Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Saug lenderssvoroplasty with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Saugmaniasvoriquesen with a suction unit, which is connected via a filter device with a dirt collection in flow connection, which can be acted upon by the suction unit with negative pressure to form a suction flow, under the action of suction material is sucked into the dirt collector via a suction inlet, wherein the filter device comprises a filter carrier in which at least one filter unit is held to separate solids from the suction flow.
  • Such Saugquelsvoriquesen are known for example in the form of so-called industrial vacuum cleaner, which are used in particular for the extraction of dusts on machinery and equipment. They have a dirt collecting container, which can be acted upon by a suction unit with negative pressure.
  • a suction flow can be generated, under the action of which suction material, that is to say, in particular dusts, can be sucked into the dirt collecting container.
  • a filter device is arranged, with the aid of which solids can be separated from the suction flow.
  • the filter device has a filter support on which at least one filter unit is held.
  • the filter unit comprises a filter material, for example a filter paper, on which the solids entrained with the suction flow can separate off.
  • the vacuum cleaning device is designed as a household vacuum cleaner and has a suction unit, which is in fluid communication with a dirt collecting container via a filter device. From the suction unit, the dirt collecting container can be subjected to negative pressure, so that a suction flow is formed, under the action of suction material can be sucked through a suction inlet into the dirt collecting.
  • the filter device has a filter support on which at least one filter unit is held for separating solids from the suction flow.
  • the filter carrier is designed in the manner of a drawer, whose grid-like bottom forms a support member which bears against the clean side of the filter unit.
  • Object of the present invention is to develop a Saugquelsvortechnische of the type mentioned in such a way that the risk can be reduced that suction air can pass unfiltered from the dirt collector to the suction unit, the Saugtherapiesvortechnische is easy to install.
  • the risk can be reduced that suction air flow around the at least one filter unit and thus can pass unfiltered to the suction unit.
  • a risk may exist if the filter material of the at least one filter unit during operation of the Saugtherapiesvoriques in the flow direction reciprocates, ie when it gets into vibration.
  • the filter material of the at least one filter unit during operation of the Saugtherapiesvoriques in the flow direction reciprocates, ie when it gets into vibration.
  • vibrations are not excluded in every case.
  • the oscillatory movements can lead to a flow path being able to form between the at least one filter unit and the filter carrier, through which suction air can pass unfiltered from the dirt collecting container to the suction unit.
  • there is a risk of damage to the filter material in strong vibrations so that then suction air can flow through the damaged filter material, in which case at most a severely impaired separation effect is achieved.
  • the risk of formation of vibrations of the filter material of the at least one filter unit is kept low by the provision of the pure-side support by the at least one support member.
  • the support member is fixed to the filter support and abuts the clean side of the at least one filter unit.
  • a plurality of support members are arranged side by side on the clean side of a filter unit.
  • a complete filter unit can be supported by a single support member on the clean side.
  • the suction cleaning device may comprise a single filter unit, which is supported by one or more support parts on the clean side.
  • the Saugmaniasvorraum has a plurality of filter units, in particular two juxtaposed filter units, which are supported by a common support member or each of one or more support members on the clean side.
  • the suction cleaning device comprises a suction head, which is placed on the filter device and detachable from this and which comprises the suction unit. It can be provided, for example, that the suction head is arranged above the dirt collecting container, wherein the filter device is positioned between the suction head and the dirt collecting container. In order to provide a clean side access to the filter device, the suction head can be removed from the filter device. This gives, for example, the opportunity to replace at least one filter unit. Subsequently, the suction head can be placed back on the filter device. It may happen that the position of the suction head relative to the filter device after an initial placement still needs to be corrected.
  • the suction head may be necessary to rotate the suction head about a vertical axis relative to the filter device.
  • Such a correction the position of the suction head can be readily made, without thereby affecting the tight contact of the at least one filter unit on the filter support, because the suction head does not take any purely supporting function for the at least one filter unit, but may have a distance from the filter unit.
  • the clean-side support of the at least one filter unit is effected by at least one support member. Therefore, a movement of the suction head relative to the filter device does not affect the position of the at least one filter unit relative to the filter carrier.
  • the at least one filter unit, the filter carrier and the at least one support member can form an independently manageable assembly on which the suction head can be placed.
  • the vacuum cleaning device has a housing part into which the filter device can be inserted, wherein a retaining ring of the filter support is seated with the interposition of a first sealing element on an edge of the housing part.
  • the suction head can be placed with a support ring with the interposition of a second sealing element on the retaining ring of the filter carrier.
  • the complete filter device can be used in a housing part of the vacuum cleaning device, wherein a retaining ring of the filter support is seated with the interposition of a first sealing element on an edge of the housing part. Then then the suction head can be placed on the filter device.
  • a support cattle of the suction head with the interposition of a second sealing element on the retaining ring of the filter device can be placed.
  • the assembly of the vacuum cleaning device is thus very simple and if necessary, the clean side of the filter device in a simple manner, for example, for maintenance purposes, in particular for exchanging at least one filter unit accessible.
  • the suction head with the interposition of the retaining ring of the filter support with the filter device receiving housing part of the Saug lenderssvorraum is clamped.
  • clamping elements such as clamping straps are used, which in a preferred embodiment of the invention are arranged on the outside of the suction head and / or of the filter device receiving housing part.
  • the at least one filter unit can be inserted into a receptacle of the filter support and if at least one support part can be placed on the filter unit and releasably connectable to the filter support.
  • the at least one filter unit is held interchangeably on the filter carrier in such a configuration. For this purpose, it can be inserted into a receptacle of the filter carrier and removed from the receptacle if necessary. It is advantageous if the at least one filter unit can be inserted into the receptacle of the filter carrier on the clean side. This reduces the risk that the user when removing the filter unit from the recording of the filter carrier in contact with solids in contact, which adhere to the dirt collecting the dirt side of the filter unit. After inserting a filter unit in the receptacle of the filter support, at least one support member can be placed on the filter unit and releasably connected to the filter carrier.

  • the at least one support part has a grid or net-shaped structure and covers at least one filter unit on the clean side.
  • the lattice or reticulated structure ensures that the at least one support member during operation of the suction unit does not form a substantial flow resistance for the suction flow, and at the same time is ensured by the lattice or net-like structure that the filter unit not only supported in an edge region of the support member can be, rather, the lattice or reticulated support member can extend over the entire clean side of the filter unit and support them over a large area.
  • the filter device forms an independently manageable assembly. This facilitates the installation and maintenance of Saugmaniasvoriques.
  • the filter device including the at least one support member and the at least one filter unit can be pre-assembled in an assembly step and then inserted as a complete assembly between the dirt collector and the suction unit.

  • At least part of the inflowing external air can flow through the at least one filter unit in the counterflow direction, ie counter to the direction of the suction flow which occurs during the normal suction operation. This supports the detachment of solids from the dirt collecting container side facing the at least one filter unit.
  • the at least one closing valve is in this case only briefly opened, so that the inflowing external air impinges the filter unit jerky.
  • the at least one closing valve is then closed again, so that in the suction under the effect the suction unit again forms a negative pressure.
