Household appliance according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the steam distribution circuit comprises a safety anti-return valve (160) that has a calibration pressure greater than said anti-return valve for pressurisation (150), said safety anti-return valve (160) being arranged downstream of the anti-return valve for pressurisation (150) and upstream of the accessory (1) for the treatment of the laundry.
  7. Household appliance according to claim 6, characterised in that the calibration pressure of the safety anti-return valve (160) is between 4 and 5 bars.
  8. Household appliance according to any of claims 6 to 7, characterised in that the safety anti-return valve (160) is arranged on a derivation duct (16) that connects the steam distribution duct (15) to the reservoir (11).
  9. Household appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that said steam generator (12) with instantaneous vaporisation comprises a vaporisation channel (121) in spiral shape of which one end is supplied with liquid by the reservoir (11), with the other end being connected to the steam distribution duct (15).
  10. Household appliance according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that said accessory (1) is a steam iron.
