Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren für die Herstellung (1) eines Teils (21), das Reliefs aufweist, wobei die Reliefs (23, 25, 27) wenigstens teilweise mit einer Verzierungsschicht (31) überzogen sind, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Bilden (3) des Körpers (22) des Teils (21);
    c) Anordnen (7) der Verzierungsschicht direkt auf dem gesamten Körper (22);
    d) Entfernen (9) der Abschnitte der aufgebrachten Schicht (31), die nicht an dem Körper (22) des Teils haften,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren außerdem zwischen den Schritten a) und c) den folgenden Schritt umfasst:
    b) selektives Modifizieren (5) des Zustands der Oberfläche des Körpers (22) des Teils (21), um die Hafteigenschaften in Bezug auf die Verzierungsschicht lokal zu ändern.
  2. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) dazu bestimmt ist, die Haftung der Oberfläche des Körpers (22) lokal zu verringern, damit im Schritt c) die aufgebrachte Schicht (31) auf den modifizierten Abschnitten nicht haftet.
  3. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verringerung der Haftung durch Bilden von mit Vertiefungen (36) abwechselnden Erhebungen (35) erhalten wird, wobei die Höhe (h2) und die Breite (c2) der Vertiefungen (36) im Bereich von 50 bis 200 µm bzw. von 5 bis 20 µm liegen und die Breite (b2) der Erhebungen (35) im Bereich von 0,1 bis 3 µm liegt.
  4. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) dazu bestimmt ist, die Haftung der Oberfläche des Körpers (22) lokal zu erhöhen, damit im Schritt c) die aufgebrachte Schicht (31) auf den modifizierten Abschnitten haftet.
  5. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhöhung der Haftung durch Bilden von mit Vertiefungen (34) abwechselnden Erhebungen (33) erhalten wird, wobei die Höhe (h1) und die Breite (c1) der Vertiefungen (34) im Bereich von 2 bis 10 µm bzw. im Bereich von 5 bis 20 µm liegen und die Breite (b1) der Erhebungen (33) im Bereich von 5 bis 20 µm liegt.
  6. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breiten (c1) der Vertiefungen (34) und (b1) der Erhebungen (33) im Wesentlichen gleich sind.
  7. Verfahren (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt a) durch Einspritzen von Material in eine Form ausgeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte a) und b) gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden, indem der Zustand der inneren Oberfläche der Form lokal modifiziert wird.
  9. Verfahren (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) durch lokales Modifizieren des Zustands der Oberfläche durch Bestrahlung des Lasertyps ausgeführt wird.
  10. Verfahren (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) durch eine physikalische Abscheidung aus der Dampfphase ausgeführt wird.
  11. Verfahren (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzierungsschicht (31) wenigstens ein Metallmaterial enthält.
  12. Verfahren (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Schritt d) eine Galvanoplastik ausgeführt wird, um jeden Abschnitt (23, 25, 27), der die Verzierungsschicht enthält, zu verdicken.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (22) des Teils (21) mit Hilfe eines Kunststoffs verwirklicht wird.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reliefteil (21) ein Zeitmessgerät-Zifferblatt ist.
