Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur Erkennung einer Postsendung des Typs offene Sendung, wie einer Zeitschrift ohne Umschlag, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Sendung (3) hochkant einen ersten Förderer (2A) passieren zu lassen, der ausgebildet ist, um die Sendung (3) durch Klemmen zu bewegen, wobei er sie im Wesentlichen auf der gesamten Höhe der Sendung fest hält, dann einen zweiten Förderer (2B), der ausgebildet ist, um die Sendung (3) durch Klemmen zu bewegen, wobei ein oberes Ende (3B) der Sendung, das sich frei fächerartig öffnen kann, ausgespart wird, und dass zwei Messungen der Dicke der Sendung (3) durchgeführt werden, wenn die Sendung in dem ersten beziehungsweise in dem zweiten Förderer (2A, 2B) ist, um durch Vergleich der Messungen zu bestimmen, ob die Sendung eine offene Sendung ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Dickenmessung mit Hilfe von Laser-Entfernungsmessern (4A, 5A, 4B, 5B) durchgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Dickenmessung in dem ersten Förderer (2A) mit Hilfe eines Sender-Empfänger-Lasers, der mit dem ersten Förderer (2A) zusammenwirkt, durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Analyse eines Bildes des oberen Endes (3B) der Sendung, das sich frei fächerartig öffnen kann, durchgeführt wird, um die Erkennung einer offenen Sendung, die durch den Vergleich der Messungen geliefert wird, zu vervollständigen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem für die zweite Dickenmessung ein Luftstrom am oberen Ende (3B) jeder Sendung (3) von oben nach unten geleitet wird.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) zur Erkennung einer Postsendung des Typs offene Sendung, wie einer Zeitschrift ohne Umschlag, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen ersten Förderer (2A), der ausgebildet ist, um die Sendung (3) hochkant durch Klemmen zu bewegen, wobei er sie im Wesentlichen auf der gesamten Höhe der Sendung fest hält, und einen zweiten Förderer (2B), der ausgebildet ist, um die Sendung (3) hochkant durch Klemmen zu bewegen, wobei ein oberes Ende (3B) der Sendung (3), das sich frei fächerartig öffnen kann, ausgespart wird, ein erstes und ein zweites Messhilfsmittel (4A, 5A, 4B, 5B), um eine erste und eine zweite Dickenmessung der Sendung, wenn die Sendung (3) in dem ersten beziehungsweise dem zweiten Förderer (2A, 2B) ist, durchzuführen, und eine Datenverarbeitungseinheit (8) umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, um einen Vergleich der Dickenmessungen durchzuführen und auf Basis dieses Vergleichs zu bestimmen, ob es sich um eine offene Sendung handelt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, umfassend mindestens einen Laser-Entfernungsmesser (4A, 5A, 4B, 5B), um die Dicke zu messen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, umfassend in dem ersten Förderer (2A) einen Sender-Empfänger-Laser, der mit dem ersten Förderer (2A) zusammenwirkt, um die Dicke zu messen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, umfassend in dem zweiten Förderer (2B) eine Kamera (14) und einen divergierenden Lichtbündel (13), um die Dicke zu messen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, umfassend ferner in dem zweiten Förderer (2B) eine Blasvorrichtung (6), die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie einen Luftstrom am oberen Ende (3) jeder Sendung (3) von oben nach unten lenkt.
  11. Maschine zur Postbearbeitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10 umfasst.
  12. Postsortiermaschine nach Anspruch 11, umfassend einen Entstapler (20), einen Sortierförderer (21), in dem die Sendungen (3) hochkant in Reihe mit konstantem Abstand bewegt werden, und einen Synchronisierer (22), der zwischen dem Entstapler (20) und dem Sortierförderer (21) angeordnet ist, um Abstandsabweichungen zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Sendungen (3) auszugleichen, bei der der erste Förderer (2A) zur Durchführung der ersten Dickenmessung Bestandteil des Synchronisierers (22) und der zweite Förderer (2B) zur Durchführung der zweiten Dickenmessung Bestandteil des Sortierförderers (21) ist.
