Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein modulares Unterputz-System bestehend aus einem eine an Zuflussleitungen für kaltes und warmes Wasser anschließbare, elektronisch ansteuerbare Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit aufweisenden Mischmodul und aus wenigstens einem getrennt davon angeordneten und über eine Zuleitung mit dem Mischmodul verbundenen, für die Durchleitung des Mischwassers und/oder den Anschluss einer Sanitärarmatur daran eingerichteten Unterputz-Modul, wobei das Mischmodul eine an die Zuflussleitungen anzuschließende und mit der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit zusammenwirkende Wasserverteilanordnung mit zwei Wassereingängen sowie einen an eine externe Stromquelle angeschlossenen elektronischen Steuerbaustein umfasst und eine Bedieneinheit vorgesehen ist.
- Ein Unterputz-System mit den vorgenannten gattungsgemäßen Merkmalen ist aus der
EP 0 088 736 A bekannt. Das hierin beschriebene System umfasst ein Unterputz-Mischmodul für das diesem Modul von dem hausseitigen Versorgungssystem zugeführte Kaltwasser und Warmwasser, wobei getrennt davon ein zweites Unterputz-Modul mit einem Wasserauslauf angeordnet und über eine Zuleitung mit dem Mischmodul verbunden ist; ein drittes Unterputz-Modul mit einer daran angeordneten Bedieneinheit ist wiederum an das zweite Unterputz-Modul angeschlossen, so dass der Wasserauslauf über die Bedieneinheit steuerbar ist. In dem zentralen Mischmodul ist eine Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit für das dem Wasserauslauf zuzuführende Mischwasser angeordnet, die eine an die Kaltwasserzuleitung und die Warmwasserzuleitung angeschlossene Wasserverteilanordnung in Form von zwei getrennt angeordnete Versorgungsleisten aufweist. Die Versorgungsleisten sind über zwischengeschaltete, elektrisch arbeitende Ventile mit einem das Mischwasser aufnehmenden Leitungsblock bzw. mehreren, parallel zueinander angeordneten Leitungsblöcken verbunden, wobei beispielsweise die zu dem den Wasserauslauf aufweisenden Modul führende Zuleitung an einen dieser Leitungsblöcke angeschlossen ist. Die Ansteuerung der Ventile erfolgt über einen an eine externe Stromquelle angeschlossenen Steuerbaustein. - Mit dem bekannten Unterputz-System ist zunächst der Nachteil verbunden, dass die für die Ansteuerung des Mischmoduls erforderliche Bedieneinheit außerhalb des Mischmoduls angeordnet ist; damit ist ein entsprechender Bau- und Installationsaufwand verbunden. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass das Mischmodul mit den Versorgungsleisten, mehreren zentralen Leitungsblöcken und einer Mehrzahl von elektrischen Ventilen kompliziert aufgebaut ist und auch einen entsprechenden Bauraum erfordert.
- Ein ähnlich aufgebautes Unterputz-System ergibt sich aus der
EP 0 195 271 A . Hierbei ist eine zentrale Mischeinheit über entsprechend angeordnete Zuleitungen mit mehreren, jeweils einen Wasserauslauf aufweisenden weiteren Modulen verbunden, wobei eine zentrale Bedieneinheit und/oder dezentrale, jedem einzelnen Modul zugeordnete Bedieneinheiten vorgesehen sind. In dem Gehäuse des Mischmoduls ist eine zentrale, motorgesteuerte Temperatursteuereinheit angeordnet, die jeweils über eine Mehrzahl von elektrisch arbeitenden Ventilen mit jeder der zu den angeschlossenen Modulen führenden Zuleitungen verbunden ist. Auch hiermit ist der Nachteil einer externen Bedieneinheit sowie der entsprechenden Baugröße des Mischmoduls verbunden. - Ein wiederum weiteres System von unterschiedlichen, an ein zentrales Mischmodul angeschlossenen Wasserauslaufmodulen wie Badewanne, Bidet oder Waschtisch ist in der
WO 2007/096771 A1 beschrieben. Hierbei ist jedem Wasserauslaufmodul eine eigene Bedieneinheit zugeordnet und in Verbindung mit dem Wasserauslaufmodul angeordnet. Das zentrale Mischmodul umfasst die Anordnung einer Mehrzahl von einzelnen Rohrverbindungen und zugeordneten, paarweise angeordneten Ventileinrichtungen, um das in jede der abgehenden Zuleitungen einzuspeisende Mischwasser zu erzeugen. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Unterputz-System mit den gattungsgemäßen Merkmalen derart zu verbessern, dass das Mischmodul eine kompakte, die Bedieneinheit umfassende Bauform aufweist und die zugehörigen Einzelteile des Mischmoduls einfach anzuordnen bzw. zu montieren sind.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich aus dem Anspruch 1; vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
