Claims (6)

  1. Relais d'embrayage pour un dispositif de démarreur, comprenant une partie de boîtier (40) qui est de préférence magnétiquement conductrice, cette partie de boîtier (40) présentant un bord de sertissage (52), avec un couvercle de commutateur (12) qui présente un bourrelet de sertissage (41), le bourrelet de sertissage (41) étant saisi par engagement par correspondance de formes sur sa périphérie par le bord de sertissage (52), le couvercle de commutateur (12) se composant d'un plastique thermoplastique, caractérisé en ce que le bord de sertissage (52) est pourvu sur son côté intérieur d'un contour (55) permettant un engagement par correspondance de formes.
  2. Relais d'embrayage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contour (55) permettant un engagement par correspondance de formes est un moletage (56) ou présente des stries ou des rainures ou une denture.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un relais d'embrayage (10), dans lequel, dans une étape de procédé, un couvercle de commutateur (12) est inséré dans une partie de boîtier (40), ensuite un bord de sertissage (52) de la partie de boîtier (40) est déformé de telle sorte que ce bord de sertissage (52) vienne en prise autour d'un bourrelet de sertissage (41) du couvercle de commutateur (12) et qu'une connexion par engagement par correspondance de formes (60) agisse de ce fait entre le couvercle de commutateur (12) et la partie de boîtier (40), caractérisé en ce qu'un côté intérieur du bord de sertissage (52), avant l'insertion du couvercle de commutateur (12), est pourvu d'un contour (55) permettant un engagement par correspondance de formes.

  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un poinçon calibre simultanément le bord de sertissage (52) sur son côté intérieur et imprime une denture ou un moletage.
  6.
