Claims (28)

  1. Dispositif de fixation de films de fermeture sur des éléments verseurs (A) disposés sur des emballages composites (P), comprenant un dispositif d'acheminement cadencé (11) destiné à acheminer les films de fermeture (8), comportant un dispositif d'alimentation (15), un dispositif de soudage (25), et un dispositif de transport (33) destiné à transporter les emballages composites (P), le dispositif de soudage (25) étant agencé au-dessus du dispositif de transport (33), le dispositif d'alimentation (15) étant aménagé de façon mobile entre une position de réception (19) et une position de soudage (20), et la position de réception (19) étant tournée vers le dispositif d'acheminement cadencé (11), et la position de soudage (20) étant tournée vers le dispositif de transport (33),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) comporte au moins un dispositif de serrage (18) destiné à recevoir les films de fermeture (8).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) est configuré de manière telle qu'en position de soudage (20), le dispositif de serrage (18) s'étend en direction de l'axe central de l'ouverture des éléments verseurs (A) disposés sur les emballages composites (P), et parallèlement à celui-ci.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) comporte au moins un bras de levier (16) dont une extrémité est montée de façon articulée sur un axe (17), et sur lequel est disposé, à l'extrémité libre éloignée de l'axe (17), le dispositif de serrage (18).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) comporte plusieurs bras de levier (16) qui sont disposés en étoile autour de l'axe (17).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bras de levier (16) disposés en étoile peuvent tourner autour de l'axe (17).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (18) comporte des mors de serrage (21) pouvant être déplacés entre une position ouverte et une position fermée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en position fermée, les mors de serrage (21) sont serrés contre les bras de levier (16).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les mors de serrage (21) peuvent être déplacés au moyen d'un dispositif pneumatique.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les bras de levier (16) présentent, au niveau du dispositif de serrage (18), un mandrin de centrage (24) s'éloignant de l'axe (17).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de découpage (30) est prévu entre le dispositif d'acheminement cadencé (11) et le dispositif d'alimentation (15).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'estampage (3) est prévu en amont du dispositif d'acheminement cadencé (11), vu dans le sens de l'acheminement des films de fermeture (8).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (33) est configuré pour le transport d'emballages composites (P) pourvus d'éléments verseurs (A) placés debout, les éléments verseurs (A) étant disposés en haut.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la direction de transport (T) des emballages (P) pourvus des éléments verseurs (A) dans le dispositif de transport (33) et la direction de mouvement des dispositifs de serrage (18) au niveau du dispositif de transport (33) s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (17) s'étend perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (T) et est aménagé dans un plan parallèle au plan de transport.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (33) comporte un rail (34) destiné à aligner et à acheminer l'élément verseur (A) et le film de fermeture (8) parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (33) comporte un détecteur (35) destiné à détecter un emballage composite (P) entrant, muni d'un élément verseur (A).
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'acheminement cadencé (11) comporte deux cylindres de transport (13, 14) en contact l'un avec l'autre.
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les films de fermeture (8) sont constitués d'un film d'aluminium.
  19. Procédé de fixation de films de fermeture (8) sur des éléments verseurs (A) disposés sur des emballages composites (P), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    • amener de la matière en bande (6),
    • estamper des films de fermeture (8) dans la bande de matière (6),
    • acheminer les films de fermeture (8) et les isoler individuellement,
    • immobiliser le film de fermeture (8) dans un dispositif de serrage (18) se trouvant dans une position de réception,
    • amener le film de fermeture (8) de la position de réception (19) vers une position de soudage (20),
    • transporter un emballage composite (P) muni d'un élément verseur (A) jusque dans la zone de la position de soudage (20),
    • fixer le film de fermeture (8) sur l'élément verseur (A) au moyen d'un dispositif de soudage (25), et libérer le film de fermeture (8) du dispositif de serrage (18).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que les films de fermeture (8) sont acheminés sous forme d'une bande continue de films de fermeture (7), et que l'isolement individuel s'effectue par découpage de la bande de films de fermeture (7).
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement des films de fermeture (8) de la position de réception (19) vers la position de soudage (20) se fait par un pivotement du dispositif de serrage (18) autour d'un axe (17).
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement des films de fermeture (8) de la position de réception (19) vers la position de soudage (20) se fait par une rotation du dispositif de serrage (18) autour d'un axe (17).
  23. Procédé selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la rotation se fait par pas individuels.
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'une au moins des rotations, un autre film de fermeture (8) est reçu dans un autre dispositif de serrage (18).
  25. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 19 à 24, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement du film de fermeture (8) dans la position de soudage (20), et le transport des emballages composites (P) munis des éléments verseurs (A) jusqu'au niveau de la position de soudage (20) s'effectue par mouvements se déroulant de façon synchrone et parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (8) et les emballages composites (P) pourvus des éléments verseurs (A) sont alignés les uns sur les autres pendant les mouvements se déroulant parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
  27. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 19 à 26, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) et le dispositif de transport (33) sont commandés de façon synchrone.
  28. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 19 à 27, caractérisé en ce que le transport des emballages composites (P) est surveillé par l'intermédiaire d'un détecteur (35).