- Die Erfindung sieht im Einzelnen vor, dass die für die Funktion des Mischmoduls notwendigen Baueinheiten, nämlich die motorgetrieben verstellbare Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit, ein die Wasserverteilanordnung ausbildendes Wasserverteilelement, ein einerseits an die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit und andererseits an die Bedieneinheit angeschlossener Verteilerbaustein sowie der an den Verteilerbaustein angeschlossene Steuerbaustein gemeinsam in einem Unterputz-Einbaukasten angeordnet sind und die Bedieneinheit an einem den Unterputz-Einbaukasten verschließenden Deckel ausgebildet und über eine Kabelverbindung mit dem Verteilerbaustein verbunden ist, wobei das Wasserverteilelement mit zwischen zwei Wassereingängen und zwei Wasserausgängen ausgebildeten, ein mechanisch zu betätigendes Absperrventil sowie einen nachgeschalteten Schalldämpfer aufweisenden Wasserwegen sowie mit einem zwischen einem Mischwassereingang und wenigstens einem Mischwasserausgang verlaufenden Wasserweg ausgebildet ist und die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit an die Wasserausgänge und den Mischwassereingang des Wasserverteilelements angeschlossen und ein Mischwasserausgang des Wasserverteilelements über die nach außerhalb des Unterputz-Einbaukastens führende Zuleitung mit dem Unterputz-Modul verbindbar ist, und wobei der Verteilerbaustein über eine an dem Unterputz-Einbaukasten ausgebildete Kabeldurchführung mit der außerhalb des Unterputz-Einbaukastens angeordneten Stromquelle verbunden werden kann.
- Hiermit sieht die Erfindung einen zur Aufnahme der Mischeinheit eingerichteten Unterputz-Einbaukasten vor, wobei die Bedieneinheit in vorteilhafter Weise an dem Deckel des Unterputz-Einbaukastens angeordnet ist. Gleichzeitig bildet einen wichtigen Bestandteil der Erfindung die den Kern des zentralen Mischmoduls ausmachende elektronisch ansteuerbare Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit, die erstmalig ebenfalls in einem Unterputz-Baukasten angeordnet ist. Hierzu ist die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit kombiniert mit einem Wasserverteilelement, welches zwischen den hausseitigen Zuflussleitungen und der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit zwischengeschaltet ist. Das Wasserverteilelement dient der Aufnahme von Absperrventilen und Wasserschalldämpfern in den in dem Wasserverteilelement getrennt ausgebildeten Wasserwegen für das kalte und das warme Wasser. Dabei dienen die mechanisch arbeitenden Absperrventile lediglich Wartungszwecken, wenn die elektronisch angesteuerte Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit gewartet oder ausgetauscht werden muss. Die ebenfalls in den zugeordneten Wasserwegen des Wasserverteilelements angeordneten Wasserschalldämpfer sind der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit vorgeschaltet und erfüllen insoweit ihre Aufgabe vor dem Eintritt des kalten beziehungsweise des warmen Wassers in die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit. Es versteht sich, dass die Zuleitung zum außerhalb des Unterputz-Einbaukastens der Mischeinheit liegenden Unterputz-Modul an einem Mischwasserausgang angeschlossen ist. Das zur Ausbildung des Mischmoduls vorgesehene Baukastensystem
wird vervollständigt durch einen elektronischen Steuerbaustein und einen der Stromversorgung des Mischmoduls dienenden Verteilerbaustein, der seinerseits an eine außerhalb des Mischmoduls liegende Stromquelle angeschlossen ist und über den die Stromversorgung des die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit antreibenden Motors sowie der in den Steuerbaustein integrierten Steuerung erfolgt. - Nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Wasserverteilelement vier von außen zugängliche Anschlussstutzen zum Einsetzen von jeweils einem Absperrventil und einem Schalldämpfer in die im Inneren des Wasserverteilelements zwischen dem jeweiligen Wassereingang und dem zugeordneten Wasserausgang verlaufenden, voneinander getrennten Wasserwege für das kalte und das warme Wasser aufweist.
