Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kettenbolzen (10) zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs, der eine Längsausdehnung aufweist und in Längsrichtung durch eine Bohrung (32) in einem Gabelträger und/oder Hubgerüst des Flurfördezeugs führbar ist sowie an einem ersten Ende (11) einen Kopf (12) aufweist, dessen Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung größer als ein Innendurchmesser der Bohrung (32) ist, wobei der dem ersten Ende fernen Seite des Kopfes ein elastisches Lagerelement (20) angeordnet ist, das den Kettenbolzen (10) umgibt und einen ersten Abschnitt (21) sowie einen zweiten Abschnitt (22) aufweist, wobei der erste Abschnitt eine Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung des Kettenbolzens aufweist, die größer als der Innendurchmesser der Bohrung ist und der zweite Abschnitt derart geformt ist, dass er in die Bohrung einführbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kettenbolzen zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs nach dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruchs 1.
  • Das Hubgerüst, auch Hubmast genannt, von Flurförderzeugen dient der vertikalen Bewegung der Hublast. Das Hubgerüst ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil aller Flurförderzeuge mit Hochhubeinrichtung. Das Hubgerüst besteht im Prinzip aus einem äußeren Standmast, in dem sich ein Gabelträger bewegt, an dem die Gabelzinken oder sonstige Anbaugeräte angebracht sind. In den meisten Fällen bewegen sich im Standmast ein oder mehrere innere Fahrmaste: Beim Einfach und Zweifach-Teleskop-Hubgerüst ist das ein innerer Fahrmast, beim Dreifach-Teleskopgerüst sind das zwei innere Fahrmaste. Zum Hubgerüst gehören, je nach Konstruktion, ein oder mehrere Hubzylinder, ein oder mehrere Hubketten, entsprechende Hydraulikleitungen und Hydraulikanschlüsse.
  • Die Hubketten werden am Gabelträger und am Hubgerüst mit Hilfe von Kettenbolzen befestigt. Es ist bekannt, die Kettenbolzen mit einem Außengewinde zu versehen, um über dieses ihre vertikale Positionierung und somit die Endpositionen des Gabelträgers am Hubgerüst bei gegebener Kettenlänge festzulegen. Die Kettenbolzen sind stark beanspruchte Bauteile, die eine hohe Sicherheitsrelevanz besitzen. Beim Versagen dieses Bauteils kann es beispielsweise zum Absturz der Last kommen.
  • Die Auslegung der Kettenbolzen erfolgt ausschließlich auf Zugkräfte. Aufgrund der Form und der Kerbwirkung des Gewindes sind die Kettenbolzen sehr empfindlich gegen Querkräfte. Querkräfte können dann entstehen, wenn die Zugkraft der Kette nicht exakt parallel zur Längsachse des Kettenbolzens wirkt. Dies kann durch einen schiefen Einbau des Kettenbolzens aufgrund von Toleranzen in der Fertigung (Bohrung z. B. in der Quertraverse, die den Bolzen aufnimmt, unebene Auflage der Schraube), Geometriefehler durch die Kinematik beim Ausfahren des Hubgerüstes oder Geometriefehler durch elastische Verformung des Hubgerüstes unter Last begründet sein.
  • Geometriefehler aufgrund der Kinematik lassen sich durch sorgfältige konstruktive Auslegung verhindern, führen jedoch zu aufwendigeren Konstruktionen. Toleranzen in der Fertigung sowie Geometriefehler durch Verformung des Hubgerüstes lassen sich dagegen kaum vermeiden.
  • Zum Ausgleich von Winkelfehlern sind sogenannte Kugelpfannen bekannt, auf deren Aufbau später genauer eingegangen wird. Hierbei richtet sich der Kettenbolzen beim Anheben der Last exakt in Flucht zur Kette aus. Derartige Kugelpfannen sind somit geeignet Winkelfehler im Anhebevorgang auszugleichen. Kommt es nun, bedingt durch eine nicht exakte Kinematik oder elastische Verformungen, beim Heben der Last über Masthub und Freihub zu weiteren Winkelfehlern, so kann es trotz einer Kugelpfanne zu erheblichen Seitenkräften kommen. Unter Last liegen in der Kugelpfanne derart hohe Reibungskräfte vor, dass der Kettenbolzen die Querbewegung nicht nachvollzieht und seine Ausrichtung nicht an den Zug der Kette anpasst.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Lösung besteht darin, dass die Lage des Kettenbolzens in seiner Aufnahme, z. B. in einer Bohrung der Quertraverse oder in einer am Mastprofil angeschweißten Kettenbolzenaufnahme, undefiniert ist. Gerade beim Einsatz einer Kugelpfanne kann es hierdurch zu einer seitlichen Anlage des Bolzens in der Bohrung kommen, die die Lebensdauer des Bolzens verkürzt.
