Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour ouvrir un emballage, comportant
    - au moins un dispositif de serrage (28, 30), lequel serre une première région partielle d'un emballage (10) à ouvrir,
    - au moins un dispositif de coupe (22) pour découper l'emballage serré (10),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) comporte des moyens (32) pour faire adhérer l'emballage (10) au dispositif de serrage (28, 30), même lorsque l'emballage (10) n'est pas serré.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) comporte des moyens d'ouverture (32, 38) pour ouvrir l'emballage découpé (10).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) comporte des moyens d'étanchéité (36) pour étanchéifier l'emballage découpé (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que moyens pour faire adhérer l'emballage (10), il est prévu au moins un canal à vide (32) dans le dispositif de serrage (28, 30).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) comporte au moins un revêtement (36), de préférence en un matériau élastique tel qu'une mousse ou du silicone.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen de réglage (38) est prévu, lequel déplace l'un par rapport à l'autre un dispositif de serrage supérieur (28) et un dispositif de serrage inférieur (30), en tant que parties constituantes du dispositif de serrage.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) comprend au moins une bande transporteuse qui comporte de préférence une courroie (34).
  8. Procédé pour ouvrir un emballage, comportant les étapes suivantes :
    - serrage d'une région partielle d'un emballage (10) par un dispositif de serrage (28, 30),
    - découpage de la région partielle serrée de l'emballage (10) par un dispositif de coupe (22), caractérisé en ce que l'emballage découpé (10) est ouvert par le dispositif de serrage (28, 30), en ce que l'emballage (10) adhère au dispositif de serrage (28, 30) même lorsque l'emballage (10) n'est plus serré.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication de procédé précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage découpé (10) est étanchéifié au moins jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve dans un environnement stérile.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une dépression ou un vide est appliqué(e) lors de l'adhérence de l'emballage (10).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication de procédé précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (10) est déplacé au moins partiellement par le dispositif de serrage (28, 30) pendant le découpage.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour ouvrir l'emballage (10), un dispositif de serrage supérieur et un dispositif de serrage inférieur (28, 30), en tant que parties constituantes du dispositif de serrage, sont déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une fois le retrait de l'objet (12) hors de l'emballage ouvert (10) effectué, on met fin à l'adhérence de l'emballage (10) au dispositif de serrage (28, 30).