- Aus Gründen einer einfachen Montage des Mischmoduls kann nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass der Anschluss des Wasserverteilelements an die gebäudeseitigen Zufuhrleitungen und die Verbindung zwischen dem Wasserverteilelement und der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit jeweils als abgedichtete Steckverbindungen ausgebildet sind, so dass das Wasserverteilelement sowie die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit lediglich einerseits in den Einbaukasten eingesteckt und andererseits zusammengesteckt werden müssen.
- Zur Regelung und Überwachung der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit ist nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass in den Warmwasserzulauf für die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit und in den Mischwasserweg jeweils ein leitungsmäßig mit dem elektronischen Steuerbaustein verbundenen Sensor eingeschaltet ist.
- Die Montage der Mischeinheit ist weiterhin dadurch vereinfacht, wenn gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung der elektronische Steuerbaustein und der Verteilerbaustein über eine elektrische Steckverbindung aneinander anschließbar sind.
- Soweit eine Steuerung des aus dem Mischwasserausgang austretenden Mischwasserstroms über an einem oder mehreren angeschlossenen Unterputz-Modulen angeordnete Sanitärarmaturen ermöglicht sein soll, kann nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass den einzelnen Modulen Magnetventile zur entsprechenden Ansteuerung der Mischwasserwege angeordnet sind, wobei an den Verteilerbaustein eine
längs der die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit mit dem wenigstens einen weiteren Modul verbindenden Zuleitung verlaufende und zu einem in dem Modul angeordneten zur Steuerung des Mischwasserflusses eingerichteten Magnetventil führende Stromversorgungs- und Steuerleitung angeschlossen ist. Damit kann über die Bedieneinheit zur Steuerung der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit ebenfalls eine Ansteuerung der den einzelnen angeschlossenen Modulen zugeordneten Armaturen erfolgen, wobei über die entsprechenden Steuerleitungen auch Informationen über die jeweilige Funktionsstellung des Magnetventils an den Steuerbaustein übertragen und von hier aus beispielsweise an die Bedieneinheit übermittelt und dort kenntlich gemacht werden können. - Im Hinblick auf eine entsprechend gute Ansteuerung kann weiterhin vorgesehen sein, dass die an den Verteilerbaustein angeschlossene Stromzuleitung eine zusätzliche Datenleitung umfasst, die über die zwischen Verteilerbaustein und Steuerbaustein ausgebildete Steckverbindung an den elektronischen Steuerbausteinen anschließbar ist; hiermit ist dann auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, sowohl Steuerbefehle wie auch entsprechende Zustandsmeldungen über eine zugeordnete Datenverarbeitung zu verarbeiten.
- In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wiedergegeben, welches nachstehend beschrieben ist. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1
- ein aus einem Mischmodul und einer Mehrzahl von daran angeschlossenen Unterputzmodulen bestehendes Installationssystem für Sanitärarmaturen in einer schematischen Darstellung,
- Fig. 2
- das zu dem Installationssystem gehörige Mischmodul in einer Einzelansicht mit einer auseinander gezogenen perspektivischen Darstellung seiner Einzelbauteile.
- Bei dem in
Figur 1 schematisch dargestellten Installationssystem ist ein Mischmodul 10 vorgesehen, welches über seinen Umfang verteilt vier Ausgänge 11 für das in dem Mischmodul bereitgestellte Mischwasser aufweist. An jedem der Ausgänge 11 ist zunächst ein weiteres Unterputz-Modul 12 angeschlossen, wobei die zum Anschluss im Einzelnen zu verwendenden, in ihrer Länge beliebig ablängbaren Rohrabschnitte nicht dargestellt sind. An eines der vier Unterputzmodule 12 sind reihenartig zwei weitere Unterputz-Module 12 angeschlossen. Dabei weisen die Unterputz-Module 12 jeweils einen daran ausgebildeten Mischwassereingang 13 auf, während an jedem Unterputz-Modul 12 bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel vier Mischwasserausgänge 14 ausgebildet sind. Soweit Mischwassereingang 13 und Mischwasserausgänge 14 in einer parallel zu einer Hauswand beziehungsweise einer Installationswand ausgerichteten Ebene angeordnet sind, sind an jedem Grundmodul 12 senkrecht zu dieser Ebene Funktionsanschlüsse 15a und 15b zum Ansetzen von Sanitärarmaturen ausgebildet. Soweit ein derartiges Unterputz-Modul 12 lediglich zur Durchleitung beziehungsweise Umlenkung von Mischwasser benötigt wird, sind die Funktionsanschlüsse 15a, 15b verschlossen. Entsprechendes gilt für die Mischwasserausgänge 14, die je nach Ausbildung des Installationssystems nicht zur Weiterleitung von Mischwasser benötigt sind. - Das einen wesentlichen Bestandteil des Installationssystems bildende Mischmodul 10 ist in seinem Aufbau aus