  • Ferner kann der Kettenbolzen in gewissen Fällen nach unten durch die Quertraverse rutschen, da er in vertikaler Richtung nicht gesichert ist. Dies kann beispielsweise passieren, wenn die Gabel auf einem Hindernis aufliegt, der Hubzylinder weiter bewegt wird und die Kette entlastet wird. Der durchgerutschte Kettenbolzen kann dabei beschädigt werden.
  • Aus der DE 10 2008 051 139 A1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Anschlagen einer Kette an einem Flurförderzeug bekannt geworden. Die Vorrichtung weist ein Aufnahmeteil mit einem Durchgang auf, der zwischen seinen Enden einen Engquerschnitt besitzt. Ein Kettenanker ist an seinem unteren Ende mit einem Kopf versehen und in dem Aufnahmeteil angeordnet.
  • Aus DE 80 23 051 U1 ist eine Sicherungsvorrichtung für eine Kette an einem Kommissionierfahrzeug bekannt geworden, bei dem ein Kettenbolzen mithilfe einer Feder unter Spannung gehalten wird.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Kettenbolzen bereitzustellen, mit dem die vorgenannten Nachteile überwunden werden.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch einen Kettenbolzen mit den Merkmalen aus Anspruch 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen bilden den Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Kettenbolzen zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs weist eine Längsausdehnung auf und ist in Längsrichtung durch eine Bohrung in einem Gabelträger und/oder Hubgerüst des Flurfördezeugs führbar. Der Kettenbolzen weist ferner an einem ersten Ende einen Kopf auf, dessen Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung größer als ein Innendurchmesser der Bohrung ist. An der dem ersten Ende fernen Seite des Kopfes ist ein elastisches Lagerelement angeordnet, das den Kettenbolzen umgibt und einen ersten Abschnitt sowie einen zweiten Abschnitt aufweist, wobei der erste Abschnitt eine Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung des Kettenbolzens aufweist, die größer als der Innendurchmesser der Bohrung ist und der zweite Abschnitt derart geformt ist, dass er in die Bohrung einführbar ist.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Kettenbolzen lassen sich Fluchtungsfehler zwischen Hubkette und Kettenbolzen ausgleichen. Das elastische Lagerelement erlaubt ferner eine definierte Führung und Zentrierung des Bolzens inner halb der Bohrung, in die er eingesetzt werden kann. Somit wird auch ein seitliches Reiben des Bolzens an der Bohrung verhindert und der Verschleiß vermindert. Der erfindungsgemäße Kettenbolzen erlaubt einen Winkelausgleich über die gesamte Hubhöhe, da die durch die Zugkraft auftretenden Reibungskräfte durch das elastische Lagerelement eine geringe Rolle spielen. Die Herstellung des Kettenbolzens ist außerdem kostengünstiger, schon deshalb, weil im Bereich der Bohrung keine konkave Ausfräsung erforderlich ist. Darüber hinaus kann der Kettenbolzen aufgrund des in die Bohrung einführbaren zweiten Abschnitts des Lagerelementes kraftschlüssig in der Bohrung gehalten werden. Ein Durchrutschen des Bolzens und einer daraus resultierende Beschädigung wird vermieden.
  • Bevorzugt ist das elastische Lagerelement ringförmig, wobei der zweite Abschnitt durch eine Stufe gebildet ist, an der das Lagerelement einen verringerten Außendurchmesser aufweist. Die einteilige Form des Lagerelementes erlaubt eine vereinfachte Montage. Der erste Abschnitt und der zweite Abschnitt des Lagerelementes können alternativ auch separat geformte Ringscheiben mit unterschiedlichen Außendurchmessern sein, wodurch die Herstellung vereinfacht werden kann.
