Description

The invention relates to a device for reducing the rebound of a closure, in particular a gas pressure supercharger.

From the DE 42 07 25 A1 is a closure head for a gun barrel with two arranged on opposite sides bars for a closure which receives a spring biased firing pin is known. In order to achieve ignition only with bilateral locking, it is proposed that a can be acted upon with the ignition stroke auxiliary impact bolt is provided, which is separated by a two spacers in its width variable gap from the firing pin.

This construction is based on the problem that in fully automatic weapons, also due to the high firing cadences, the shutter, locking slide and all the associated moving parts bounce on the almost stationary gun barrel. This can come to a rebound, in particular of the locking slide, which could bring in the worst case, unlocking the weapon with it when the distance traveled by the rebound path is too large. If then also the ignition delays, a shot with unlocked lock is possible.

From the DE 195 36 660 A1 Such a closure system for a gun is known. In this case, two each pivotable about an axis locking lever are provided, each of which first arm can be acted upon by a respective latch, such that when locking the shutter, the first arm of the respective locking lever to the firing pin pivotally and the second arm of the jewelligen locking lever is pivotally away from the firing pin, so that the firing pin is slidable in its firing position. In order to achieve such a closure system is simple and ignition of the cartridge takes place only when the shutter is locked securely on Belden rare, it is proposed that the firing pin contains two opposite catching edges, in which the respective second arm of the locking lever in the Locking position of the firing pin engages.

Current measures include, for example, the integration of reference weights or lever mechanisms, such as the integration of a rocker. These solutions serve to slightly reduce the flow anergy, in particular of the locking slide. The disadvantage is that it can lead to a significant reduction in the shutter speed at heavy Verschrutzung, bad Schrnierzustand and great cold, so that the reliable ignition of the cartridge is no longer guaranteed.

The WO 80/02066 A1 relates to an anti-bounce device for reciprocating bolt assemblies of automatic cannons. The anti-bump device includes a part connected to the bolt carrier and anti-friction devices disposed between the part and portions attached to the buckle when the bolt carrier is close to the buckle. Belness devices cause the friction-locking devices to releasably lock the part to the stationary part of the cannon so that bouncing of the bolt carrier from the closure is substantially interrupted. The Tell consists of a piston that supports the bolt carrier during its movements. The inertia device includes a set of weights that are slidably mounted on the piston for movement along the piston. The friction-locked devices comprise a group of expanding collets slidably mounted on the piston for movement along the piston. During the period in which the pin assembly and the connecting piston move backward, the inertial forces cause the weights and sleeves to remain pressed against the piston stops or shoulders. Again, when the bolt assembly and the connecting piston are stopped by a buffer, the inertial forces cause the weights and sleeves to continue their reverse motion until they impact a ferrule.

The CH 474 734 A deals with a self-contained firearm with a closure body, a control piece and closing springs. In this case, the control stucco assumes, in a known manner, bars which in turn are pressed into a closure housing. As the sleeves move to the front end position, the faces of the lugs of the Sleeve against the surfaces of the locking pin and push it away. Just before the control piece bounces against the closure head, the locking pins are zurückge-pressed under spring force and now come behind the surfaces at the base to concern. When rebounding the control piece, the lower surfaces of the spring sleeve approaches abut against the surfaces of the locking pin. As a result, a position beyond the movement of the spring sleeves and thus the control piece is initially avoided. For the backward movement of the control piece this is unlocked by means of an unlocking rod.

Auch die US 3,821,920 A betrifft eine Fangvorrichtung an einer selbsttätigen Feuerwaffe. Also the US 3,821,920 A relates to a safety gear on an automatic firearm.

Here, the invention has the object to provide a device that prevents the opening of a rebound closure after feeding the ammunition.

,The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are shown in the subclaims. .

The invention is based on the idea that it would be sufficient to minimize bounce after impact by incorporating additional masses and thus to minimize the loss of closing lead energy. This is achieved in that a rebounding locking shear of the closure is coupled with an additional mass, so that a large part of the rebound energy is absorbed by the additional mass and the slide of this energy is disposed of. Then, after covering a certain path, when opening of the closure is no longer possible, the subordination of the slider is released and this can continue its function, the concatenation of the support flaps of the closure, unhindered.

Reference to an embodiment with drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail.

In Fig. 1 a closure 1 is shown in its locked position. 2 is a locking slide and 3 is a closure head. The locking of the closure 1 in the weapon housing, not shown, via support flaps 4, which are assumed by the locking slide 2.

In the open state of the weapon are the support flaps 4 and the front part of the locking slide 2 frontally to each other. At the front end of the closure a system 5 is indicated for a cartridge, not shown. This is ignited in function by a firing pin 6.