Figur 2 ersichtlich, wobei bei dem darin dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung in Abwandlung des inFigur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiels nur zwei Mischwasserausgänge 11 zum Anschluss von weiteren Unterputz-Modulen ausgebildet sind. - Die für die Funktion des Mischmoduls 10 notwendigen Baueinheiten sind in einem Unterputz-Einbaukasten 40 angeordnet, der an seinem äußeren Umfang mit Befestigungsösen 41 zur Befestigung des Einbaukastens beispielsweise an einer Wand versehen ist. Der Einbaukasten 40 ist in seinem Bodenbereich mittels einer Bodenverschlusskappe 35 verschlossen, in der Durchführungen 36 für die wandseitigen Zuflussleitungen für das kalte und das warme Wasser ausgebildet sind. Im Inneren des Einbaukastens ist auf die wandseitigen Zuflussleitungen ein Wasserverteilelement 50 mit einem Wassereingang 16 für kaltes Wasser und eine Wassereingang 17 für warmes Wasser im Rahmen einer dichtenden Steckverbindung aufmontierbar. In dem Wasserverteilelement 50 sind voneinander getrennte, den Wassereingang 16 für kaltes Wasser beziehungsweise den Wassereingang 17 für warmes Wasser mit einem Wasserausgang 18 für das kalte Wasser beziehungsweise einem Wasserausgang 19 für das warme Wasser verbindende Wasserwege ausgebildet, wobei in diese Wasserwege jeweils ein Absperrventil und ein nachgeschalteter Wasserschalldämpfer eingesetzt sind. Hierzu ist das Wasserverteilelement 50 mit insgesamt vier von außen zugänglichen Anschlussstutzen versehen, und zwar mit zwei Anschlussstutzen 20 zur Aufnahme eines Absperrventils und mit zwei Anschlussstutzen 21 zur Aufnahme eines Wasserschalldämpfers. Dabei ist zunächst jeweils ein Anschlussstutzen 20 mit einem darin eingesetzten Absperrventil dem zugeordneten Wassereingang 16 beziehungsweise 17 nachgeschaltet. Das Absperrventil ist mechanisch zu betätigen und dient im Wesentlichen dazu, den Wasserzufluss in das Wasserverteilelement 50 und nachgeschaltete Bauteile abzusperren, wenn eine Wartung beziehungsweise eine Reparatur des Mischmoduls 10 erforderlich ist. In den jeweiligen Anschlussweg ist dem Absperrventil nachgeschaltet ein Wasserschalldämpfer angeordnet, der über den zugeordneten Anschlussstutzen 21 in das Wasserverteilelement 50 einsetzbar ist, wobei der Anschlussstutzen 21 nach Einsetzen des Wasserschalldämpfers entsprechend verschlossen ist. Somit durchströmt das über den Wassereingang 16 beziehungsweise 17 in das Wasserverteilelement 50 einströmende kalte beziehungsweise warme Wasser zunächst das zugeordnete Absperrventil und anschließend den Wasserschalldämpfer, bevor das kalte beziehungsweise warme Wasser über den Wasserausgang 18 beziehungsweise Wasserausgang 19 des Wasserverteilelements 50 daraus austritt.
- Entsprechend ist eine Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 mit ihren nicht weiter dargestellten Eingängen für das kalte und das warme Wasser an die Wasserausgänge 18 beziehungsweise 19 des Wasserverteilelements 50 angeschlossen, und zwar ebenfalls wiederum im Rahmen einer an sich bekannten dichtenden Steckverbindung. In der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 findet eine Mischung des kalten und des warmen Wassers mit der gewünschten Temperatur unter Einstellung des gewünschten Mischwasserstromes statt, und zwar über die Ansteuerung beziehungsweise Betätigung entsprechender Elektromotoren, wobei die Ausbildung der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 im Einzelnen nicht Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist. Das in der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 erzeugte Mischwasser tritt über einen an dem Wasserverteilelement 50 angeordneten Mischwassereingang 23 in das Wasserverteilelement 50 ein und strömt von hier aus über einen im Inneren des Wasserverteilelements 50 ausgebildeten Wasserweg zu dem im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel an dem Wasserverteilelement 50 ausgebildeten zwei Ausgängen 11 für das Mischwasser. Wird nur ein Ausgang 11 benötigt, so ist der andere Ausgang 11 entsprechend verschlossen. Es können aber auch mehr als zwei Ausgänge 11 an dem Wasserverteilelement 15 ausgebildet sein. Mit diesen Ausgängen 11 sind entsprechend der zur
Figur 1 gegebenen Erläuterung die an das Mischmodul 10 angeschlossenen Unterputz-Module 12 verbunden.
