Table selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (24) d'appui saillit de ou dépasse la face (25) latérale d'un élément (6, 7) du plateau, de préférence du premier, et est éventuellement reçu par un guidage (27) du deuxième élément (22) de montage quand le plateau (8) supplémentaire est dans sa position dépliée.
  9. Table selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (15) d'amortissement comprend un premier composant (28) d'amortissement posé sur le premier élément (21) de montage monté sur la première partie (6) du plateau, et un deuxième composant (29) d'amortissement agissant avec le premier et porté par l'élément (22) de montage monté sur la deuxième partie (7) du plateau, lesdits composants (28, 29) d'amortissement étant disposés en série quand le plateau (8) supplémentaire est dans sa position dépliée, et ayant des directions d'amortissement ou des caractéristiques d'action opposées par rapport aux charges agissant sur eux, et en ce que le premier composant (28) d'amortissement exerce une résistance contre ou amortit un mouvement de pliement et le deuxième composant (29) d'amortissement exerce une résistance contre ou amortit un mouvement de dépliement.
  10. Table selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que quand le plateau (8) supplémentaire est replié sous le plan de la table, un élément (21) de montage est monté sur la face supérieure du premier élément (6) du plateau et l'autre élément (22) de montage est monté sur la face inférieure du deuxième élément (7) du plateau et/ou en ce que des amortisseurs à gaz ou à huile, de préférence des freins hydrauliques, sont prévus comme composants (23, 28, 29) d'amortissement.
  11. Table selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que
    - la région terminale de la barre (32) de réglage du premier composant (28) d'amortissement, extractible par action d'une force, est logée de façon à pouvoir pivoter à l'extrémité saillante du premier élément (21) de montage et en ce que la trajectoire de mouvement de l'extrémité opposée de ce composant (28) d'amortissement est limitée par le composant (29) d'amortissement porté par l'autre élément (22) de montage ou en ce que le deuxième composant (29) d'amortissement peut être comprimé par le premier composant (28) d'amortissement, le cas échéant
    - la géométrie de l'unité (15) d'amortissement étant choisie en sorte que dans la portion terminale du mouvement de dépliage des éléments (21, 22) de montage disposés en série, les deux composants (28, 29) d'amortissement sont aussi disposés en série et que dans sa position terminale fermée représentant le début de sa trajectoire d'amortissement, l'extrémité du premier composant (28) d'amortissement appuie contre une barre (39) de réglage ou de piston du deuxième composant (29) d'amortissement formant un amortisseur de butée et par sa compression atténuant un mouvement ultérieur du composant (28) d'amortissement quand les éléments du plateau (6, 7) sont ultérieurement dépliés, le premier composant (28) d'amortissement éventuellement exerçant une résistance contre l'extension de sa barre (32) de réglage ou de piston et atténuant le pliement.
  12. Table selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que
    - les éléments (21, 22) de montage et les composants (23, 28, 29) d'amortissement sont placés dans le même plan perpendiculaire à l'axe (5) d'articulation défini par l'articulation de raccord, de façon à pouvoir être pivotés l'un contre l'autre et/ou
    - le premier élément (21) de montage est monté sur l'un des éléments (6, 7) de plateau du plateau (8) supplémentaire dans une région proche de l'axe (5) d'articulation et le deuxième élément (22) de montage est monté sur l'autre élément (7,6) dans une région proche de l'axe (5) d'articulation et/ou
    - dans le cas où une seule unité (15) d'amortissement est disposée, celle-ci est disposée dans le centre longitudinal de l'axe (5) d'articulation et/ou,
    - respectivement une région terminale du premier et du deuxième élément (21, 22) de montage dépasse les faces (25, 26) supérieures des deux éléments (6, 7) du plateau disposées dans le même plan, quand le plateau (8) supplémentaire est dans sa position pliée.