Diese Mitnehmernocken 21 greifen in Freisparrungen 10 am Verriegelungsschieber 2 formschlüssig anThe closure 1 is moved by positive or positive connection of two driving cam 21 and the locking slide 2 of the closure 1. The driving cam 21 are part of two, arranged on both sides of the closure 1 Schließfedervorrichtungen 20. Each Schließfedervorrichtung 20 includes a subassembly Schließfederrohr 22. A stop bushing 23 is the front bearing in the weapon housing. The locking device 20 is mounted by means of a locking button 24 in the weapon housing. A latch 25 serves as a safeguard against unintentional release. The locking button 24 and a spring sleeve stop 26 are screwed onto the closing spring tube 22 to stop and secured (22'-Schließfederrohr - complete). 27 with a closing spring sleeve is characterized with driving cam 21. Further components are a closing spring 28 and a spring cap 29 (FIG. Fig. 2 ). These driving cams 21 engage in releasing rests 10 on the locking slide 2 in a form-fitting manner

With the closure 1, the cartridge is introduced into a weapon tube or cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel not shown in detail. The acceleration of the closure 1 takes place here by applying gas through a gas piston, not shown. When the closure head 3 abuts against the weapon housing, the Verrieglungsschieber 2 is moved further and pushes the support flaps 4 in corresponding recesses of the weapon housing. In this case, the locking slide 2 rebounds against a rigid stop 7 on the closure head 3. By this impact, the locking slide 2 and the closure head 3 are moved back against their forward movement.

The closing springs of the locking slide 2 should prevent opening in this case, but often do not have the force to prevent the rebound, so in the worst case, the support flaps 4 from the recesses of the gun housing slide in the direction of the closure head 3 and the lock could be solved. This rebound movement is now prevented by integrating a rebound lock 11 in the return path of the locking slide 2. The rebound lock 11 can be connected via a connection 30 as an additional part with the weapon circle (moving parts).

The rebound lock 11 comprises an additional mass 12, which acts on the rebounding of the locking slide 2 to this, so that the locking slide 2 is damped in its backward movement and thus the kinetic energy is reduced. The additional mass 11 is preferably formed by movable weapon parts.

At the additional mass 12 a pawl 13 is involved ( Fig. 4 ), which in turn preferably on a projection of the closing spring sleeve 27 or engages. This intervention takes place when the closing spring sleeve 27 has reached the maximum stop 7 and is now moved back by the impact force ( Fig. 3 ). In this case, the pawl 13 is moved out of its free space, whereby a sub-position 14 can slide into this (for example spring-assisting). Also taken a bracket 16, whereby a kind of connecting rod 17 is brought into the upper portion of a slot construction 15. By now established connection take the closing spring sleeve 27 and thus the locking slide 2, the additional masses 12 with. As a result, the return energy is reduced.

During the connection, the pawl 13 is thus assumed. In order to solve this assumption after a predeterminable way, the subordinate position 14 of the rebound lock 11 cooperates again with the slot construction 15. The sub 14 is performed on the bracket 16 and the connecting rod 17 or the like, along the obliquely incorporated slot 15, so that when the connecting rod 17 has reached its lower end position and with the bracket 16 and the sub-position 14 has been moved. As a result, the pawl 13 in turn slide into the free space and release the projection of the closing spring sleeve 27. The possibly remaining energy in turn is not enough to move the locking slide 2 on, so that this maintains the assumption of the support flaps 4.

The Mitführweg the rebound lock 11 is thus determined by the length / slope angle of the slot 15. The amount or weight of the additional mass 12 is tuned to the up and rebound of the locking slide 2.

Recoil catch for a breech (1) of, in particular, a gas-operated self-loader, having at least two support flaps (4), a bolt head (3), a locking slide (2) and two recoil spring apparatuses (20) on both sides of the breech (1) with drive cams (21) which are connected in a positive and non-positive manner to the locking slide (2), characterized in that the recoil catch (11) is incorporated in the recoil path of the locking slide (2), with the result that, during the recoil of the locking slide (2), an additional mass (12) acts on it and the rearward movement of the locking slide (2) is damped and therefore the kinetic energy is reduced, the locking slide (2) being acted on by a pawl (13) on the recoil catch (11) via a projection on a recoil spring sleeve (27) of the recoil spring device (20), and the pawl (13) being detented.
  2. Recoil catch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the detent (14) of the recoil catch (11) interacts via a holding device (16) and a connecting rod (17) with a slot construction (15) which is incorporated obliquely in the recoil catch (11), with the result that the detent (14) can be established or released.
  3. Recoil catch according to Claim 2, characterized in that the holding device (16) which moves a connecting rod (17) into the upper section of the slot construction (15) is driven for the detent (14).
  4. Recoil catch according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that, in order to release the detent (14) after a predefined travel, the detent is guided along the slot (15) via the holding device (16), the connecting rod (17) assuming a lower end position.
  5. Recoil catch according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the additional mass (12) is formed by weapon-movable parts.
  6. Recoil catch according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the recoil catch (11) can be connected via a connection (30) to additional movable parts of the weapon system.