In den Einbaukasten 40 ist ferner ein Steuerbaustein 24 eingesetzt, der insbesondere zur Ansteuerung der motorgetrieben verstellbaren Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 vorgesehen ist. Insofern sind an dem Steuerbaustein 24 mehrere Kabelanschlüsse 25 angedeutet, die zu den an der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 angeordneten Motoren beziehungsweise zu in den Warmwasserzulauf für die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 und in den Mischwasserweg (Mischwasserausgang 11 beziehungsweise Mischwassereingang 23) eingesetzten Sensoren führen, mittels deren eine Überwachung der Mischerzeugung erfolgt. - Vervollständigt wird der Aufbau der für das Mischmodul 10 notwendigen Funktionseinheiten durch einen ebenfalls im Inneren des Einbaukastens 40 angeordneten Verteilerbaustein 26, der eine Kabelzuführung 27 aufweist, die wiederum durch eine an dem Einbaukasten 40 ausgebildete Kabeldurchführung 28 nach außerhalb des Einbaukastens 40 geführt ist, so dass der Verteilerbaustein 26 an eine außerhalb des Einbaukastens 40 an beliebiger Stelle angeordnete Stromquelle anschließbar ist. Der Verteilerbaustein 26 weist einen Steckverbinder 29 auf, mittels dessen der Verteilerbaustein 26 mit dem Steuerbaustein 24 zusammensteckbar ist, so dass über den Verteilerbaustein 26 zunächst eine Stromversorgung des Steuerbausteins 24 gewährleistet ist. Der Verteilerbaustein 26 weist dann noch zwei nebeneinander liegende Kabelbuchsen 30 sowie eine weitere Kabelbuchse 31 zum Anschluss weiterer Steuerleitungen für außerhalb des Einbaukastens angeordnete Funktionseinheiten in Form von Umschaltern oder entsprechend angeschlossenen weiteren Unterputz-Modulen mit daran angesetzten Sanitärarmaturen auf.
- An seiner offenen Oberseite ist in den Einbaukasten 40 ein Befestigungsblech 32 sowie ein Dicht- und Befestigungsrahmen 33 eingesetzt, wobei der Aufbau des Mischmoduls 10 durch eine außenliegende Bedieneinheit 34 vervollständigt ist. In einer nicht dargestellten Weise kann die Bedieneinheit 34 über eine interne Kabelverbindung mit dem Verteilerbaustein 26 verbunden sein, so dass über entsprechend an der Bedieneinheit getätigte Eingaben eine Ansteuerung der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit 22 wie aber auch mittels über den Steuerbaustein 24 geführter weiterer Datenleitungen der Sanitärarmaturen von weiteren Unterputz-Modulen 12 erfolgen kann.
- Es versteht sich, dass eine derartige Bedieneinheit auch außerhalb des Einbaukastens 40 vorgesehen sein kann, wobei in diesem Fall der Einbaukasten über einen Abschlussdeckel verschlossen sein kann. In diesem Fall ist eine extern angeordnete Bedieneinheit bzw. sind auch mehrere Bedieneinheiten über eine gesonderte und an dem Einbaukasten 40 vorgesehene zusätzliche Kabeldurchführung 28 in das Innere des Einbaukastens 40 zu führende Kabelverbindung an den Verteilerbaustein 26, und zwar an dessen Kabelbuchse 31, anschließbar.
Der Aufbau des Mischmoduls 10 ermöglicht es auch, von außerhalb Datenleitungen über den Verteilerbaustein 26 an den Steuerbaustein 24 anzuschließen und so eine Abfrage von Zustandsdaten vorzunehmen beziehungsweise weitere Steuerbefehle einzuspeisen, so dass auch ein rechnergestützter Betrieb des modularen Unterputz-Systems mit daran angeschlossenen Sanitärarmaturen möglich ist.