  • Bevorzugt weist der Kettenbolzen ein Außengewinde auf. Dies erlaubt bei einer separaten Ausbildung von Kopf und Bolzen die Verwendung handelsüblicher Sicherungsmuttern mit Innengewinde und somit eine kontinuierliche Verstellmöglichkeit der vertikalen Position des Kettenbolzens in der Bohrung.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der Kopf durch eine Unterlegscheibe und mindestens eine Sicherungsmutter gebildet. Die Anpassungsfähigkeit an unterschiedlich große Bohrungen wird so erhöht. Auch erlaubt dies bei der Montage ein Einführen des Kettenbolzens mit dem ersten Ende voran, wodurch die Flexibilität bei der Ausgestaltung eines zweiten Endes des Kettenbolzens insbesondere im Hinblick auf eine Verbindung mit der Hubkette erhöht wird.
  • Bevorzugt weist der zweite Abschnitt des Lagerelements eine Längsausdehnung auf, die mindestens so groß ist, wie die Längsausdehnung des ersten Abschnitts. Der zweite Abschnitt des Lagerelements kann auch eine Längsausdehnung aufweisen, die mindestens der Hälfte der Länge der Bohrung entspricht. Auf diese Weise wird ein Kontakt zwischen dem Kettenbolzen und der Innenwand der Bohrung noch effektiver verhindert.
  • Bevorzugt weist der Kettenbolzen an seinem zweiten Ende ein Halteelement zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs auf. Dieses Halteelement kann einteilig mit dem Kettenbolzen geformt sein, wodurch die Stabilität der Verbindung erhöht wird und auf ein zusätzliches Verbindungsbauteil verzichtet werden kann.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • In Figur 1 ist ein bekannter Kettenbolzen 10 dargestellt. Dieser erstreckt sich durch eine Bohrung 32 in einer Quertraverse 30. Die Quertraverse 30 kann eine Quertraverse eines Gabelträgers oder eine Quertraverse eines Hubgerüstes eines Flurfördezeugs sein. Der Kettenbolzen 10 dient der Halterung einer Hubkette (nicht dargestellt), wobei ein Ende der Hubkette üblicherweise an dem Hubgerüst und das andere Ende der Hubkette an dem Gabelträger befestigt ist.
  • Der bekannte Kettenbolzen 10' steht wie zuvor erwähnt über eine Kugelpfanne in Kontakt mit der Quertraverse 30. Eine solche Kugelpfanne umfasst zumindest eine um den Kettenbolzen 10' liegende metallene Ringscheibe 2, die durch eine Unterlegscheibe 13 und durch Sicherungsmuttern 14 gehalten ist. Die Ringscheibe 2 weist auf ihrer der Quertraverse 30 zugewandten Seite eine konvexe Krümmung 3 in Form einer Kugelkalotte auf. Zur Vermeidung hoher Flächenpressung ist die entsprechende Gegenfläche 4 der Quertraverse 30, mit welcher die konvex gekrümmte Ringscheibe 2 in Berührkontakt ist, konkav gekrümmt ausgebildet. Dabei erhält man eine geringe Flächenpressung dann, wenn die konkav gekrümmte Gegenfläche 4 eine sich an die Kugelkalotte anschmiegende teilsphärische Kugelpfanne darstellt. Die konvex gekrümmte Ringscheibe 2 und die konkav gekrümmte Gegenfläche 4 können dann relativ zueinander gleiten, wobei dieses Gleiten zu einer Verkippung des Kettenbolzens 10' relativ zu der Quertraverse 30 führt. Unter Last liegen in der Kugelpfanne zwischen der Ringscheibe 2 und der Gegenfläche 4 sehr hohe Reibungskräfte vor, so dass der Kettenbolzen Querbewegungen nicht immer nachvollziehen kann und seine Ausrichtung nicht an den Zug der Kette anpasst. Ferner kann der Kettenbolzen 10' bei zu starker Neigung mit der Innenwand der Bohrung 32 in Berührung kommen, wodurch der Kettenbolzen 10' beschädigt werden kann.
  • In Figur 2a ist ein erfindungsgemäßer Kettenbolzen 10 dargestellt, der sich wie der bekannte Kettenbolzen 10' durch die Bohrung 32 einer Quertraverse 30 hindurch erstreckt. An einem ersten Ende 11 des Kettenbolzens 10, einem unter üblichen Umständen und auch in der Zeichnung unteren Ende, sind auf ein nicht dargestelltes Außengewinde des Kettenbolzens 10 zwei Sicherungsmuttern 14 aufgeschraubt, die gemeinsam mit einer Unterlegscheibe 13 einen Kopf 12 des Kettenbolzens 10 bilden. Auf der dem ersten Ende 11 fernen Seite des Kopfes 12, d.h. oberhalb der Unterlegscheibe 13 folgt ein ringförmiges, elastisches Lagerelement 20. Diese umgibt den Kettenbolzen 10 und liegt im in die Bohrung 32 eingebauten Zustand an der Quertraverse 30 an.
