Dadurch, dass das zweite Bauteil als Schlittenführung ausgebildet ist und seinerseits ein zweites Schwenkgelenkt aufweist und damit an einem zweiten Bettrahmenteil anlenkbar ist und sich beide Bauteile mit gegenseitig korrespondierenden Führungen versehen und entlang einer gemeinsamen Längsachse zwischen den Schwenkachsen über die Rastverzahnung stufenweise teleskopierbar auseinander und wieder zusammenschieben lassen, wird eine einfache Kinematik erzeugt, die auf miteinander gelenkig verbundene Hebelpaaren und Stützhebel gänzlich verzichten kann. Claims (6)
- Raising fitting for bed-frame parts which can be angled in relation to one another, having a first component, which has a latching toothing (4) and end stops delimiting an adjustment path and which can be articulated via a first pivot joint (11) on a first bed-frame part (6), and having a second component, which is displaceable along a functional path in relation to the first component, having a locking pawl (5) and a lifting slider (3) therefor which is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the second component and, in a function position, retains the locking pawl (5) in a lifted manner, characterized in that the second component is configured as a slide guide (2) and has a second pivot joint (12) and, with the latter, can be articulated on a second bed-frame part (7), and in that the first component is executed as a latching slide (1) having the first pivot joint (11) and that the latching slide (1) and the slide guide (2) are provided with reciprocally corresponding guides and, by way of the latching toothing (4), are configured to be incrementally telescopic and collapsible again along a common longitudinal axis between the pivot axes (11; 12).
- Raising fitting according to Claim 1, characterized in that said raising fitting is composed of three plastic injection-moulded parts, i.e. the latching slide (1), the slide guide (2) and the lifting slider (3), and that all functional parts are moulded thereon.
- Raising fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the latching slide (1), on a side which faces away from its first pivot joint (11), has a first end stop (8) which, in the telescopically extended position, abuts a first end stop (9) in the slide guide (2), and that the latching slide (1), in the region of its first pivot joint (11), has a second end stop (10) which, in the collapsed state, abuts a second end stop (13) in the region of the end side of the slide guide (2), and that the lifting slider (3) has an entrainment stop (15) for an entrainment element (14) of the latching slide (1), which entrainment element (14), following telescopic extension, entrains the lifting slider (3) beyond the last latching toothing (4) and hereby elevates the locking pawl (5) from the latching toothing (4) over an incline which is configured as a pawl elevator (17), on account of which the latching slide (1) is freely insertable into the slide guide (2), and that, for the lifting slider (3), the latching slide (1), in the region of its first pivot joint (11), has a second entrainment element (18) which can be displaced back into a rest position following the insertion of the latching toothing (4).
- Raising fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lifting slider (3) has a retaining cam (19) which, in the languid state, retains said lifting slider (3) either in a rest position in a first recess (20) in the slide guide (2) and, in a functional position in which the locking pawl (5) is elevated, retains said lifting slider (3), in a manner opposed to an insertion movement of the latching slide (1) into the slide guide (2), in a second recess (21) of the slide guide (2).
- Raising fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the latching slide (1) is configured with a U-shaped longitudinal profile which originates from the first pivot joint (11) and that, in the end sides of the lateral legs, the latching toothing (4) is formed in the shape of a plurality of teeth which ascend in the direction which faces away from the first pivot joint (11), and in that the slide guide (2) is configured as a substantially encircling closed box profile and which, on its end region which is remote from the second pivot joint (12), is provided with a recess (20) in its surface, into which a tab, configured as the locking pawl (5), extends.
- Raising fitting according to Claim 5, characterized in that the recess (20) below the surface of the box profile of the slide guide (2) extends back in the direction of the second pivot joint (12) of said slide guide (2), resulting in the creation of the locking pawl (5) which is shaped toward the inside and, in a rest position of the lifting slider (3), bears on the end sides (16) of the U-shaped longitudinal profile of the latching slide (1) and which, being able to glide over the teeth of the latching toothing (4) when being telescopically extended, latches the raising fitting in its respective position.
