit den Stempeltypen durch eine untere Öffnung 13 des Gehäuses 2, so dass ein Abdruck auf einer Abdruckfläche erzeugt werden kann. Der Wendemechanismus 12 weist z.B. eine im Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannte Kurvensteuerung bzw. Schlitzführung auf, um die Stempeleinheit 6 bei Betätigung des Betätigungsbügels 8 um 180° in die Abdruckstellung zu wenden. Diese oder ähnliche Wendemechanismen sind im Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannt, so dass sich eine weitere Erläuterung erübrigen kann.
  • Wenn das Einschubfach 3 des Selbstfärbestempels 1 - wie gemäß Fig. 2 - nach beiden Seiten hin offen ist, kann der Farbkissenhalter 4 in Richtung der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seite des Einschubfachs 3 hinausgedrückt werden, um einen Austausch des Farbkissenhalters 4 vorzunehmen bzw. die Stempelfarbe im Farbkissen 5 nachzufüllen.
  • Um den Austausch des Farbkissenhalters 4 für Selbstfärbestempel 1 zu erleichtern, bei welchen lediglich ein einseitig offenes Einschubfach 3 vorgesehen ist, weist der Farbkissenhalter 4 der gezeigten Ausführung an einer Wand 14 eine Aussparung 15 auf, die an der Einschuböffnung des Einschubfaches 3 freiliegend angeordnet ist. Die von außen zugängliche Aussparung 15 dient als Angriffsstelle zum manuellen Entfernen des Farbkissenhalters 4 aus dem Einschubfach 3. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, kann hierfür beispielsweise eine Büroklammer 16 verwendet werden, welche in die Aussparung 15 eingeführt wird, um den Farbkissenhalter 4, beispielsweise durch eine hebelnde Bewegung, aus dem Einschubfach 3 herauszuziehen.
  • In Fig. 3 ist eine bevorzugte Ausführung des Farbkissenhalters 4 gezeigt, welcher wannenförmig mit einem Boden 17 und davon abstehenden Wänden 14, 18 ausgebildet ist, die eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Farbkissens 5 begrenzen. Der Farbkissenhalter 4 weist bevorzugt an beiden gegenüberliegenden Längs-Wänden 14 jeweils eine mittig angeordnete Aussparung 15 auf (in Fig. 3 ist nur eine ersichtlich), so dass in beiden möglichen, um 180° gewendeten Einschubpositionen des Farbkissenhalters 4 eine von außen zugängliche Aussparung 15 vorhanden ist, die den Austausch des Farbkissenhalters 4 ermöglicht bzw. erleichtert.
  • Wie aus Fig. 3 weiters ersichtlich, ist die Aussparung 15 schlitzförmig bzw. in Form eines mehr oder weniger schmalen Rechtecks ausgebildet, wobei sich die Längsachse der schlitzförmigen Aussparung 15 im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung der Längs-Wand 14 erstreckt. Die schlitzförmige Aussparung 15 weist vorzugsweise eine Länge von 5 bis 10 mm, insbesondere ca. 8 mm, und eine Höhe von 1,3 bis 2,3 mm, insbesondere ca. 1,8 mm, auf, um ausreichend Platz zum Einführen einer Büroklammer oder eines ähnlichen Hilfsmittels zu bieten. Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel grenzt die Aussparung 15 an einen vom Boden 17 abgewandten Randbereich 19 an, der bezüglich einer Längsebene der Längs-Wand 14 geringfügig, beispielsweise um ca. 1 mm, nach außen vorspringt. Die Aussparung 15 erstreckt sich dabei über die gesamte Höhe des vorspringenden Randbereiches 19.
  • Wie aus Fig. 3 weiters ersichtlich, sind an den die Schmalseiten des Farbkissenhalters 4 bildenden Wänden 18 des Farbkissenhalters 4 Rastmittel 20 vorgesehen, welche in an sich bekannter Weise mit entsprechenden Rastmitteln (nicht gezeigt) im Selbstfärbestempel 1 zusammenwirken, um eine Verrastung des Farbkissenhalters 4 im Einschubfach 3 des Selbstfärbestempels 1 zu bewirken. Die Rastmittel 20 sind beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel durch mittig an den Schmalseiten des Farbkissenhalters 4 angeordnete Rippen bzw. Nuten gebildet.
