Claims (7)
- Procédé pour la coulée d'une bande d'acier chromé, la bande d'acier étant coulée dans une installation horizontale de coulée de bande (1, 18), caractérisé en ce que l'acier présente une teneur en chrome supérieure à 15 % en poids et l'acier est coulé pour la réalisation de platines de coulée (19) au sein de la bande d'acier sur une bande transporteuse (17) comportant des renfoncements ou est coulé sur une bande transporteuse comprenant des saillies s'étendant en direction transversale pour la réalisation de points de rupture au sein de la bande d'acier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'acier est coulé avec une fraction de carbone supérieure à 1 % en poids.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'acier est coulé avec une fraction de silicium supérieure à 2 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les platines de coulée (19) que l'on obtient via la coulée sont découpées, fraisées, forées ou recuites, respectivement la bande d'acier coulée est découpée, fraisée, forée ou recuite.
- Installation horizontale de coulée de bande pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle l'installation comprend un four de fusion (2), une poche de coulée (3) et une bande transporteuse (5, 17) pour la réception et le refroidissement d'un acier liquide qui s'écoule hors de la poche de coulée (3), caractérisée en ce que la bande transporteuse (17) est munie de renfoncements pour la réalisation de platines de coulée au sein de la bande d'acier ou de saillies s'étendant en direction transversale pour la réalisation de points de rupture au sein de la bande d'acier.
- Installation de coulée de bande selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit des dispositifs d'enlèvement de copeaux pour la détermination de la largeur et de la longueur des platines de coulée (7, 19).
- Installation de coulée de bande selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de séparation ou de coupure (15) pour sectionner la bande d'acier est monté à la suite de la bande transporteuse (5) dans la direction de transport.
