Claims (15)

  1. Masque de protection (1) avec un recouvrement (2) pour le recouvrement au moins partiel d'un visage (3) et avec un support de tête (6) pour la fixation du masque de protection (1), le support de tête (6) s'emboîtant au globalement à l'avant sur le recouvrement (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le masque de protection (1) comprend un dispositif de forme (10) réalisé sous la forme d'un squelette, pour rigidifier le recouvrement (2) et le pré-contraindre dans au moins une partie concave du visage (3), le dispositif de forme (10) étant intégré dans le recouvrement (2) ou étant relié de manière inamovible avec le recouvrement (2) et le dispositif de forme (10) comprenant au moins une portion (11) pour la rigidification ou la précontrainte du recouvrement (2) et en ce que le support de tête (6) s'emboîte avec le dispositif de forme (10).
  2. Masque de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de forme (10) est réalisé d'une seule pièce et/ou déformable élastiquement et/ou constitué d'une matière plastique ou de métal.
  3. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion (11) s'étend vers un bord du recouvrement (2) et/ou le long du recouvrement (2) de surface et/ou en ce que le dispositif de forme (10) comprend plusieurs portions (11) pour la rigidification ou la précontrainte du recouvrement (2), qui s'étendant de préférence dans différentes directions et/ou en ce que les portions (11a) s'étendant latéralement dans des directions qui s'étendant en direction des oreilles (14) du visage (3) ou d'un bouton (7) lorsque le masque de protection (1) est porté, et/ou dans des parties qui se trouvent en dessous des os des joues (15) du visage (3) lorsque le masque de protection (1) est porté.

  5. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de forme (10) comprend une portion centrale (17) d'où dépassent plusieurs ou toutes les portions (11), plus particulièrement, la portion centrale (17) se trouvant globalement au centre du recouvrement (2) et/ou dans une zone du recouvrement (2) qui se trouve devant le nez (4) ou la bouche (5) lorsque le masque de protection (1) est porté, ou plus particulièrement le support de tête (6) s'emboîtant sur le masque de protection (1) exclusivement au niveau de la portion centrale (17) ou sur la portion centrale (17).
  6. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de tête (6) comprend un ruban (8) de préférence élastique et/ou s'emboîte directement sur le dispositif de forme (1).
  7. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le masque de protection (1) comprend une soupape (9), plus particulièrement seulement pour l'expiration, plus particulièrement la soupape (9) étant reliée ou pouvant être reliée avec le dispositif de forme (10).
  8. Masque de protection selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (9) se trouve au niveau de la partie centrale (17), plus particulièrement est reliée ou peut être reliée avec celle-ci.
  9. Masque de protection selon la revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (9) se trouve au moins exclusivement au centre du masque de protection (1) et/ou dans une zone du masque de protection (1) qui se trouve devant le nez (4) ou la bouche (5) lorsque le masque de protection (1) est porté.
  10. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement (2) comprend une mémoire de matériau (18), de façon à ce que le recouvrement (2) suive une ouverture et une fermeture de la bouche (5).
  11. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le masque de protection (1) est conçu plus particulièrement comme un demi-masque filtrant les particules.
  12. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement (2) comprend une portion d'appui (19) au niveau d'un bord du recouvrement (2), plus particulièrement le long de tout le bord, plus particulièrement la portion d'appui (19) étant conçue sous la forme d'un bourrelet ou de lèvres et/ou étant constitué d'un matériau souple et/ou compatible avec la peau, plus particulièrement en polyuréthane ou en silicone.
  13. Masque de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le masque de protection (1) ou le recouvrement (2) est conçu de manière perméable à l'air sur au moins certaines portions et est muni d'un matériau filtrant afin de filtrer l'air qui le traverse.
  14. Masque de protection selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le matériau filtrant est un matériau filtrant à adsorption (21), de préférence avec une protection contre les particules et/ou les aérosols et/ou avec une fonction de protection contre des substances biologiques et/ou chimiques nocives, plus particulièrement des armes biologiques et/ou chimiques et/ou le matériau filtrant comprend ou forme une couche de filtrage de particules et/ou d'aérosols (25).
  15. Masque de protection selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le matériau filtrant est conçu de façon à être perméable aux gaz, plus particulièrement perméable à l'air et/ou perméable à l'eau et/ou perméable à la vapeur d'eau.
