Claims (25)
- Sac plat pour un aspirateur avec un côté supérieur de sac et un côté inférieur de sac, dont les parois sont constituées d'un matériau filtrant perméable à l'air et dans lequel, dans le côté supérieur de cas, est réalisée une ouverture d'admission pour l'air à filtrer,
dans lequel, à l'intérieur du sac plat, en dessous du côté supérieur de sac, dans un premier plan (D1) et entre le premier plan et le côté inférieur de sac, dans au moins un plan supplémentaire (D2), voire dans chaque plan, est prévu au moins un diffuseur, dans lequel au moins un de ces diffuseurs est constitué d'au moins deux bandes de matériau disposées l'une vers l'autre et/ou d'une structure plate avec des ouvertures d'écoulement de forme allongée et les diffuseurs sont fixés au moins sur un côté de la paroi du sac, de telle manière que les diffuseurs sous la forme de structures plates avec des ouvertures d'écoulement de forme allongée, qui sont disposés dans le premier plan (D1) au niveau de l'ouverture d'admission et recouvrent entièrement l'ouverture d'admission et sont fixés des deux côtés sur le côté supérieur du sac avec une surface < 10 % de l'ensemble de la surface du sac, dans lequel la largeur des bandes de matériau est définie par le diamètre de l'ouverture d'admission ± 50 %, soient fermés,

- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des bandes de matériau est de 2 mm jusqu'à maximum 50 % de la largeur du côté supérieur du sac.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'écoulement de forme allongée de la structure plate sont linéaires.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'écoulement linéaires sont parallèles et/ou sont sinueuses et/ou en zigzag.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'écoulement linéaires allongées présentent des longueurs différentes.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont fixés des deux côtés sur la paroi du sac.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont plus étroits et/ou plus courts que le côté supérieur respectivement le côté inférieur du sac.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs présentent une longueur et/ou une largeur plus grande que le côté supérieur respectivement inférieur du sac et sont pliés.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont réalisés sous la forme de bandes de matériaux, de manière tournée et/ou torsadée.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont réalisés sous la forme de bandes de matériau à l'aide de faisceaux de filaments ou de faisceaux de bandes de films.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un diffuseur est disposé dans un plan (D1) par rapport à un diffuseur dans le plan suivant (D2) de façon à ce que les bandes de matériau et/ou les ouvertures d'écoulement de forme allongée se croisent.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs qui se croisent sont disposés de manière orthogonale entre eux.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs qui se croisent sont disposés dans une disposition différente d'une disposition orthogonale.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que, dans au moins un plan, au moins deux diffuseurs sont disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre de façon à ce que les bandes de matériaux et/ou les ouvertures d'écoulement allongées ne soient pas disposées de manière parallèle entre elles.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux des diffuseurs sont constitués de matériaux perméables à l'air et/ou de matériau imperméables à l'air.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux imperméables à l'air sont un film.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux perméables à l'air sont constitués d'un stratifié de matériaux perméables à l'air et/ou de matériaux imperméables à l'air munis d'ouvertures d'écoulement.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont reliés avec la paroi du sac par l'intermédiaire d'un point de colle et/ou de points de soudure.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le sac plat est constitué de deux bandes de matériau filtrant soudées entre elles sur leurs bords.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le sac plat est quadrangulaire, hexagonal ou octogonal.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont reliés avec le bord du sac plat.
- Sac plat selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le sac plat est un sac à soufflet latéral.
- Sac plat selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que les diffuseurs sont reliés avec le soufflet latéral du sac plat.
