Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bracket for a facade system for the direct or indirect attachment of at least one substantially plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element to an on-site substrate with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fastening device for a facade system with such a bracket and a facade system comprising such a fastening device.
  • Walls and / or ceilings of modern buildings are usually constructed systemically to meet the requirements placed on each, for example, as an exterior wall or apartment partition wall. That is, they include multiple layers that perform different functions.
  • a wall or ceiling structure is thus usually composed of the load-bearing construction, which can be created in solid or skeleton construction, and at least one other layer or level together, for example, to take account of building physics requirements and / or the wall or Ceiling to give a special design.
  • As an outer layer or shell plate-shaped materials or components often find use, which allow a comprehensive covering of an underlying thermal insulation layer or installation level. These plate-shaped elements must be permanently securely connected to the supporting structure of the respective wall or ceiling.
  • a bracket of a fastening device provided for this purpose therefore has to fulfill the function of a spacer element in order to ensure a sufficient distance of the plate-shaped wall or cover clothing elements to the supporting structure.
  • the distance between the plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding elements is usually to be dimensioned such that between the thermal insulation and the plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding elements remains an air layer to form a rear ventilation of the facade. Rear ventilation of the facade is often indispensable for building physics reasons.
  • a generic bracket with a first leg for attachment to an on-site ground and a first leg substantially perpendicularly arranged second leg for fastening a retaining profile or a mounting rail is claimed mainly to bending. Influence on the load have the extent of the projection of the bracket and the height of the weight of the facade elements. With increasing projection of the bracket and / or with increasing weight of the facade elements also increase the requirements for the dimensional stability of the bracket.
  • the joint classification must be determined and the size of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding elements must be determined.
  • the type of attachment of the plate-shaped material - visible attachment or invisible attachment - affects the design of the facade.
  • To form a non-visible attachment of the bracket can be connected, for example, with other support elements of a fastening device in the form of profiles, rails or the like.
  • a bracket of the type mentioned is, for example, the document DE 298 14 855 U1 refer to. It comprises a first leg for attachment to an on-site substrate and a first leg substantially perpendicularly arranged second leg for attachment of a mounting rail, which is also part of a supporting device of wall or ceiling panels. Furthermore, the bracket comprises at least one spring tongue, which is provided on the second leg of the bracket and by means of which the support rail can be fastened by clamping on the bracket.
  • the spring tongue or clamping tongue is designed as a separate component and preferably has a cranked insertion end, which can be inserted in a Einsteckaus Principleung on the second leg of the bracket.
  • Brackets are off DE 85 01 840 U1 and DE 78 22 761 U1 known.
  • Object of the present invention is to further develop a generic bracket so that both the mounting of the bracket on the ground, as well as the mounting of another retaining element of a fastening device for a facade system on the bracket is simplified.
  • the bracket should have a high stiffness to hold or carry heavy loads can. Furthermore, he should contribute to meeting building physics requirements.
  • a bracket with the features of claim 1 a fastening device with the features of claim 11 and a facade system with the features of claim 12 is proposed.
  • Advantageous developments of a bracket according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.
  • the proposed bracket for a facade system for direct or indirect attachment of at least one substantially plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element to an on-site base comprises a first leg for attachment to an on-site substrate and a first leg substantially perpendicularly arranged second leg for attachment of a retaining profile. At least one spring tongue is provided on the second leg, by means of which the retaining profile can be fastened by clamping.
  • the bracket further comprises a tab which is at least over a portion spaced from the second leg and defines an insertion opening for receiving and guiding a holding profile in a longitudinal and transverse direction. In this case, determines the distance of the tab to the second leg, the width of the insertion and thus determines the maximum profile thickness of an insertable holding profile.
  • the tab By only a portion of the tab spaced from the second leg of the bracket is arranged, the tab on another portion which is connected to the second leg.
  • the tab is connected via a web to the second leg.
  • the web determines the depth of the insertion opening, so that the web or tab, since the web is part of the tab, forms a stop effective in two directions when a retaining profile is introduced into the insertion opening. This simplifies the assembly of a facade system, since the stop allows accurate positioning of the retaining profile.
