- Palier rotatif, plus particulièrement palier à cisaillement d'une ferrure rotative ou d'une ferrure rotative/basculante d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou autre, avec une partie de fourche de palier (1), avec une partie d'oeillet de palier (5) pouvant être insérée entre les branches de la fourche (3, 4) de la partie de fourche de palier (1), avec une tige de palier (2) traversant les branches de la fourche (3, 4) et la partie d'oeillet de palier (5) et avec une fixation de tige (6) sur au moins une des branches de la fourche (3, 4), avec un élément de fixation (7, 8) de la fixation de tige (6), qui est mobile entre une position de fixation emboîté dans un évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10) de la tige de palier (2) et une position de déverrouillage déboîté de l'évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10), l'élément de fixation (7, 8) étant conçu, au niveau de son extrémité orientée vers la tige de palier (2), sous la forme d'une fourche avec deux bras d'encliquetage (13, 14), et les bras d'encliquetage (13, 14) s'emboîtent dans la position de fixation, sur des côtés opposés entre eux de la tige de palier (2) dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10) et sont mobiles de manière élastique perpendiculairement à la tige de palier (2), caractérisé en ce que les bras d'encliquetage (13, 14) sont plus larges que l'évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10) et comprennent des nervures de maintien (15, 16) dépassant, dans la position de fixation, dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10) et en ce que les nervures de maintien (15, 16) présentant des rampes (22, 23) orientées dans la direction axiale de la tige de palier (2).
- Palier rotatif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras d'encliquetage (13, 14) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce avec un corps de base (12) et en ce que le corps de base (12) est maintenu par complémentarité de forme dans la partie de fourche de palier (1).
- Palier rotatif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (12) comprend, au niveau de son extrémité opposée aux bras d'encliquetage (13, 14), une languette (24).
- Palier rotatif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bras d'encliquetage (13, 14) comprennent des surfaces d'appui (19, 20) pour l'appui contre la surface d'enveloppe de la tige de palier (2) et en ce que les nervures de maintien (15, 16) comprennent un jeu dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (9, 10).
- Palier rotatif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (7, 8) est constitué de matière plastique moulée par injection.
- Palier rotatif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des branches de la fourche (3, 4) comprend un évidement (11) pour le logement de l'élément de fixation (7, 8) et en ce que les parois de l'évidement (11) font directement face, dans la direction axiale de la tige de palier (2), aux bras d'encliquetage (13, 14) de l'élément de fixation (7, 8).
