Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Ablage von bogenförmigen Substraten (6), insbesondere von Druckmaterialien, in einer Druckmaschine zum Bilden eines Stapels, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes aufweist:
    ein Tablett (10) zur Aufnahme der Substrate (6), wobei das Tablett eine Tablettoberflache (8) aufweist, die um eine erste Achse und um eine zweite Achse bezüglich einer Horizontalen verkippt ist;
    eine Hubvorrichtung zum Heben und Absenken des Tabletts (10);
    einen ersten Anschlag (25) mit einer ersten Anlagefläche; und
    einen zweiten Anschlag (26) mit einer zweiten Anlagefläche, wobei die erste und zweite Anlagefläche derart angeordnet sind, dass sie rechtwinklig zueinander stehen, und wobei auf dem Tablett (10) abgelegte Substrate (6) aufgrund der Verkippung der Tablettoberfläche (8) an der ersten und zweiten Anlagefläche zur Anlage kommen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Gaszufuhranordnung (3) eine Gasaustrittsöffnung (34) aufweist, die zum niedrigsten Punkt einer Ablageebene für die Substrate (6) hin gerichtet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse parallel zu einer Transportachse des Druckmaterials ausgerichtet ist und die zweite Achse rechtwinklig zur ersten Achse verläuft und in einer Ebene parallel zur Tablettoberfläche (8) liegt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasaustrittsöffnung (34) in Höhe der Ablageebene für die Substrate (6) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasaustrittsöffnung (34) auf einen Bereich zwischen der ersten und zweiten Anlagefläche (25, 26) gerichtet sein kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gaszufuhreinheit (3) eine Gasdüse (34) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gaszufuhreinheit (3) ein Gebläse aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Anschlag (26) derart angeordnet ist, dass er rechtwinklig zur Tablettoberfläche (8) verläuft.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Anschlag (26) vertikal angeordnet ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Ablage von bogenförmigen Substraten (6), insbesondere von Druckmaterialien, in einer Druckmaschine zum Bilden eines Stapels, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    Fördern der bogenförmigen Substrate (6) zu einer Substratablage mit einem Tablett (10) und zu einem ersten und einem zweiten Anschlag (25; 26), wobei das Tablett (10) um eine erste Achse verkippt ist, die parallel zu einer Transportachse des Substrats verläuft, und um eine zweite Achse, die in einer Tablettebene liegt und rechtwinklig zur ersten Achse verläuft, wobei der erste und zweite Anschlag (25; 26) Anlageflächen aufweisen, die rechtwinklig zueinander stehen;
    Erzeugen eines Gasstroms unterhalb eines jeweiligen, auf dem Tablett (10) geförderten Substrats (6), wobei der Gasstrom auf einen Bereich zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Anschlag (25; 26) gerichtet ist; und gekennzeichnet durch
    Absenken des Tabletts (10).
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bogenförmige Substrat (6) durch die Verkippung und den Gasstrom gegen die Anschläge (25; 26) transportiert wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tablett (10) parallel zur zweiten Anlagefläche (26) abgesenkt wird.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Anschlag (26) derart angeordnet ist, dass er rechtwinklig zur Tablettoberfläche (8) verläuft.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Anschlag (26) vertikal angeordnet ist.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anschlag (25) derart geneigt ist, dass er mit einem benachbarten Bereich der Tablettoberfläche (8) einen rechten Winkel bildet.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tablett (10) parallel zur Anlagefläche des ersten Anschlags (25) abgesenkt wird.
