Claims (12)
- Mechanismus zum Verriegeln (14) einer Klappe (12) in einer geschlossenen Stellung, in der die Klappe eine Öffnung verschließt; wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus Folgendes aufweist:- ein Schloss mit Schlüssel (14a), das zum Einnehmen zwei verschiedener Positionen eingerichtet ist, eine verriegelte Stellung, in der ein Riegel (16) sich dem Öffnen der Klappe widersetzt, und eine entriegelte Stellung, in welcher der Riegel (16) das Öffnen der Klappe gestattet, wobei das Schloss (14a) dergestalt ist, dass es das Abziehen des Schlüssels nur in der verriegelten Stellung gestattet;- Rückhalteeinrichtungen (18, 19) zum Verhindern, dass das Schloss (14a) in die verriegelte Stellung zurückkehrt,- Einrichtungen zum Aktivieren (30, 32) der Rückhalteeinrichtungen (18, 19), die eingerichtet sind zum Aktivieren der Rückhalteeinrichtungen beim Öffnen der Klappe und zum Deaktivieren der Rückhalteeinrichtungen, wenn die Klappe in geschlossener Stellung ist,- wobei die Rückhalteeinrichtungen Folgendes aufweisen:- ein Rückhalteelement (18), das in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Rotationsachse (XX) eines Organs zum Betätigen des Schlosses (14a) beweglich ist zwischen einer Sperrstellung, in der es die Rückkehr des Schlosses (14a) in die verriegelte Stellung verhindert, und einer Entsperrstellung, in der es diese Rückkehr gestattet;- Rückstellfedereinrichtungen (19), die das Rückhalteelement (18) in seine Sperrstellung beaufschlagen.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch 1, wobei die Aktivierungseinrichtungen einen Zahn (30) umfassen, der mit einer wenigstens partiellen Einfassung der Öffnung fest verbunden ist, wobei ein Teil des Zahns (30) eine geneigte Rampe (32) bildet, die dazu eingerichtet ist, das Rückhalteelement (18) anzutreiben, um es in seine Entsperrstellung zu bewegen, wenn die Klappe (12) in geschlossener Stellung ist.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch 2, wobei das Rückhalteelement (18) eine Abstützfläche (18b) für das Zusammenwirken mit der geneigten Rampe (32) aufweist.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Rückstellfedereinrichtungen eine Feder (19), wie eine zylindrische Druckfeder, aufweisen.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Rückhalteelement (18) sich der Drehung des Schlosses widersetzt, wenn das Rückhalteelement in Sperrstellung ist, indem es für die Bewegung eines Arretierungsfingers (24), der mit einem drehbaren Organ des Schlosses (14a) drehfest verbunden ist, ein Hindernis bildet.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach dem Anspruch 5, wobei der Arretierungsfinger (24) einstückig mit dem Riegel (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Riegel (16) bei der Bewegung des Schlosses zwischen den zwei Stellungen eine Drehbewegung hat.
- Verriegelungsmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Schloss (14a) ein Schloss vom "Viertelumdrehungstyp" ist.
- Wertstoff-Sammelbehälter (1) zum Sammeln von Abfällen, mit einer Klappe, die mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche versehen ist.
- Wertstoff-Sammelbehälter (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10 entspricht, wobei der Behälter einen Körper (6) aufweist, mit dem der Zahn (30) fest verbunden ist.
- Wertstoff-Sammelbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Klappe an dem Körper (6) des Behälters schwenkbar oder verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Wertstoff-Sammelbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei in der Klappe eine Öffnung zum Sammeln von Abfällen vorgesehen ist.