  • Das elastische Lagerelement 20 weist einen ersten ringförmigen Abschnitt 21 auf, dessen Innendurchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Kettenbolzens 10 entspricht und dessen Außendurchmesser größer ist, als der Durchmesser der Bohrung 32 der Quertraverse 30. Ferner weist das elastische Lagerelement 20 einen zweiten ringförmigen Abschnitt 22 auf, dessen Innendurchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Kettenbolzens 10 entspricht und dessen Außendurchmesser dem Durchmesser der Bohrung 32 der Quertraverse 30 entspricht. Das elastische Lagerelement 20 ist bevorzugt einteilig aus dem ersten Abschnitt 21 und dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 geformt, kann alternativ aber auch aus zwei separaten Ringscheiben gebildet sein, die dem ersten Abschnitt 21 und dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 entsprechen. Durch den ersten Abschnitt 21 und den zweiten Abschnitt 22 des elastischen Lagerelements 20 ist eine umlaufende Stufe gebildet, die an der Quertraverse 30 bzw. der Innenwand der Bohrung 32 anliegt.
  • Ein oberes Ende 19 des Kettenbolzens 10 geht einteilig in ein nicht dargestelltes Halteelement über, über das der Kettenbolzen 10 mit einer Hubkette des Flurförderzeugs verbindbar ist.
  • Fig. 2a zeigt einen senkrecht ausgerichteten Kettenbolzen 10, wohingegen in Fig. 2b ein Kettenbolzen 10 dargestellt ist, der aufgrund einer wirkenden Querkraft geneigt ist. Das elastische Lagerelement 20 in Fig. 2b ist entsprechend der Neigung verformt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt 22 zwar ebenfalls mitverformt wird, jedoch einen Kontakt zwischen Kettenbolzen 10 und der Innenwand der Bohrung 32 verhindert. Die wirkende Querkraft führt zu einer elastischen Verformung des Lagerelements 20. Reibungskräfte zwischen dem Kopf 12 des Kettenbolzens 10 und der Quertraverse 30 müssen nicht überwunden werden, um eine Neigung des Kettenbolzens 10 zu ermöglichen.

Claims (7)

  1. Kettenbolzen (10) zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs, der eine Längsausdehnung aufweist und in Längsrichtung durch eine Bohrung (32) in einem Gabelträger und/oder Hubgerüst des Flurfördezeugs führbar ist sowie an einem ersten Ende (11) einen Kopf (12) aufweist, dessen Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung größer als ein Innendurchmesser der Bohrung (32) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der dem ersten Ende (11) fernen Seite des Kopfes (12) ein elastisches Lagerelement (20) angeordnet ist, das den Kettenbolzen (10) umgibt und einen ersten Abschnitt (21) sowie einen zweiten Abschnitt (22) aufweist, wobei der erste Abschnitt (21) eine Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung des Kettenbolzens (10) aufweist, die größer als der Innendurchmesser der Bohrung (32) ist und der zweite Abschnitt (22) derart geformt ist, dass er in die Bohrung (32) einführbar ist.
  2. Kettenbolzen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Lagerelement (20) ringförmig ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (22) durch eine Stufe gebildet ist, an der das Lagerelement (20) einen verringerten Außendurchmesser aufweist.
  3. Kettenbolzen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettenbolzen (10) ein Außengewinde aufweist.
  4. Kettenbolzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (12) durch eine Unterlegscheibe (13) und mindestens eine Sicherungsmutter (14) gebildet ist.
  5. Kettenbolzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (22) des Lagerelements (20) eine Längsausdehnung aufweist, die mindestens so groß ist, wie die Längsausdehnung des ersten Abschnitts (21).
  6. Kettenbolzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (22) des Lagerelements (20) eine Längsausdehnung aufweist, die mindestens der Hälfte der Länge der Bohrung (32) entspricht.
  7. Kettenbolzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettenbolzen (10) an einem zweiten Ende (19) ein Halteelement zur Verbindung mit einer Hubkette eines Flurförderzeugs aufweist.
