Description
Verfahren zur Messung des Keinigehalts der Luft. Man hat zwecks Messung der in der Luft enthaltenen Schwebeteilchen eine bestimmte Luftmenge durch ein elektrisches Niederschlagsfeld hindurchgeleitet und die Schwebeteilchen auf einer Niederschlagsfläche, z. B. der Niederschlagselektrode, aufgefangen. Gemäß der Erfindung wird die in den Schwebeteilchen enthaltene Keim- und Bakterierunenge der Messung zugänglich gemacht, indem die Niederschlagsfläche mit einer Nährflüssigkei-oder Nährgelatine versehen wird, auf der man die Keime zur Entwicklung bringt. Handelt es sich z. B. um Schimmelpilze, die man auf die angegebene Weise niedergeschlagen hat, die aber an Zahl zu gering sind, um mit bloßem Auge festgestellt werden zu könnten, so erhält man nach ;einiger Zeit an der Oberfläche des Nährbodens, auf welchem der Niederschlag erfolgt ist, einen mit bloßem Auge-erkennbaren Schimmelansatz.
