Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dispensing assembly with a cartridge or syringe for at least two components and an accessory to each of which a connection component of a connecting device are arranged.
  • a dispensing assembly which comprises a two-component cartridge and a mixer or other accessory, each having mutually complementary means for directional assembly and mutual fastening.
  • Placing the mixer on the cartridge in a predetermined orientation fulfills the purpose of providing a clearly reproducible and thus particularly reliable connection.
  • Said document proposes to provide as alignment means isolated outlets with different diameters on the cartridge and corresponding inlets on the mixer.
  • there is a thread on the cartridge attached whereby the mixer can be attached to the cartridge by means of a union nut, so that a secure seal of the mixer is ensured relative to the cartridge.
  • two coding strips are provided on the mixer, which are formally adapted to associated Kodiereintene on the cartridge, whereby an undesirable placement of an unrelated accessory is avoided.
  • a closure cap with adapted plug which is fastened by means of the same union nut on the cartridge and can be easily lifted by means of a pulley from the cartridge and removed.
  • the WO 2008/113196 also discloses a dispensing device comprising a two-component cartridge and an accessory, eg a mixer.
  • the accessory has two inlets that can be plugged into corresponding outlets of the cartridge.
  • the accessory is attached without rotation in the axial direction of the cartridge.
  • the housing of the accessory forms a latching connection with the cartridge. To release the locking connection, the housing of the accessory is rotated relative to the cartridge.
  • lifting means in the form of ramps are formed on the cartridge.
  • the EP 0 730 913 discloses a discharge device comprising a two-component cartridge and an accessory, eg a mixer.
  • the accessory is attached to the cartridge via a bayonet connection.
  • These are in some embodiments of the cartridge and on Accessory formed inclined surfaces which generate an axial force when fastening, to move the accessory and the cartridge toward each other. When releasing the connection between the accessory and the cartridge, however, no axial force acts in the opposite direction to facilitate the lifting.
  • a first object is to produce a reliable and fast connection between the cartridge and the accessory such that with little effort the accessory can both be sealingly attached to the cartridge and lifted from the cartridge.
  • a discharge arrangement which achieves this object is specified in claim 1.
  • the first outer engaging parts and internally circumferentially in the socket corresponding second engaging portions of a longitudinally slanted rotary guide are provided on the outer circumference along which the connection components after insertion of the connector into the socket via an effective connection section rotatable and guided in the axial direction increasingly engaged with each other and guided over an effective connection portion in the axial direction can be brought out of engagement.
  • These engagement parts are designed in such a way that, during the production of the connection, the accessory is brought forcibly onto the cartridge and that, during the release of the connection, an inevitable lifting of the accessory from the cartridge takes place.
  • the first engagement parts extend only over a partial circumference of the connection part and / or the second engagement parts only over a partial circumference of the plug receptacle, in particular at most by a quarter of the circumference.

  • connection part may have at least two outer circumferential guide grooves, which form the first engagement parts.
  • the plug-in receptacle is then in turn formed as at least two receiving jaws arranged at a distance from one another, which optionally may also have a circularly curved inner wall here.
  • the second engagement parts are then formed on the inner wall of the plug-in receptacle.
  • each of the guide grooves is usually formed between a first edge which is inserted with respect to the longitudinal direction and a second edge which runs essentially parallel thereto, ie the first and second edges bound the respective guide groove the longitudinal direction.
  • the second edge is then opposite the first edge preferably formed longer, so that an axial stopper stop for a corresponding, cooperating with the guide groove, engagement member is formed.
  • the engaging parts cooperating with the guide grooves preferably comprise at least two ramps, which are formed corresponding to the guide grooves.

  • the first connecting component arranged on the accessory part has the connecting part
  • the second connecting component arranged on the cartridge has the plug-in receptacle.
  • the plug-in receptacle is formed on the cartridge in this case, and the connection part, which can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle, is arranged on the accessory part.
  • the plug-in receptacle is arranged on the accessory and in which the plug-in receptacle to be inserted in the connector is arranged on the cartridge.
  • the attachment When the attachment is located on the accessory, it is preferably rotatable with respect to the inlets of the attachment but axially secured.
  • the connection part is arranged relative to the inlets of the accessory substantially axially immovable.
  • connection part is preferably designed as a cap sleeve.
  • the connector may be molded directly onto the housing of the accessory. In the latter case, the housing is then rotated relative to the inlets of the accessory and preferably axially immovable.

  • Fig. 7 shows the discharge after the nesting of the connecting components 11 and 12 and complete intertwining of the provided thereon engaging parts 6, 7 and 25, 26. Due to the inclination of the rotary guide, the back of the connection part is now completely brought to the outlet flange and the inlets and outlets plugged together.