Claims (7)
- Modulares Unterputz-System bestehend aus einem eine an Zuflussleitungen für kaltes und warmes Wasser anschließbare, elektronisch ansteuerbare Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) aufweisenden Mischmodul (10) und aus wenigstens einem getrennt davon angeordneten und über eine Zuleitung mit dem Mischmodul (10) verbundenen, für die Durchleitung des Mischwassers und/oder den Anschluss einer Sanitärarmatur daran eingerichteten Unterputz-Modul (12), wobei das Mischmodul (10) eine an die Zuflussleitungen anzuschließende und mit der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) zusammenwirkende Wasserverteilanordnung mit zwei Wassereingängen sowie einen an eine externe Stromquelle angeschlossenen elektronischen Steuerbaustein (24) umfasst und eine Bedieneinheit (34) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die für die Funktion des Mischmoduls (10) notwendigen Baueinheiten, nämlich die motorgetrieben verstellbare Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22), ein die Wasserverteilanordnung ausbildendes Wasserverteilelement (50), ein einerseits an die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) und andererseits an die Bedieneinheit (34) angeschlossener Verteilerbaustein (26) sowie der an den Verteilerbaustein (26) angeschlossene Steuerbaustein (24) gemeinsam in einem Unterputz-Einbaukasten (40) angeordnet sind und die Bedieneinheit (34) an einem den Unterputz-Einbaukasten (40) verschließenden Deckel ausgebildet und über eine Kabelverbindung mit dem Verteilerbaustein (26) verbunden ist, wobei das Wasserverteilelement (50) mit zwischen zwei Wassereingängen (16, 17) und zwei Wasserausgängen (18, 19) ausgebildeten, ein mechanisch zu betätigendes Absperrventil sowie einen nachgeschalteten Schalldämpfer aufweisenden Wasserwegen sowie mit einem zwischen einem Mischwassereingang (23) und wenigstens einem Mischwasserausgang (11) verlaufenden Wasserweg ausgebildet ist und die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) an die Wasserausgänge (18, 19) und den Mischwassereingang (23) des Wasserverteilelements (50) angeschlossen und ein Mischwasserausgang (11) des Wasserverteilelements (50) über die nach außerhalb des Unterputz-Einbaukastens (40) führende Zuleitung mit dem Unterputz-Modul (12) verbindbar ist, und wobei der Verteilerbaustein (26) über eine an dem Unterputz-Einbaukasten (40) ausgebildete Kabeldurchführung (28) mit der außerhalb des Unterputz-Einbaukastens (40) angeordneten Stromquelle verbunden werden kann.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Wasserverteilelement (50) vier von außen zugängliche Anschlussstutzen (20, 21) zum Einsetzen von jeweils einem Absperrventil und einem Schalldämpfer in die im Inneren des Wasserverteilelements (50) zwischen dem jeweiligen Wassereingang (16, 18) und dem zugeordneten Wasserausgang (17, 19) verlaufenden, voneinander getrennten Wasserwege für das kalte und das warme Wasser aufweist.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Anschluss des Wasserverteilelements (50) an die gebäudeseitigen Zufuhrleitungen und die Verbindung zwischen dem Wasserverteilelement (50) und der Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) jeweils als abgedichtete Steckverbindungen ausgebildet sind.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei in den Warmwasserzulauf für die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) und in den Mischwasserausgang jeweils ein leitungsmäßig mit dem elektronischen Steuerbaustein (24) verbundener Sensor eingeschaltet ist.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der elektronische Steuerbaustein (24) und der Verteilerbaustein (26) über eine elektrische Steckverbindung (29) aneinander angeschlossen sind.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei an den Verteilerbaustein (26) eine längs der die Temperatur- und Volumensteuereinheit (22) mit dem wenigstens einen weiteren Modul (12) verbindenden Zuleitung verlaufende und zu einem in dem Modul (12) angeordneten zur Steuerung des Mischwasserflusses eingerichteten Magnetventil führende Stromversorgungs- und Steuerleitung angeschlossen ist.
- Modulares Unterputz-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die an den Verteilerbaustein (26) angeschlossene Stromzuleitung eine zusätzliche Datenleitung umfasst, die über die zwischen Verteilerbaustein (26) und Steuerbaustein (24) ausgebildete Steckverbindung (29) an den elektronischen Steuerbaustein (24) angeschlossen ist.