  • the holding profile On the one hand is determined by the stop the distance of the holding profile to the ground, on the other hand, the holding profile is held in a transverse direction, with a displacement of the holding profile in its longitudinal direction remains possible.
  • the tab In its function as a stop, the tab is also supported by the spring tongue, since the clamping force of the spring tongue also acts in the transverse direction of the holding profile.
  • the spring tongue and / or the tab have been formed in a punching / bending process from the second leg of the bracket out.
  • This has the advantage that a subsequent attachment of the spring tongue and / or the tab on the bracket can be omitted in a further step.
  • the spring tongue and / or the tab are first exposed from a plate-shaped material by punching and then brought into their final shape or position by bending.
  • the exposure of the tab is preferably carried out by punching a slot-like opening, wherein at the end of the opening a web-like connection between the tab and leg remains. By folding the second leg in the region of the web-like connection, the tab is finally formed and in the process the insertion opening is formed.
  • the spring tongue and the tab are arranged on opposite side edges of the second leg.
  • spring tongue and tab at a distance from each other. With increasing distance becomes the guidance a holding profile, for example, in a longitudinal displacement to its positioning, improved because the pressure points or pressure point and stop are further apart.
  • the tab is arranged substantially perpendicular to the second leg.
  • the tab is substantially perpendicular to the first leg.
  • the arrangement perpendicular to the second leg has the advantage that the leadership of the holding profile is made over a narrow side edge of the tab, the entire width of the tab, however, is statically effective.
  • the tab - in contrast to the spring tongue - a high dimensional stability, so that a spring of the tab is prevented upon insertion of a holding profile.
  • a secure guidance of the holding profile is ensured.
  • the tab also comprises at least one bore for receiving a fastening means, in particular a screw.
  • a fastening means in particular a screw.
  • a secondary construction may be provided for stiffening the fastening device. If such a stiffening secondary construction is required, it can be connected to the fastening device via the lug of the retaining bracket.
  • the spring tongue is arranged at least over a portion substantially perpendicular to the first leg. In contrast to the tab, however, this portion is at the same time guided substantially parallel to the second leg. At this sub-area in each case close at an obtuse angle to further sub-areas which connect the spring tongue with the second leg or form the clamping surfaces with which the spring tongue rests against an inserted retaining profile.
  • the individual sections of the spring tongue are produced by bending or folding.
  • the free end of the spring tongue is angled and / or bent such that an insertion bevel is formed.
  • the insertion bevel simplifies the insertion of a retaining profile, as it allows automatic centering and facilitates the bending of the spring tongue.
  • the first leg and / or the second leg have at least one opening for receiving a fastening means.
  • fastening means for connecting the bracket with the ground screws are preferably used.
  • the connection of further holding elements on the bracket can be done for example by means of screws and / or rivets.
  • the openings provided for receiving the fastening means are designed as elongated holes. Holes designed as openings permit on the one hand an adjustment of the retaining profile even during the onset of the fastening means, on the other hand thermally induced changes in length of the connected profiles can be taken on the slots.
  • Such a bracket thus allows the formation of a floating point.
  • a bracket is used, which has round holes instead of slots. Whether the use of a bracket with long or round holes, that is the formation of a sliding or fixed point is required results in the respective object statics.
  • the bracket Preferably, several different holes are arranged in the region of the first leg, which allow attachment of the bracket on different substrates.
  • the bracket for all substrates, no matter whether concrete, wood or steel, only a holding bracket is available.
  • the first leg for stiffening along a longitudinal edge has an upstand, which is preferably parallel to the second Thigh runs.
  • the upstand gives the first leg and thus the bracket in particular a higher torsional stiffness. As a result, the bracket is able to carry even heavy loads.
  • the production of the support bracket made of stainless steel is further proposed.
  • This material proves to be particularly dimensionally stable.
  • a bracket made of stainless steel is thus also suitable for particularly heavy loads.
  • Stainless steel also has a lower thermal conductivity than aluminum, which is commonly used for producing such fastening devices. By using such a bracket also the thermal bridge effect can be significantly reduced. A thermal separation by additionally attached insulators is therefore not required.