  • In Fig. 4 bis 6 ist jeweils eine weitere Ausführungsvariante des Farbkissenhalters 4 mit Aussparung 15 gezeigt, welche sich von der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführung durch Vertiefungen 21 am Boden 17 unterscheiden.
  • In sämtlichen Varianten (Fig. 4, 5, 6) bilden die schmalseitigen Ränder des Bodens 17 Vertiefungen gegenüber den benachbarten Bereichen des Bodens 17.
  • Gemäß Fig. 4 sind zudem zwei nut- oder rillenförmige Vertiefungen 21 vorgesehen, die sich zwischen den längsseitigen Rändern des Bodens 17 erstrecken.
  • Bei der in Fig. 5 gezeigten Ausführung sind andererseits insgesamt vier kalottenförmige Vertiefungen 21 vorgesehen, die paarweise im Bereich der längsseitigen Ränder des Bodens 17 angeordnet sind.
  • Gemäß Fig. 6 sind zwei gegenüberliegende, im Wesentlichen U-förmige Vertiefungen 21 vorgesehen, wobei der übrige, erhabene Bereich des Bodens 17 im Wesentlichen kreuzförmig ist.
  • Wenn die Erfindung vorstehend anhand von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert wurde, so sind doch Abwandlungen und Modifikationen im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich. Demnach könnte der Farbkissenhalter 4 an zumindest einer Wand 14, 18, vorzugsweise an den gegenüberliegenden Längs-Wänden 14, jeweils mehr als eine Aussparung 15, insbesondere zwei Aussparungen 15, aufweisen, um das Herausnehmen des Farbkissenhalters 4 z.B. mittels eines zangenartigen Hilfsmittels (oder zweier Finger) zu ermöglichen. Die Aussparung 15 kann zudem verschiedenste Geometrien aufweisen; beispielsweise kann eine kreissegmentförmige, elliptische, ovale oder quadratische Aussparung 15 vorgesehen sein. Zudem kann die Aussparung 15 kugelsegmentförmig an den Randbereich 19 anschließen.

Claims (8)

  1. Farbkissenhalter (4) zur Anordnung in einem Einschubfach (3) eines Selbstfärbestempels (1), mit einem Boden (17) und davon abstehenden Wänden (14, 18), die eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Farbkissens (5) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Wand (14, 18) des Farbkissenhalters (4) zumindest eine Aussparung (15) aufweist.
  2. Farbkissenhalter (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (15) an zumindest einer Längs-Wand (14) des Farbkissenhalters (4) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Farbkissenhalter (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (15) schlitzförmig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Farbkissenhalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Längsachse der schlitzförmigen Aussparung (15) im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung der Wand (14, 18) verläuft.
  5. Farbkissenhalter (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (15) an einen vom Boden (17) abgewandten Randbereich (19) der Wand (14, 18) angrenzt.
  6. Farbkissenhalter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (19) der Wand (14, 18) bezüglich einer Längsebene der Wand nach außen vorspringt, wobei sich die Aussparung (15) vorzugsweise über die gesamte Höhe des vorspringenden Randbereiches (19) erstreckt.
  7. Farbkissenhalter (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aneinander gegenüberliegenden Wänden (14, 18), vorzugsweise Längs-Wänden (18), des Farbkissenhalters (4) jeweils zumindest eine Aussparung (15), vorzugsweise mittig, vorgesehen ist.
  8. Selbstfärbestempel (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), das ein Einschubfach (3) für einen Farbkissenhalter (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbkissenhalter (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgebildet ist, wobei die Aussparung (15) des Farbkissenhalters (4) an einer Einschuböffnung des Einschubfachs (3) freiliegend angeordnet ist.