  • a bracket made of stainless steel has a higher strength compared to a bracket made of aluminum, not only particularly heavy loads, such as glass or natural stone facades, which can have a weight between 80 and 100 kg / m 2 , can be removed here, but also, the distance between the plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements to be fastened to the ground can be increased. Because a made of stainless steel bracket can absorb a larger bending moment. Thus, particularly highly executed thermal barrier coatings can be bridged easily by means of a bracket according to the invention.
  • holding brackets are provided with different projections, so that different insulation thicknesses can be taken into account.
  • the likewise proposed for solving the problem fastening device for a facade system with at least one retaining profile and a bracket for attaching at least one substantially plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element to a site-side underground is characterized characterized in that it comprises a bracket according to the invention.
  • a trained fastening device allows for simplified assembly of even heavy glass or natural stone facades by additionally provided on the bracket in addition to a spring tongue an opening delimited by a tab, which forms a stop for accurate positioning of the holding profile in a longitudinal and transverse direction.
  • the facade system which is furthermore proposed for solving the problem, in turn, is characterized in that it comprises a fastening device according to the invention.
  • the illustrated embodiment of a support bracket according to the invention has a first leg 1 and a second leg 2 arranged perpendicular thereto.
  • the present bracket thus substantially has an L-shape (see Fig. 3 ).
  • a raised edge 13 is formed on the second leg 2 opposite longitudinal edge 12, which serves to stiffen the first leg 1.
  • the first leg 1 has a plurality of different, partially formed as slots holes 11 for receiving fasteners (see Fig. 1 ). As fasteners find particular screws use.
  • the perpendicular to the first leg 1 arranged second leg 2 has a spring tongue 3 and a molded tab 5, wherein the spring tongue and tab on two side edges 6, 7 of the second leg 2 are opposite.
  • a tongue-like piece was first exposed by punching on the second leg 2. The tongue-like piece was then folded or bent several times, so that four sections were made, of which a section 3.2 runs parallel and at a distance from the second leg 2.
  • a subsequent angled section 3.1 connects the parallel section 3.2 with the second leg 2 of the bracket and another on the parallel section 3.2 subsequent angled section 3.3 leads the spring tongue 3 back to the second leg 2 zoom.
  • a fourth section 3.4 which forms the free end 9 of the spring tongue 3 and is guided obliquely to the second leg 2, that an insertion bevel 10 is formed, which facilitate the insertion of a retaining profile between the spring tongue 3 and the second leg 2 should (see FIGS. 2 and 3 ).
  • the distance of the spring tongue 3 to the second leg 2 is selected such that the spring tongue 3 is applied under bias to an inserted holding profile, so that a clamping effect is achieved.
  • the tab 5 is formed by means of stamping and bending (see Figures 3 and 4 ). By punching the tab 5 was first exposed and then brought by bending in the region of the remaining connecting web in a vertical position to the second leg 2.
  • the tab 5 exposing slot-shaped recess also forms an insertion 4, which from a side edge the tab 5 and a side edge of the web 4 of the tab 5 is limited.
  • the insertion opening 4 thus serves at the same time as an effective stop in two directions, so that an accurate positioning of a holding profile to be used is facilitated.
  • the second leg 2 also has openings 11, which are in the present case designed as elongated holes and serve to receive fastening means for fixing or fixing the position of an inserted holding profile.
  • the training as slots ensures the recording thermally induced changes in length of the retaining profile.
  • the illustrated bracket can thus be used to form a floating point.
  • a corresponding bracket (not shown) which is suitable for forming a fixed point has round holes instead of the elongated holes.
  • the tab 5 has two holes 8, which also serve to receive fasteners. For example, by means of screws or rivets, parts of a stiffening secondary construction can be fastened to the lug 5.
  • the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment of a bracket.
  • the length of the second leg 2 varied in order to determine the distance between the plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements to be fastened to the on-site base.
  • the depth of the insertion opening 4 can be changed in order to influence this also on the distance of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements to the ground.
  • all bores 8 or openings 11 for accommodating fastening means of different shape and size can be arranged on the first leg 1, on the second leg 2 and / or on the tab 5.
  • the spring tongue 3 may have a different configuration than shown. For example, it may comprise fewer or more than four subsections.
  • at least one further spring tongue 3 may be arranged in order to reinforce the clamping action.
